Be prepared to stay longer than at other salons, but its usually because they take their time getting your nails right. I like that they strongly recommend colors and shapes, but some people may consider that a little pushy or rude. Ultimately, theyll do what you want, so dont worry.I appreciate that they accept credit cards and Apple/Google pay.One used to be able to book an appointment online, but they dont seem to offer that any service more. Shame.Lastly, unless its a really hot day, its usually cold inside, so bring a sweater.

I love this nail salon! Everyone is so friendly, and they do really great work!! One thing to note— they do get busy on weekends, so make sure you make an appointment!

Don’t go here they don’t know how to paint correctly I’m not sure if it’s the new staff that they have or what but paying attention to detail is not something they excel in. It’s like they really don’t care if they get business or not. Just don’t even waste your time you’ll end up frustrated. Why have a business if you don’t care about the quality of service you offer?

Ive been going to New Angel Nails for a few years now. Started with pedicures - and found that they did a great job. Then when I decided to try the nail dipping process, Julie convinced me that I would love it. So far, my nails stay perfect for many weeks. I could go for much longer than a month IF my nails didnt grow out! Everyone in the salon is very friendly and professional.

So many nail places on Piedmont Ave but this is the one I keep going back to. Pedicures last forever, even with regular nail polish. The employees all seem like theyre happy and having a good time which makes me feel good about getting services there.

Comfy chairs, friendly and professional staff, cost very reasonable. Great color selections. Tea and watered is offered, waxing is also available.

I am a huge fan of New Angel Nails. The customer service is amazing. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. There is an excellent view to the outside and warm and genuine atmosphere inside. I stumbled upon this cozy place by accident after an appointment I had in the area. I do not live in the area but after that first visit, I had to return to New Angel Nails because of the execellent work they have done to my nails. My nails both hands and feet always look beautiful and last for a very long time. I found my nails do not break or fall off from what I have experienced in the past. So I make the trip from Hayward to this nice friendly and cozy place to continue having the most beautiful and perfect nails. I give the New Angel Nails all credit. Everyone should go and experience for themself. I guarantee you will return again and again.

I really wanted to give them a chance. I’m annoyed I paid 75 for a bad job. Dipping powder they don’t know how to do correctly and there gel nail polish is watery and they don’t make the nails look even. I’m done.

Its a clean calm relaxing environment and they have a great assortment of colors to choose from.

Lisa is the best. Was serenated by a musician just outside the salon. Couldnt ask for more!

Excellent mani and pedicures. Staff warm. I havent been here in over a month. Appointment @ 11 a.m. Mei always tells me Im early. Yeah Trying to get it done. Julie does a marvelous job .Kind.

They really don’t care about their customers to begin with. And the the pedicure they was a total joke ...and to top it she told me it is dry when it wasn’t and was all messed up once I tried to put on ma shoes but she didn’t care. And the gel manicure I picked out was different to the color I chose and when I told her that at the beginning she said there is nothing they can do! I would never go that place again!!! And I don’t recommend it to anyone else as well! 😡😡😡

I got a deluxe Mani pedi. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. My feet and nails look and feel great

Beautiful place. Great manicures and pedicures. I dont go to any other shop. Mie is owner. Julie does grwat job. All of the girls there are good at what they do. Appointments suggested. They have a lot of business.

Have had a wonderful experience at New Angel Nails. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and both Tina and Mai are excellent.

They treat you like a Queen. Free water and tea. Lemons cut in your Pedicure water. Best massage chairs. Yes!

My nails are STILL bleeding. I tried to pay with my card and they asked how much cash was in my wallet. So tacky and rude.

Removed acrylic but tgen cut off my own nails though Id asked her not to.
