Used to be a full on Windows PC & Mac computer repair and build shop with the extra added touch of many other products such as keyboards and mice sets, point of sale registers, laptops and all peripherals plus so much more ... too much to list.Now they have become this one sided CCTV business ONLY and will offer up solely security camera systems and anything that you could possibly need with those systems, like the DVR and hard drives, PTZ cams, controllers, cables, etc.Prices arent so great even on this set of merchandise same as before with the computer hardware. Price point just seems to be a constant issue. Then on top of that tax which will make you just walk out of the store. Zero flexibility as far as price negotiating in all the years Ive been there. Not my favorite store.If you do own a business, set up your tax exemption immediately even before buying a single thing. Then MAYBE you can get a fair shake. If you know your name brands of good equipment take a look around if thats what youre looking for, but as for me it feels like all generically high priced mass produced equipment.

These guys are the most responsible, well-mannered, professional camera/tech supply in the area. Have been dealing with them for several years and have no complaints. Doesn’t matter who you speak to, (lee, Choi, jerry etc.) staff is well trained and their main concern is your satisfaction.Will be doing business with them for years to come and I recommend you do the same.

I had a problem with a camera I purchased and they covered the repair under warranty I initially was told the repair was not covered but the owner stepped in and fixed it and the camera is perfect now. They have decent cameras and they service them. Don’t be discouraged from shopping here if you have a problem they are capable of providing solutions just talk to Jerry or Mr Lee.

I would give this people zero star if I could. They are crooks. I spent couple of thousand of dollars purchasing them a full surveillance camera system for my business and when I called them for support they do not want to help at all, they even said to me that I am not allowed to call them but the technician who installed the cameras( as they have tide business between technicians and themselves to scam customers )but no one explain that to me that I the guarantee and support of the system finish If I do not want to continue working with their technicians when I was paying them thousand of dollars. What a scam business!Will report them to the business credit bureau for incompetents

They were extremly nice people who took parts out of my current computer and several components and put it into my new gaming case. They were also nice enough to install another fan because they had an extra lying around. The people were nice and the service was pretty fast for a big job like mine. 10/10

I dropped my laptop off to this place, and he never wrote me receipt for my laptop. He told me to call him a couple of days, and when I did, he stated he was still waiting for the part to fix my computer. So he told me to wait a couple of days. At that point, I decided to wait to pick up my laptop because I just started a new job. About two months later, I called the owner to pick up my laptop, and he stated that he scrapped it. He didnt even remember me coming in there and he didnt even remember my laptop looked liked. I went to meet him in person, and stated he never wrote me a receipt for my laptop, never notified me when it was done, and never told me that he was going to get rid of my laptop. Then he acted like he wasnt even concerned about my laptop, and didnt want to do anything to make the situation right. I just dont understand how someone is so careless with other peoples property, then dont have any concern about it, or try to fix the issue.

I usually buy all my computer stuff online but this place is an amazingly great resource especially when you need parts right now. I had messed up installing a proccessor and unknowingly bent one of the pins in the socket and brought the mother board and processor and RAM to be trouble shot. Figured it out in an hour and repaired the pin. If you need it faster than online shopping this is the place indispensable.

I repaired my gaming desktop at Safenet. Bestbuy and Staples couldnt repair my computer so I took it to this place. You have to pay Diagnostic fee to get check up, but it isnt expensive and the diagnostic charge was included on the repair fee. They found out the problem the day I brought in and repaired it next day. It works perfectly. I go there every time I need any problem on my PC.

Like small Best buy with real geeks inside. Regular priced items are slightly cheaper side but some of then are cheaper on online.

My computer got slower, did they add a cheap processor into my computer? I had a extremely powerful processor before when I brought it to SafeNet. When I got it back, the computer seemed to be fixed. But as days went by, the computer got more and more shittier. So I gave up and I didnt wanted to go back to SafeNet again. Ive went to SafeNet trillions of times to get my computer fixed, but it only got worse.

Bought pc parts here. All together costed 1500$. Their prices are amazing as well as their service. They put your pc together for free.

I found this place via a google search and went in to price my first hand built desktop. They were fantastic and patient. I went home and compared their pricing with TigerDirect and NewEgg and to my surprise Safenets prices were identical to or less than I found online. Then they built it for free. When I went to pick up my new PC I dropped off an old desktop and they turned it into a RAID1 storage warehouse for the cost of two 1TB hard drives and a $29 raid controller. Their technical expertise was impeccable as was the service. they know their price-points and their customers. Buy your next PC here you will not be disappointed and you will save a fortune.

They have poor customer service, when you walk in and ask their sales people some questions they would answer you! but not give you a full details and then they would walk away. And if you have another question, you would need to hunt them down rather than staying with you until you are done. This is a really bad customer service that they have and I wouldn’t shop there again, I will take my business elsewhere!
