Had to get covid testing here for my international flight. The lady at the front desk said results should be ready in two days, maximum of three. It’s noon on the third day and I still don’t have results or any update. I’ve been trying to call for 30 minutes now and no one will pick up the phone (there’s no option to even leave a message). I’m about to have to board a 16 hour flight not knowing what my results are and knowing very well I could have to turn around and fly 16 hours back if my results are positive. I don’t understand why Walgreen’s free testing could get me my PCR test results in less than a day, and this service that cost $129 can’t deliver on the timeline promised. I feel ripped off and I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received. I do not recommend anyone get tested here. This is a $1600 flight on the line, I am so frustrated by the lack of communication.

Not a very good service. Promise a time frame and take no accountability for not delivering results by then. Pawn off the blame elsewhere and dont follow up very well. Will take your money and then they are done with you.

Worse experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs to get lab tests done. I asked for a full panel of labs and they did not do the exact tests that I requested for. The people who worked at this location lacks customer service skills and act like they do not know what they are doing. One woman that drew blood from me need to be fired. The woman stuck me in both my left and right arm and when she was in the process of drawing blood she kept moving the needle around in my vein. This caused me a lot of discomfort. I will never go back here again. I basically wasted $248 and I didn’t get all the tests that is required for my surgery. I want a refund!!!

This place was nice and quick for what I needed done. However, I tried to inform the young lady who was doing my blood work about my small veins. Informed her she would have better luck in my hands. She insisted she had it. Well she didn’t. I ended up having to get poked twice, and two horrible bruises at the site of vein she attempted to draw from.

On two separate occasions, I scheduled early morning blood work and showed up to find the doors locked and no one inside. The first time, the employee was an hour late to work. The second time, the owner decided to close the business less than an hour before it was supposed to open.I spoke with the scheduling manager as well as the owner and no one offered any remedy to the situation. I have personally wasted a lot of time and gas money trying to get blood work done here. I would not recommend this business.

On 09/10/21 who ever the woman is that worked around 12pm was very rude and had an attitude. She had short hair and gave me a hard time concerning my appointment. She needs a talk from management. Thanks!

I have a question. Was anyone else who went here asked to email a picture of themselves and the children in question for a dna test? I assumed my phone number and dna would suffice but it took a minute for me to get my results and I was told that was because I hadnt sent in a photo of me and the kids I wanted tested. Someone please answer

I called in to set up the appointment for a legal paternity test. They got all my information and said the test would be ready for me to take upon finishing my paperwork. We got there and they loudly spoke to the who room telling my business. Made me, and the mother of my child very uncomfortable.I dont recommend going here if you want any test done discreetly.

Tina was absolutely WONDERFUL! Professional yet caring. Handled multiple patients, calls, desk work with grace and apparent ease. Amazing. Super clean office. We were really impressed with this place.

Ms. Tina was truly amazing. She was kind, friendly, enjoyable, personable & any other adjective used to describe a wonderful a person such as her self. Please keep her. I have never met someone so friendly in a professional setting until now. She represents the type of personality everyone should have when working with the public.

Had an appointment for 8:45am. Showed up and there was only one person working with 4 waiting in the waiting area. At 9:30, 45 minutes after I showed up for my appointment, only 2 people had been seen. I got up and left because I had other appointments to be at. Whats the point in making appointments if you dont get seen anywhere near the time that you reserved?

My wife and I always have a great experience here. I dont understand the other post about Tina. She is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nice and good people work here

I sat in here and witnessed the employee here being incredibly rude and belligerent to a customer.The customer was told to pick up her results in 48 hours and the customer came back a week later for them.The employee did not let her know that that if she didnt return WITHIN 48 hours her test results would be discarded without refund. When the customer brought this to her attention, the employee became aggressive and attitudinal entirely unnecessarily. When a supervisor was alerted, the employee proceeded to be loud and insulting while on the phone with her. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Paris was very professional and well knowledgeable. I was so amazed at how well she managed not only the front desk duties and crowd control but also everything in the laboratory.

Got my DNA test done from this location & the lady there is so sweet & patient! Very clean inside too!

Tina was the only one there, and a great person to connect with.
