Prices are debatable, but Im able to easily communicate with the staff. There can be wait times, and they are a bit pushy when it comes to maximizing profits (suggesting gel coating over regular priced polish). Nonetheless its not that bad.

I just left the shop after waiting 30mins I gave up...I made an appointment still they didnt honor it... Wats they point of letting customers make a appointment if their just going to be ignored???? I have been a loyal customer for the last past year even though their prices are higher than normal but NO MORE!!!! I will not b back.

My experience started out wrather nice. It changed when we discussed final payment upon nearing completetion of my pedicure/full set manicure. I typically get a full set with paint design on each finger, usually paying around $40-$50 total design included... I understand prices vary from shop to shop but when i was told $75 for just my nails alone, including regular acrylic and paint design, (no gel, no diamonds, no 3d art of any sort)i was flabbergasted. This was nearly double the expected cost, there was no cust. service consideration at all, and this price didnt even cover my basic pedicure. I will never come here again for the inconsideration and extremely over priced designs compared to the competition. I do not reccommend this buisness if your are seeking fairness and honesty for your money

Nail me baby have the what are gel nail polish I have been there several times for a reheat to get my nail redone now mind you I paid some $65 and they want to charge me $14 for a Polish a something needs to be done because they are very unfair and theyre not being professional with this matter my nail technician her name was jelly she was very polite but she was also rude when I asked her to take the gel off the second time I went in and put regular polish on he says he doesnt have the time Im a patient I have just paid you the day before and you should have put on the Polish that I wanted that I requested the second time screw you

I called in to see If they were busy at the moment and they told me no to come in in 10 mins . So I come and they told me to come back at 5 . So inconvenient of them 😩😩😩😩
