Previously lived here for 2 years and loved it!!! Had to leave for personal reasons but hope to return soon.

This is an exceptional place to live. I have lived here for eight years and its very safe. And Laura the manager if you have any problems at all she is right on it. Maintenance is always quick to settle anything thats wrong in the apartment.

The apartments are okay. They have a sugar ant problem that doesn’t seem to go away. They have WAY too many parking rules. Can’t reverse park, if your car is parked in the same spot for more than 3 days you get a letter stating that’s if it’s not in use they will tow it. I forgot to put my registration sticker on my plate and they threatened to tow it. My tire was flat, they threatened to tow it, my grandparents parked in front of the building, they threatened to tow their car. They wanted them to park away from a building. Mind you, the only place they could park was far away. I had to drive with them to the parking spot so that I can drive them back. What a freaking hassle. Someone complained and said I had a dog. They threatened to terminate my lease… I didn’t even own a dog, they complained about the wrong neighbor. It’s a very annoying complex to live in.

Never rent from this place. We’ve been staying with a friend while he’s moving out and helping him move. We got back to the apt today to find out that they changed the locks and haven’t given him a proper notice on when to leave in a temp to evict which is illegal. This is the second time that have tried to do this to us.

Have lived here happily for seven years. Appreciate managements upkeep efforts...new fences, roofs, lawn mowing, etc. Quick resolution of maintenance requests. Pleasant staff.

Decent place to live neighbors are cool little pricey for a single person but for groups of 2 or more this is a very accommodating complex garages and car ports are available, nice pools and beautiful scenery well kept on maintenance and well secured I feel like I could leave my door unlocked, I dont thats just the vibe I get here great place

I have lived here 3 years now and have never had a better experience with staff anywhere else! Had a problem with plumbing once and they handled it immediately. Defintly recommend.

I rented one of the corporate apartments for 8 months. I was supposed to be there temporarily but things changed and I needed to stay longer than anticipated. The management was amazing and they were very responsive to all of our needs. Grounds and facilities are kept up to date and the local residents are very friendly. Highly recommend these apartments.

Just be cautious considering this property ... Gave a star simply because they appeared friendly. When it came down to it, it became very apparent that certain requests are unreasonable to them (things that are not uncommon) and other things simply are over looked (things which SHOULD be important). The issue was not about maintaining rules or a standard of living, but simply odd, lacking in common sense and well ... as I stated, unreasonable. In the end, we are very happy we experienced this because we ended up getting a new home! Thank you Carlton Arms of Ocala for being such a Karen!!!!!!!

This was my first home in the U.S and my family loves the place.

Well considering you cant even drive through the community to look at the place and the outside of the apartments without and appointment. You cant even enter without being harassed by the front gate with 8 cars backed up on the road trying to get in the one entrance.

Im not getting any word back on my apartment. Ive been waiting for three weeks now. The communication is not great at all. Ive called and left messages.

My mom lives here 3 years now and is very happy. Always clean, quiet and well kept.Most importantly there’s security for the community.

This is my favorite apartment complex in Marion county. They are very professional and living here has been extremely accommodating and great overall.

They treat you like children, and the rules do not apply to everyone. They keep threatening me for things no one else is doing. DO NOT MOVE HERE! IM LEAVING AS SOON AS I CAN!I did talk to them. Someone was in my place without my permission, and they said they were not in my place. I know for a fact someone was in my place. I got yelled at for going around a line of cars checking in when I pay $1100 to live here. Its only been 4 months and I hate it here. Its going to be a long 8 month.

We have no regrets that we spend our life renting there before we bought a house. The community is peaceful & safe. Repairs job are done asap. Last week my package was mistakenly sent there. Thanks to LIZA, an office staff, helped me unselfishly & wholeheartedly to retrieve my important package in just 2 hrs when I called. God bless you always! May you continue to have a kind heart to help! Very much appreciated! Im happy that there is someone still concerned to people who are not anymore a residents there. More power!

I thank God every day for allowing me to be here. This place is very clean, quiet, and beautiful. I feel like what we pay in rent is well worth it. I am very well pleased with the amenities we have. When I moved in my place was spotless clean! The office staff is amazing and everyone is so nice. They are all on one accord and every one of my questions were answered on spot. I relocated from NC and this has been a very pleasant experience.

If you are moving from Out of State to Ocala Fl Carlton Arms of Ocala is the Right Choice for you ! Great Community and Staff is Wonderful ! I have lived there for 5 years before relocating back to my home state. Laura Smith is the property manager and she is Wonderful as well!

My brother and I just moved in and even with the stay at home order because of this virus the people here have been fabulous ! I have had lots of questions and probably will have more but they have been very patient and helpful thank u I sure do appreciate it!

We have lived at Carlton Arms since June 2015 and we love it. Its very clean. The office and maintenance staff are awesome. Theyre very efficient and take care of our needs quickly, in the same day. The grounds are kept up on a daily basis. All the amenities are close on the premises. Its a beautiful, quiet, safe place to live. We hope to reside here for a long time!

Love living here!. We have a patio and have been able to plant our own flowers and have a garden. We feel like we have a home not an apartment. Very peaceful and quiet. We have 2 dogs and they love the dog park! They give it 5 paws!

Living at this apartment was the best thing about my time in Ocala. I was here just a year, and had absolutely zero issues with anything. If there were any minor things that maintenance needed to do--they were very prompt and friendly. Office people always cordial and helpful. Quiet and peaceful. GREAT gate staff, especially Debra. I have only positive things to say about living at Carlton Arms. Thanks for a great experience!

I love living in Carlton Arms it is a great place with great people. I have been here a long time now and have got to know everyone. We are all friends here and everyone has been very courteous and given us whatever we needed. They have bent over backwards to help me and I truly appreciate it.

I lived here for two years, just moved out a few weeks ago. Really enjoyed it here and the only reason why I moved was to be closer to work. I would like to come back eventually and would definitely recommend living here to anyone. The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful and when I had a maintenance request it was always taken care of within 24 hours if not sooner. They see that the grounds and the overall upkeep of the apartment complex is above standard, its a beautiful place to live. Five stars.

Living in Carleton arms has been a pleasure.The office staff is friendly, from the tour to signing the lease from move in day till present day the staff has always made themselves available for any help or needs. The Ocala group has made us feel like family and I am thrilled to call this place my home. Maintenance is done normally same day, grounds are kept up and everything always looks perfect. Going on two years and havent even thought about moving love this place.

You will love this place! My Boyfriend and I moved into Carleton Arms in 2013. We had one issue with the AC, on weekend after hours and the repair guy was knocking on our door within the hour. The Pools, gym and grounds are maintained to perfection. The front office staff is so friendly and I love that they are willing to receive packages from UPS or FEDEX. The complex manager is a kind women who always makes time for residents if they have a concern. I am utterly shocked, in the comment below (Alex) the staff has met my boyfriend few times dropping off rent checks, and whether its him or myself they always ask how the other is doing and its always in a genuine caring way. We are both in our mid twenties and never once have I felt anyone was being even remotely negative. Carleton Arms of ocala has residents from all walks of life whether it be gay or straight. What is important is that everyone (from what I can see) treated with dignity and respect. We are all part of the Carleton Arms family. I can say, things are well maintained, responsiveness to requests are fast, staff is so very friendly and caring. I cant think of anything negative to say of my four years of living here. I also do believe that complex manager has created the environment where residents feel welcomed and valued and the priority is always residents needs from maintenance all the way to dinner suggestions. I absolutely love living here and dont have any plans on leaving any time soon.

This apartment complex staff incompetent. I wanted to live here to be closer to my grandmother. Ive had 2 other family members live in this complex so Im aware of how they function. They are bias and prejudice. When I applied for the complex they denied my application because i work for a small company they said they couldnt find the company when no one else has ever had a problem finding it.

I really like living here at Carlton Arms, I think this complex is very nice, I cannot complain about anything. I have a beautiful view from my apartment, and I like my neighbors as well. There are a variety of ages living here and that is one of the things I love the most, I have met so many people. I love the facilities and the amenities I have access to as well, the workout room is really great.

Watch out for the creeper in the gray Chevy he will break his neck to look at your 15-year-old daughter walking home from school if he doesn’t try to talk to her while he’s doing 55 mph through the parking lot . this used to be a nice clean safe place to live I don’t know what changed we have been gone for two months now in the projects are safer than this place the rent goes up every time the lease is due Insecurity is shoddy at best to save your money and avoid this place it’s not what it’s cracked up to beBy the way I love the diplomatic answers to all the other crappy reviews did I mention the bedbugs?

I lived there for a Year and i had to move out of state due to family but is the best place to live at i loved every second of it i will be moving back to state in a few months and i will be going right back to Carlton Arms

Its been about 3 years that I have been living here. The maintenance is prompt and fix things right the first time. The security helps you feel safe and the pools are awesome - always clean and ready for a swim!

My husband and I lived in a townhouse 2015 - 2016. The maintenance staff was always knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous; the office staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had; all things/repairs were done within 24 hours! We were very pleased with the location and grounds and loved that they had a security guard station 24 hours! We would highly recommend this place to others and would still be there if we didnt move 2 hours away.

I was just refused the gym code at my gate because I had a guest with me. I have been using the gym for six months. I had surgery and Im out of commission for two, three weeks. My guest is here to take care of me on a doctors schedule and cant even use this gym because Im not sitting right there with him. I was drilled about why I dont have the code already. I usually keep the code and my DL pic in my phone, but I have a new phone. Why does this matter? Is the code only provided once? This, on top of how inconsistent the gate keepers are in the middle of the night is unprofessional. I have seen them asleep. I have seen them just wave anybody in. I understand they are trying to protect the property. My quality of life is diminished when I cant use the amenities I pay for. Consistency and vigilance keep the property protected. Not waking up to wipe the drool off your face and then overcompensating with the guest that woke you up.I am an educated professional. My guest is a doctor. Sometimes you have to get up and work your muscles or they begin to spasm. Rather than us tending to this at the gym, we are being judged and restricted by the gate keeper.The policies and procedures here leave something to be desired.

Hello, I lived there for years, no complaints n my children was not follow or bother by any of worker. We loved this place. Just rent go up every year.

I really like Carlton Arms Ocala for the buildings. They are so beautiful and constructed so well. The grounds here are also very well taken care of. Its nice just to have a walk around the grounds and take it all in.

The workers here are incredibly rude and don’t know how to treat their guest. They fail to realize that kids here are guests too. They discriminate many of the young African American children who are literally minding their own business. When I walk into the office(regardless of what it’s for) they always seem to have an attitude with me. The only nice people there are the one old lady with gray hair, the tall skinny white man and that’s all for the nice office workers. The worst of them all is the office manager. On mainly every occasion I’ve come in contact with her, she always give me and my friends a bad attitude and is very rude and tries to ignore yours feedback on the complex. Overall they just need a new manager. Also one time I went to the front to ask if they have change and one of the ladies replied with “You guys come in here everyday asking for change. We don’t have any so stop asking and don’t come here anymore.” I highly highly do not recommend this neighborhood at all. There have been many occasions where a young Hispanic or black kid would get into a fight and they would threaten to arrest them. But when young white kids fight they break up the fight and tell them not to do it again. They also follow people home if they suspect you did something wrong. If you are not 16 years or older and you go to the gym they will come into the gum and start yelling at you like you are some type of animal. They never made it clear that children under 16 years of age should not be allowed in the gym. I don’t even want to give them one star. If I was able to give minus stars I would. In conclusion the people who work here, excuse my language, are a bunch of unprofessional workers who don’t know how to treat their clients correctly.

Written in June 2016I LOVE Carlton Arms of Ocala! I have lived here for two months and I am extremely happy. Everyone in he office is professional, welcoming, and helpful. I even wrote a letter to the management giving them thanks for such a great place to live. Everyone that works here that I have encountered has been absolutely great, respectful, and professional. I had minor repair issues needed the second month and they took care of each problem the same day or the following one. The staff here really makes an effort to ensure that you are happy. I have a beautiful patio with an impressive view and connection to nature that is quite a pleasure to enjoy every single day. This is a great place for any age as there are 860 apartments in this community, therefore, you will find people of all ages and many different backgrounds. Being from New York, it is refreshing to see such diversity in one community. Tenants get a monthly newsletter, pizza at a reduced price something like twice a month and coffee/donuts for free like once/twice a month as well (I havent participated in that yet, but I know they have it), free notary, ability to print needed documents, security at the entrance, a place to wash your car, two pools, a basketball and tennis court, a mailbox to send out regular letters, so many great things I cannot name all, so check them out on their website. I love it here!UPDATED REVIEW AS OF MARCH 21, 2016I still love Carlton Arms of Ocala and they still offer the greatest service around. I am a current tenant and they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. Ignore negative comments, they may deter you from finding this great deal and great place to live. No one paid me for posting this, I just have to share when something is extremely good or extremely bad! By the way if you end up living here you will get a great cable package and/or free basic cable, I have compared various companies in the area and NOTHING can beat what it is offered through this community (my bill with basic cable, phone, and fast speed internet is under $80, thats unheard of in Ocala!). You will find cheaper places, better? I dont know!!! If you get better (which you can) it will cost you an extra $150 a month in rent!!! (I checked various communities before and after I moved at Carlton Arms! Good luck on your search!

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX....dont waste your time.the apartments are not the nicest. if you want to have visitors EVER...they cant bring any type of pet with them. the apt is too big and cant handle itThe staff is rude.

Carlton Arms is a great community. Although there is a large variety of ages living here, there is still a strong sense of unity. It is very quiet and pleasant. The staff is always available, and I really appreciate everything they do.

Reading the reviews it looks like you have ONE rotten apple in the bushel. Unbelievable what he said about this beautiful clean well kept community. The guard people are so courteous, the office people beyond compare nice I visit often with friends who are very happy here, and will move here myself, hopefully by years end.. Keep up the good work there will always be one to complain.

I just visit someone that lives here but guards are always nice and it seems like a nice place to live. The apartments are very nice.

Loved living at this complex. Staff are friendly and apartments are nice. Anytime so.thing was wrong they fixed it either the day it broke or not long afterwards. If your looking for a place to move into fast in ocala this is a good spot we were on the waiting list for a week before our move in date.

Reply: I noticed you managed to reply and NOT address what my review stated. Let me break it down further. The Newsletter you speak of is a flyer put on a door with your community news NOT a written statement in regards to pet policy nor management change etc. Any company will tell you that. As for the pool passes we did NOT lose it, the pass was due to wear and tear because it is cheap and easily capable of fading etc. When informed office of this we was charged a fee. You did not mention why your gate access allows up to 4 cars in at a time. You also did not address the front gate staff and there after hours snooze time and inability to check each car effectively when coming into the community. (Which we did make your staff aware of) But I suppose looking into who is in the pool as opposed to who is in the community in general was of high priority. As for the landscaping of the patio. It is the tenant responsibility to keep patio clear of garbage, dirt etc and yes weeds. We however do live in the state of Florida and with that said if your tenant brings you business and you offer a gift. YOU dont find an excuse not to deliver that gift. Whether there were 1 weed or 100 either way your grounds crew would of had to remove the old setting and put new in. ALL of these issues were brought to the attention of your staff and all of which had different answers and none of which were applicable to what you have wrote back other then your attempt to save face of your business. Reason for which you will get no call and communication is being put online is because public reply is a much more effective approach. Last but not least speaking of your staff when we terminated our lease we was told directly by your staff that the early termination fee is to be paid back within 60 days. We received 7 days after leaving a letter from your establishment that we have 30 days. I have no issue paying my termination, my issue lies within your incompetent staff for once again supplying invalid information. Bottom line is Carlton Arms is NOT a place I myself recommend to anyone for future residency.

I am so impressed with Carlton Arms, they do such a good job in every way. They are very professional and are excellent in solving any problem you may have. It is a wonderful place to live.

I have been a resident here since 2003 and I am still here because of the excellent management. If anything does go wrong, they are there right away to fix it. All of the buildings are beautiful and with very nice views of the lake and woods

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. If for some reason whether it be work related or military they will not let you break your lease for any reason. Then they lie about sending out certified letters that you owe a bunch of money to them when you were told that they would send you a check for the balance that you over paid by having to move out early. The they turn you over to a collection agency that does not follow through either until you try to rent somewhere else, then they block you from being able to rent because they have ruined your credit.

This is my first apartment that I have ever had, and it has been great. The staff is great and I love the pool. My neighbors are really nice which makes living here worry-free.

I have been here for a while now and the management here is excellent. They are always there to make all the residents happy and if something goes wrong they are right there to make it right. It is a fantastic place to live.

The price that I pay to live at Carlton Arms of Ocala is very reasonable. As a tenant you definitely get a good value for the money spent. I would highly recommend anyone I know to live here.

First of all the property management there is unskillful and incompetency at high levels at this agency. When I asked hard pull or soft pull they couldnt identify. One guy responded quickly to soft pull and doesn’t hurt your credit. The manager informed me they use First advantage to pull the credit reporting, however couldn’t identify what the database does and how much it pulls for soft or hard credit. A property manager and organization should know all the ends and out of this information. Especially when it comes to customer care and satification reporting’s and under law covers the fair housing act and meaning proper fair reporting’s to customers. I am case manager I do background research and checks on organizations to try to see this information when it comes to housing. This is organization that increases homelessness, takes money from individual the 50 dollar go around for applications the manager know they aren’t going to get approved plays the system. So if you’re tight on money and need housing wasting it on application you think you’re going to get approved for is highly unlikely.

Had our wedding reception here. Beautiful facilities. Plenty of room and comfortable too.

I think it’s highly annoying they waste so much paper on visitor tags when I’m just going to pick my kid from her fathers house.. I’m there less than 5minutes X not to mention one of them licks the papers yuck .

This review reflects the office manager, Michelle. She has been rude on several occasions. I actually had her YELL at me while on the phone, while I remained calm. When informing her about a loud upstairs neighbor, she was unwilling to help (I thought thats what they are there for) and was extremely rude and unprofessional about it.The rest of the staff are incredible, friendly and always willing to help. They are MUCH better to talk to about questions or problems experienced at the apartment complex. Its unfortunate that the office manager doesnt adopt these traits and be more professional.Otherwise, Carlton Arms of Ocala is a great place to live and maintenance requests are promptly seen to.

Just moved in the day before yesterday on March 16 2019 to find that every inch of the apartment is covered with HUNDREDS of cockroaches!! I was told there was a slight problem the day before moving in and that wed see a few. After waiting a month to move in this place was in no way shape or form move in ready and shouldnt be considered habitable to any living person.There were live cockroaches in my oven! The ceilings, every single wall, floor, door frame. You name it. I complained to the office and they said I had to wait until Monday to talk to a manager. Oh yes, thanks Ill just sleep with my two year old and 8 year old daughter with hundreds of roaches. Now after being there for two days I have a disgusting and rediculously itchy bumpy rash on my torso, chest and legs, and upper arms which I mentioned to the office but no one cared because it was almost closing and I was shood away. Im almost certain this unit has bed bugs in the rugs and it needs to be treated otherwise I wouldnt be waking up with a rash two nights in a row. This is my second day here and not only am I humiliated that no one seems to care enough to do anything, but Im disgusted and Ill be sleeping in my car tonight and for the rest of my lease if I have to. If you see people sleeping in a car thats my family!Thus far no accomadations have been made, no guest house to sleep in, and certainly no one has offered to let us move into another unit, or allowed us to call a manager instead of waiting until Monday. If employees cant make decisions about serious health issues being thrown into a family of tenants then there needs to be a manager on duty every day of the week including weekends.Please please please get me out of this unit ASAP because Im not going to live with these vile conditions. This is inhumane treament..Also the rugs upstairs are covered in foul smelling yellow and orange stains that I believe is vomit.

This place is beyond horrible! The staff is rude and unfriendly. All they care about is the front of the complex the back is a disaster. They throw satellite dishes and trash and even cement blocks into the woods. Ive called for help and they say its not a emergency and can wait till tomorrow and the promised 24/hr service. Ive had nothing but problems with these people they overcharge! and instead of rent going down every year they INCREASE it every time you RENEW YOUR LEASE. do not waste your money coming to this place!! the fences are falling apart and the back pool is always broken.

****Update: I did move out in June 2019 & the reason was because of the electric bills from Ocala Electric Thieves they have a lot of extra charges on the bills so be careful of that bill its not only for electric youre billed for sewer use too which Ocala Elect told me was divided between all tenants in the building so one person (me) is helping out multiple person family.. See reviews for Ocala Elect on Google.. Another reason for my move was my neighbors they were unbelievably rude & nasty.. However, all that said I wish I had stayed in Ocala instead of moving back to New Port Richey but on the upside my electric bill is only $50.00 a month for the same size apartment & the same lifestyle/usage Ocala Electric was charging me $140.00 a month.. Looking now to rent a house in Ocala but NOT in the Ocala Elect service area..~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~OK Im in a one bedroom apartment here which includes a washer and dryer that I am charged extra for $$$$$ $891.34 inc carport.. Im in the middle of doing my laundry and the timer on the washing machine apparently died and my washer is filled with wet clothes.. So I called the office and the young lady tells me maintenance does NOT consider this an emergency so my clothes will have to sit in wet water until Monday since they have a public laundry room on the premises.. The only problem with that is I do NOT carry cash I do everything with my checkcard and you need to fill up a laundry card to use which is in the office and they are closing.. The young lady says do not yell at her she has no control over the maintenance people that are on the clock but do not consider this an emergency maybe not for them but for this 78 y/o lady it is.. I cannot carry wet laundry to the public laundry facility even if I had a laundry card and this is what I pay $ 891.34 a month for on a ONE bedroom... I dont know why they claim to have after hours service since to me its an emergency since its my clothing...Look elsewhere for an apartment all Mahaffey apartments run the same POOR .. All about the Benjamins baby.. #LookingThe manager called me and stated that if the maintenance person had another call tomorrow she would send him to my apartment; so its ok for tomorrow if but not tonight.. Got it..Found several public laundry places here in Ocala so I will go and get my car, load up my laundry and drive to the closest one but I need to do the laundry and get home before dark cannot drive after dark LOL with that.Update::: did not return home until after 10:00 pm did my laundry at a public facility with all the farm workers on SR40; but at least it took Visa ckcd, Discover, Mastercard.. If I had wanted to use a public laundry facility I would have taken an apartment without a washer/dryer and paid less money for it..

This place is awesome. A great place to live or retire .The management are very nice @ professional. I love this place!!!

I had a condition in which I was not able to walk up many stairs and I needed to be on the first floor of a building. Carlton Arms took care of my needs and bent over backwards for me. They have such a great group of people working there.

I lived there for a year and had to move back to Pinellas County, for Bay Pines VA.I had a wonderful time there.The only downfall! They need a better pizza place in the area.The fishing in the lake is great.Its very peaceful there.

Its a good place to live but is kind of crowded and parking sucks as its not assigned. So you dont always get to park in front of where you live.

Lived here in 2016. Townhomes were nice. The community was quiet and most of the staff were really friendly. There were one or 2 less than friendly ladies in the office, but they were easily outshined by everyone else. I had an issue with my unit and management/maintenance immediately jumped on it. Cant really complain with that type of service.That being said, it wasnt perfect:Since I was in phase 1 I only had one entrance, and theres only 1 lane to get in. So there are several occasions, especially on weekends, where you get to wait to enter your own apartments complex due to a large number of guests coming in. For the price point of the townhomes (A little high for Ocala, I think, but not awful), it didnt make a lot of sense to not have an automated entry for residents.The washer/drier for the condos are really, really tiny stackables.The other issue I had was totally unrelated to Carlton Arms itself, but the church next door. On Wednesday Evenings and Sunday mornings its nearly impossible to get anywhere due to the traffic flowing into/out of the church. OPD prioritized the church traffic over 20th st so you could find yourself sitting there for a very long time. Again, this is no fault of Carlton Arms, but definitely noteworthy.Overall, my experience at Carlton Arms was overwhelmingly positive.

I have lived here for a year now, moved from IL. I gotta say this is one of the best places I have ever lived at. Its a bit on the pricey side for the small 1br I have... But this place is just awesome! 2 pools, a weight room, basketball court, dog park, and a kids playground for when my niece and nephew come to visit!Very friendly people at the main office, even though I often come in with some very bizarre questions.. such as having a pet pig and dumping pounds of sand on my patio for a beach look lol. Maintenance shows up within 10min of me calling them, even at 4am about a flickering light! The entire property is well kept and looks extremely nice all the time. Only complaint I ever had before was when I got home at 2am from work and non-residents would be parked outside my buildings forcing me to park pretty far. But since I made that complaint, they now have a sign stating that all non-resident vehicles will be towed. Havent had a parking problem since!I love it here and the only thing I can think of that could get me to move, is some super high paying job back in IL lol o and as a quick side note... exterminator dude comes by like once a month, and because of that in my year of being here I have seen only 1 bug in my apartment. So yea, thumbs up to the top notch exterminator team!

I would recommend Carlton Arms of Ocala to anybody I came across who is looking for a place to live in the area. I am glad to be living in a location where everyone I come into contact with is so nice and polite.
