Landfair apartments is a great place to live, the apartments are very big and spacious. The landlord is a caring person she cares about her tenants and always makes sure everything is okay in our home. We thank her for it
I love it! This place is awesome and well worth it. Very easy to get in and out of when moving people in. You want to go see Crystal, She will take great care of you.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I lived here over 4 years and it was ok the first year or so. Then I started having consistent problems with my AC and the tubs clogging. I even had the maintenance ppl tell me its supposed to be 80%in my unit bc I had a crock pot on. Finally they took me serious and took the AC cabinet off thats located in the unit and there were wires that were fried, which could have resulted in catching the place on fire. Multiple fights took place in or around my yard, one lady came running up on my porch after having stabbed her boyfriend. I advised the office of how unsafe things had become and that I would be moving bc of this. Yet they still going to charge me for breaking my lease even though I gave 30 days notice and paid my last months rent and forfeited my deposit. This place is only out for the money and will do the bare minimum to keep things running. Find somewhere else to stay. Stay far away from here!!
Duplex had water and A.C. issues the entire lease. My room flooded twice. Pest service is horrible- had to have someone else spray the home and yard. Garbage not picked up on a regular basis. Drug dealers run the back of the development. The rental office talks a good game, but dont believe the hype. NO ONE that has moved out that I know of over the last 2 years has gotten their deposits back.( 0/11 )
I lived here for 4 years. It was nice when I first moved in but then things started slowly changing for the worse. Management company changed and they could care less at carrfour about office staff breaking the rules. Greystone or whomever was there before was much better. My apartment was broken into twice in 6 months and Terri Lawler actually laughed when I told her what the police said. This complex took $196 out of my security deposit to replace carpet that was cleaner then when I moved in. Lawyer said suing for that would cost more to file so they wouldnt pursue the case. Office didnt clean the dryer vents and my personal dryer paid the price. Carrfour did nothing to try and make it right. Maybe I should have let the unit burn down after getting my kids out safely. The smoke smell was still in the dryer a week later even after sitting outside on the patio the entire time. Dont move here. It is not what it used to be and staff and management company are deplorable to say the least.
