Great place to live, very hospitable and welcoming place. I would recommend this place! This needs higher rating than 3.8!

Since the new manager came, cars park in the garage without permission. It makes it unfair to those who park PAY for their parking space, and difficult to park your car because the cars who do not pay block your space. Trash is always on the side walks in the back and front of the building. The trash room now has a strong smell. Theres constantly a lack of communication and it took over a month for the new manager to fix the garage door, giving access to people who do not live here.Im giving 3 stars because actually I enjoy where I live, but myself and a few other residents, are not impressed with the new manager. The previous manager would pick up trash around the building and in the planter beds in the back, clean the trash room, and towed cars when they didnt belong in the building. We expect these things to be consistent with management and unfortunately things changed with whoever you put in the office.

We’re recent arrivals and since moving in, there have been changes in the Leasing Office. I’m sure Shantel is fantastic, but Lexus who was in the Leasing Office when we arrived really gave us a warm welcome and was excellent in helping us to navigate challenges from setting up our internet while we moved from the East Coast to helping us to figure out the best way to park in our space in the garage (there’s a whole machine component that creates a learning curve).The property is very well-managed and maintained, especially given staff shortages and the increased load on trash and recycling from people working from home during the pandemic. Not only that, but the amenities are well-used by myself and other residents. I’ve lived in similar buildings where this was not the case, perhaps in part because management wasn’t as encouraging of community in the way that I’ve experienced at The Moran.Overall, I really feel like I’ve been taken care of and cared for as a resident and I’d certainly recommend this building to others.
