Excellent service. Went in to have a stone reset. Liz, took the time to explain what had to be done, and provided a estimated time. I also looked at other options “just in case”. I was thrilled when they called to say they could remount the stone in the setting and it was ready. When I went I to pick it up, the ring looked brand new. Not only had the remounted the stone they did an excellent job in cleaning it.I will be a returning customer.

I made a visit to Govberg to look at Grand Seiko I was assisted by Victoria and she was wonderful, she took the time to show me everything I wanted and more. Overall I was given an experience, and not just a sale. I look forward to a return trip to Govberg in the future.

There is no better person or place to buy a watch than from Victoria at the Ardmore Govberg location. She is knowledgeable, easy going, smart, and always pleasant. She wants you to feel comfortable when you visit her. She wants you try on anything that interests you in the store. She takes interest in your collection and works with you to find what you want at a fair price that works for you.Furthermore the digital content that Watchbox/Govberg and particularly Tim Mosso provide is the best in the industry.That said, the digital content gets you in the store and Victoria makes sure you leave the store with exactly what you wanted to find.I would give 6 stars if I could.

I am a watch collector and have been buying 40+ watches mainly Rolex and Tudors in Hong Kong, Japan, Geneve etc over years. I bought a Tudor watch here yesterday. I walked in without an appointment yet the security gentleman was courteous and Victoria, the client advisor was very professional. I would love to come back here to see more 100% stainless steel, sports Rolex and Tudor watches in the future. And the price here? They all seem reasonable and competitive compare to other US major watch retailers.

We love the Armore location - just a different and more spacious experience than the Walnut St. location. Ive had two experiences working with Natalie, who has been fantastic helping me with a couple big choices without any pressure.

I spent there about an hour. Although I was not ready to make my choice and buy, Natalie was very helpful and patient answering all my questions.

Very easy to deal with as they are professional, honest and fair. They have a great selection of watches and are willing to work through things with you regardless of your needs.

Wow love Govberg. I now live in Charlotte NC. But when I lived in Philadelphia I was always in Govberg. Thanks for all your great help and advice

Just got my Tudor Black Bay from here, wonderful experience right from research to final sale. Amanda is a fantastic Sales person who was patient right through sale process since I took a month to finalize it. People here are very knowledgable and assist you in making the right choice. Highly recommended. And they keep all their watches wrapped in protective plastic cover so no scratches or swirls. Great work !!

After posting the review below, with one star, I got a response from Josh. He apologized for the mix up, as he put it. Then we traded a couple more email and talked on the phone. Josh was cordial and professional and he made me a counter offer, which was not anything amazing, but that wasnt my issue.Regarless, from Joshs description, Govberg Jewlers has been in business since 1916 and seems quite reputable; still nothing about the watch in writing (other than a price and a web link to the original listing,) but he did follow up in a timely and professional manner. That, at the minimum, is what I expected.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I made an offer for a watch on Watchbox.com. The website accepted the offer and a day or two later someone named Josh (aparently) from Govberg Jeweles (noted on his signature) contacted me to discuss the sale. When I mentioned I want to get everything in writing, he cut off any further communication... I found that suspicious.

Do not recommend WatchBox to do business with as from personal experience have found them to be very unprofessional; with false & misleading advertising that they take no responsibility for. Try addressing this matter with a senior manager and the word avoidance & deflection comes to mind rather than simply doing the right thing in dealing with the customers grievances. They say Brian & Sam will be in contact, but they dont bother to respond to any correspondence as they dont want to put anything in writing naturally. They have forgotten that digital marketing is still about looking at a customer in the eye but digitally in order to ensure that you still get a return on the relationship.

From a females point of view I am totally disgusted in the way that WB have conducted themselves in such an unprofessional manner with one of our investors, the management have demonstrated zero respect as well as a very poor culture internally, not to mention lack of integrity within the company to allow for someone to be cyber bullied online from the WB Trading Desk employees repeatedly without intervention by management demonstrates that they are being spurred them on to act in this way by the senior management to whom they report. Why would you trade, buy or sell your watch with thjs company when so many other options exist.

I want to give a shoutout to Armand Johnston at Govberg for the exemplary service he provided from my very first phone call with him. I have been in the market for a higher end watch, a Jaeger LeCoultre, and the ADs around me didnt provide much service, nor that much of a discount. I had the option of shopping duty free at some of the Caribbean stores to save money, but I never really felt comfortable dealing outside the states on a high end purchase.Govberg was able to offer very competitive pricing and shipped my watch overnight!But what makes Armand standout even more, is the watch I received wasnt keeping accurate time. This was NO fault of them. The watch was brand new still wrapped in plastic. Just an issue from the manufacturer. He facilitated an immediate return, sent me the label to be overnighted back to him, all free of charge. I decided on picking out a different Jaeger LeCoultre model and he was able to yet again provide very competitive pricing. I should be receiving this piece next week sometime.I highly recommend this company and specifically Armand.

Its disappoints me to say that after collecting watches for 23 years & following WatchBox digitally that I have have a recent bad experience with them which I have tried to address directly about DECEPTIVE & MISLEADING advertising but they have basicslly done nothing to resolve the issue in me as a customer other than to say it was a typo. Even Tim Moss commented LIVE in his show on Monday about this topic agreeing with me.Its never ceases to amaze me how businesses still havent learnt the importantance of looking a customer in the eye digitally in the same way as if I was standing in you store making a purchase. You can invest in new websites, impressive APPs and do all the live chatrooms, partner with TGV or do as many reviews online as you like.But the one thing that most businesses fail to understand is how to use these digital marketing tools to get a true return on relationship, this is what I have done as the Founder/CEO of our private equity, venture & seed capital funds by employing the very best people influencorers to teach my team of the great significance of this in order to always ensure we get a great return on our investments.Its really simple, as a network gives you Reach; a community gives you Power! I had been looking for a Rolex Batman/Bruiser GMT Master II for quite sometime when I stumbled onto Govberg. I dealt with Alaina, I got a great deal since it was pre owned and it shipped fast. She even included a couple of watch magazines which was a huge bonus. I will definitely buy my next watch from them, they were great to deal with and I highly recommend them.

I received my Panerai from Govberg today and I have to say I am more than pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. I have bought many luxury watches before and this was by far the most personalized experience I have had to date. Thier watches reign supreme and Alaina was so knowledgeable about this process.
