My cars bumper was badly damaged in a fender bender, and I just have bare minimum insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. I went to Perfection Collision to get a quote an hour after the accident, and they could see I was still shaken from the experience and treated me very kindly. They gave me a good repair rate, and once I decided to commit to the repairs, they got the parts in within a day or so! Not only that, but when they realized that my only transportation to and from work would be my bicycle while my car was in the shop, they gave my repair priority. Initially theyd estimated that the repairs would take a couple of days; instead, they finished the work by that afternoon! The car bumper looks fantastic, just like new. They also glued down a loose door handle thats been problematic for years. To top it off, the morning I came to pick up, the area had torrential rainfall. Id begun to walk the two miles or so to the shop when they called me out of the blue and offered to give me a ride. They really went the extra mile for me, going above and beyond what was required in order to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Thank you! Id recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs, no matter how large or small.

Horrible experience. The owner, Mike, lied directly to my face about my car. Gave them too many opportunities to repair my car with very poor care for me and my car. They dont return calls and make promises they do NOT keep. Worst shop EVER and Ive had experiences with other shops. Id suggest no one use this shop. I had to pull my car from this shop. I have much more to say but, for now, Ill end this review. If anyone has questions, feel free to reach out to me.

The people here are the sweetest. Always had answers and updates. I spoke with Dennis and the woman at the front desk most of the time. It took 2 months to get my car back with substantial body damage done to it. But let me tell you, it looks brand new!

OMG i loved the new management perfection has now. Wow I love my paint job they did pearlblack candy paint incandescent on my jeep compass. The owners of the company know how to do business. Will defiantly use them again on any vehicle that I ever paint from now on. They helped me with everything I needed to know and all the steps. I got my jeep back a day earlier than I was suppose to . Please with work done on vehicle. Inside could have been cleaned better. Should be more sensitive to customer health needs. Air freshners used as part of clean up thrown on floor mats and in back of vehicle triggered an allergic reaction.

Would give ZERO stars if this would let me!!Truck was in a wreck, they fixed it, couldnt get a wheel so they reimbursed for that but couldnt find a valance, they told us if they couldnt find the valance they would reimburse for that as well, we have called several times with no answer, when we finally did get hold them they told us they already reimbursed for the valance and the wheel which is a lie, then they tell us that we have to deal with the other insurance company to get the reimbursement, this has been going on for 4 months with absolutely no help from this place,STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

Was not impressed at all with this place. Was asked to come in several days prior to sign paperwork so they could prep for my car repair in case they needed to order anything to save time. (car was side swiped and driver door needed repaired as well as passenger side) Needed to get it fixed as I was in the process of buying a new car and of course, needed the trade in. On Wednesday of that week I went in to ask if I could quickly take a photo of my VIN. When I got there, they could not find my car and more importantly, my car was not checked in so it had been sitting there for two days with nothing happening. I called on Friday to see if it was done and I was told it was In Paint. I called again on Monday and was told it was going into paint. I showed up Wednesday morning to speak to the manager letting her know I have bought a new car and need it for the trade in. Show up Thursday, it was done...no issue at all with the work. They added an extra $1,000 to my bill without notifying myself or my insurance company as to adjust the claim of which I paid way more than my deductible to get my car. Had my car for 10 days....Never did I get a call about where they were in the process, never was contact initiated by them regarding changes to the process. And to be fair, was very pleased with how they detailed the vehicle for pick up.

Two ladies gave me an estimate. I called back, and they wanted another estimate. The two ladies had been fired, and my estimate almost doubled. They are not professional.

If you need autobody work and are near Ocala - you dont need to look anywhere else. The repaired my vehicle in a timely manner - and their work was great (you cant tell where the damage was). The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

So I called the BMW/Porsche dealership of Ocala and asked who they recommend: thus, my decision to drive all the way from Inverness. Glad I did. Best customer service from consult to communication- top notch service. Finished my car on time as predicted. Also got a surprise when I picked it up: a wax and full detail. Dennis was a pleasure to work with.

I used this through AAA and the individual who showed up was garbage. He had my address and still couldnt figure out how to get to the house. That in itself isnt a huge issue, but when I tried to give him directions he not only went in the wrong direction, but quickly became nasty and snappy with his responses. I asked if he could just find the building number and he replied, again rudely, that he has a bunch of other people waiting and he, didnt have time to be doing loops and stuff. I told him that he was being extremely unprofessional and he responded with a louder voice. Being that it sounded as though he were going to drive off I offered to take another car to find him and direct him to the location. I dont give reviews often, but this aggravated me enough to write this and call AAA... Im sure other employees are fine, but... not this guy.

We pulled our LS460 into Perfection with a couple of warranty problems left over from a CarStar in Canada, plus a broken fog-light mount gifted to us by some unknown motorist in a parking lot. General Manager Dennis Harris was amazing. He solved all problems quickly and creatively and got everything fixed early the next morning. Not only do we strongly recommend Perfection Collision, but we were very impressed by the CarStar Warranty, which brought us quick, friendly service on a car which was repaired in another outlet 2000 miles away in another country. Perfection Collision definitely lived up to their name!
