Danny was amazing! He went above and beyond my expectations and I LOVE my nails. He was so sweet and made our experience even more enjoyable. I am always so pleased when I come here and the staff goes above and beyond my expectations every single time! Definitely my go to nail place.

Its been a while since Ive been into a nail spa due to Covid so I was a bit apprehensive in going in for a pedicure. The staff there made me feel safe as they took every precaution for my safety as well as their own. Sophie was my nail technician and she did an amazing job. My feet are happy and I will definable be back again.

Sophia always does an amazing job on my nails!! She is careful and plays close attention to detail, and takes her time to do a great job and really listens to you when you ask her to do a specific thing. She is friendly and kind, and the salon is so clean, especially during coronavirus- they has taken EXTRA safety precautions and gone above and beyond to make sure that everyone is safe and comfortable!

I was going there over 18 years. On valentines Eve I went there after fighting freeway traffic from 3 counties.it took me 2 1/2 hours to get there after work only for ME ME the eyebrow girl (not lady cuz a real woman recognizes loyal customers are everything). Told me she was too tired to do my EYEBROWS.. Not eyelashes but eyebrows.. I WAS DEVASTATED. I said please please dont do that. I came a long way. She wouldnt even acknowledge me kept saying NO!NO! IM TIRED. I stood there for 30 seconds. I almost cursed her out. But, instead I left n vowed to NEVER GO BACK. I even tipped when she be of her game n make my dayum eyebrows look like sisters instead of twins sometimes my eyelashes falls off in one day. Not even 24 hours. I know and will NEVA C ME AGAIN. #RATCHETSHOP #RATCHETAREA . GURL BYE

The prices are to high, for a fill $27.00 1 broken nail to repair $5.00 the women specilist are very rude, they want to charge $31.00 for fill when the male specialist charge you only $27.00 No matter what the length is. the women over charge,

I tried this salon a few times because its right down the street from my house. My last visit I was not satisfied the technician was talking so much he messed a couple of my nails up. The constant chatter became a bit annoying. I come to relax and enjoy being pampered which is hard to do when youre surrounded by chatter boxes 😒. Although I dont speak nor understand the language you can tell that they sit up and crack jokes about the patrons when if it werent for them they wouldnt have a business. Less talking more working and focus on the job would benefit them. Im a good paying patron but am now looking for another establishment to get my Mani/pedi done.

It was orrible and painful experience. That lady was doing my nail while she was looking at her phone. She hurt my finger, I wont go back there never again.
