Not always the budget option, but Don’s has always fixed it right the first time for me, and almost always very quickly! I trust them with my large assortment of mostly functional 15-20 year old vehicles and maybe you should trust them with yours. I replaced my upper control arms on my own and went to Don’s to get an alignment afterwards. They did the alignment for me just fine but also alerted me that one of my front brakes was seizing (I had thought the additional vibrations were due to the alignment being off when in fact the brake sticking was pulling one side). Anyways they told me about it and didn’t try to pressure me into doing brake work there, which I was thankful for because I can do that part at home. I appreciated the honesty and in-person explanations. Thanks!

Hired them to install 3 levelling kit 35 tires front-end alignment had to go back 4 times to fix everything including 3 levelling kit that wasnt installed properly and wrong tires ordered had to wind up taking it somewhere else for them to tell me that my tires were not balanced properly and were off tremendously great group of guys but will never use them again!

Great professional service. I had an issue with my wheels that was quickly addressed and resolved. They also reassured me that if the problem persists they have a plan B.

Came by with the need to find out where the water leak is coming from, from under my car carpet and the first person I come in contact to, just ended up telling me it’s my windshield that either was cracked or the windshield needs to be replaced..... in the end didn’t help much. So I can only say, that they ended up recommending me to Safelite Glass and go on my separate way. (The problem was fixed when I ended up going to my car dealership instead and it was actually about the Brake Booster that was leaking the water into my car..)

Fast and courteous. We were traveling back from vacation and what everyone fears, happened. We began having electrical problems. I suspected the alternator. We limped down the highway and I stopped at Dons Garage (based on the reviews). They were very courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem (the alternator) and within an hour, had the alternator ordered and replaced. We were back on the road! Now thats service! If youre having car problems, whether youre out or town or local, do yourself a favor and check them out. Theyre first class.

The character limit woud not allow me to post the detailed review, but to summarize. They installed the wrong power steering pump. It leaked it screamed and they claimed it was the AC compressor. Charged $900 for repairs of which only one seems to be right. They got grease all over my new leather seat, caused a huge oil leak in my driveway, and only seemd interested in charging me for more work rather than fixing their mistakes. The were also unable to show me the parts they replaced. Very costly mistake. BTW the steering pump issue was resolved by another garage at additional costs, but it works now.

Straight forward. Gave me a quote on repairs, no charge.

Dodge dealer said I needed new motor mounts not once but twice cost of $668! Took it to Dons after both Desler visits they put the truck on the lift and showed me perfectly good motor mounts and rubber coverings. Thats it for Dodge dealer. Im a Dons Garage customer! I brought my car in to repair a bent strut and then do an alignment. The week before this visit I was at the dealership and was able to get my wheels aligned all in the green except my right front passenger side due to a bent strut so dons’s was supposed to replace the strut and realign my tires. This joke of a mechanic tried to tell me it was normal that my wheels in the rear would only align to the red and the front was aligned to the yellow. Really??? That’s not normal or acceptable. Don’t waste your money at this place. Spend a little extra and take it to the dealership.

Well first off I was sceptical two of my friends said go here! So I gave them a try I dont go to the shop for any old problem I go for transmissions and gear install stuff I dont do myself because its too meticulous for my shade tree garage I have to say 5 stars on the first chat with Don and the verbal estimate and agreement the other 2 places I talked to were sure that it was a couple day job and about the same price but everything went smooth Im guessing cause it only took one day and they installed my 456 gears in my dana 44 front and Chrysler 9.25 rear cause I have 4wd and its running perfect I needed to get the gear right cause I went to 38s on my truck and it had 356 gears stock I turned it into a turtle and Dons made it bk into a truck I cant wait for my few hundred mile break in so I can see how it pulls my boat now great job guys if anyone has a question or just arent sure this is the place trust me it is. Any questions just ask thanks again guys great job and I look forward to more business in the near future yall are the 💩!!!!

My girlfriend and I are on a roadtrip and my fuelpump died while we were passing through Florida at about 4:30, we barely made it to the ford dealer down the street and were quoted 1200.00 and the job couldnt get done until the following day. I found Dons garage on Google and struggled to make it there 3 miles away...John and his crew stayed after hours to get us back on the road and charged me less than half of the 1200.00 and we were back on the road. These are great people and deserve to be recognized. Thank you again John.

Very nice staff and not to expensive

Outstanding level of customer service and truly made me feel comfortable and safe about leaving my car to get fixed there without unnecessary added expenditures.

Brought our truck to them and told them we had a coolant leak and and needed ALL fluids changed. Was told we needed a new radiator, no wait we need a water pump, no wait its the thermostats. Ok so they say they changed out all of these and coolant leak is fixed. Almost $2000 later we pick the truck up. Headed to Pennsylvania we noticed service brake light comes on, then service air bag, oh wait not done yet.... Low coolant level comes on... Yes low coolant, so you ask didnt you just say they fixed that.... Yes thats what they said.... Half way to Pennsylvania we noticed that there was grinding noise coming from the transfer case and the sifter was vibrating.... Get to Pennsylvania and take truck in to see what is going on.... According to mechanic we were told coolant leak was never fixed it was an old hose a $50 dollar fix.... (Nothing to do with radiator, water pump, or thermostats). Was told that sensors went bad due to clamps being left of after changing of parts in engine compartment causing dirt and debris to get to sensors. Was told that the transfer case was shot due to wrong fluid and over filling. So basically it will cost us another $3000 to fix what they never did and to fix what they messed up. Did I call to discuss this matter... Absolutely was I nice or lady like when I called absolutely NOT!!!! I am waiting to hear from mechanic to find out if any of these parts were actually changed out. I will keep you posted. The new mechanic also said that they have had many pipeliners bring their trucks to them after taking them to other shops and they have fix because all these shops see is $$ signs. Are we pipeliners yes we are. Are we loaded absolutely not. Like everyone else we have bills to pay at home and one the road. Long story short be very aware of who you take you vehicles to.
