Everyone at Caliber was phenomenal to deal with. They were in touch with me every step of the way. Every single team member I dealt with was kind, professional, informative and very knowledgeable about what was going on.

They replaced my bumper with one that had an oddly placed tow hook cover. After I discovered this, I was asked to send pictures of it as they said they didn’t take any pics after the repair. I did this and was told he (Joe) would check with manager and call me back. After no return phone call, I called him back after 2 days and he acknowledged receiving pics but needs to talk to manager who is in a meeting and he will call me back. Still no return call. If Caliber makes this issue right, I would be more than willing to change this review but, can’t get someone to return my calls. Caliber Collision is a State Farm authorized collision shop and the reason I chose them.

In most markets there is a body shop that is head and shoulders above the rest. In Ocala Florida it is Caliber Collision. They are super efficient, super competent, reasonably priced, and they do their work on time and perfectly. They come highly recommended by me!

CALIBER COLLISION was very professional in the coordination with the insurance, check in and out, status update phone calls to keep us in the loop on the time frame of repairs. Had to bring my truck in for bumper replacement. Danny kept me up to date the through the entire process and told me he would have the truck ready Friday or Monday latest. Ended up having it ready early on Friday so I could have it for the weekend. Truck was returned to me detailed and they even cleaned the inside. Caliber Collision went above and beyond working on my truck would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Since I made the appointment until they returned my car they offered me the best costumer service. Sean went above and beyond to make the process smooth and right. During the week he updated me with the status of the vehicle. My car had more damages from the impact of my car accident that were not noticeably at first glance, but as soon as they found the problem they notified me immediately. He estimated to return my car in 10 days, but by my surprise my car was ready in 7 days.I highly recommend this place.

I just got my car back and it looks brand new. Sean did an amazing job and communicated with me throughout the process. The entire team was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend these guys.

Brought a truck in that was rear ended. Sean made it crystal clear that he had 18 years of experience and was the boss hog. He told me that some of the damage that happened during the accident occurred previously. I almost immediately told him that I wanted to take the truck somewhere else but he would not stop taking of pictures of the vehicle and said he would just send his report to whatever shop I chose. I repeated myself that I wanted to switch the insurance claim to have the estimate somewhere else and he ran into his office to call our insurance company and file the report. I went into the office and told them that it was our right to take the truck anywhere we wanted and not to continue with anything they were doing. The woman at the front counter was sweet and tried to tell him to stop. Sean continued to file the report to our insurance company even though he was explicitly told not to. A call to state farm remedied the matter. The worst customer experience Ive ever had and not what you want after an accident. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Went to the collision center at Palm Chevrolet and there was a night and day difference in professionalism, employee appearance, and quality of service even though the truck is a Ford!

High quality repairs, but because it took them a few days longer than promised to make repairs, they promised to send me a gift card...its been about 8 months, still no gift card received. In any case the work they did on my car was good.

I was referred to Caliber by All-State for my claim on my 2018 BMW 540i. This car is less than a year old, and it is meticulously cared for by myself. I hand wash it, wax it, it has never been through a car wash. My accident was me backing into a steel gate at my sons school, left a nasty scratch on the trunk to the right of the license plate, and damaged the back left tail light. Caliber took care of the job in 4 days, start to finish, with EXCEPTIONAL customer service and job quality. I could not even point out on the finish where the original damage had been done. Genuinely amazed by the work.Highly recommend for ANY collision or voluntary body work that is in need of being done.

I admit that I wasnt thrilled to learn that my Honda Element needed a new roof because of rust around the windshield. But Caliber quoted me a fair price and also suggested I put a claim through my insurance (which saved $900 out of pocket). They got it done quickly and the job looks great. Its like a new car! I had damage to my bumper, they repaired however paint job does not match my vehicle and the bumper is not fully intact and aligned. There is an area on my bumper where it was not placed over the clip that you can visually see. Not impressed

They had my car for two weeks for what seemed like a fender bender but when I picked it up and saw the pictures of what they found as they disassembled the damaged areas I was amazed that they got it done in that amount of time. It was seriously damaged. Now it looks as good as new (or better). Wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again.
