I have lived here for a year and it has been a very unpleasant experience, illegal towing, customer service at a turtle speed, discrimination against Asian, noisy air circulation, noisy low-income parties throughout the weekends, and marijuana smell. The security guard is rude. She tried to tow my car in an illegal way and I had to call the police to stop her. Meanwhile, there are street kids that break into residents cars; there are people smoking marijuana; and they never address those. In the weekends, there are hundreds of low-income folks dancing all day and night. These people come from the homeless hub just 0.3 mile from the apartment ... Residents can barely find a parking spot, let alone enjoying the view or a peaceful moment by the water. Then the rude security guard came in to tow residents cars. You dont get what you pay for. Thats why a lot of us are leaving even if the apartment is offering 5-month free to us. The air circulation is so noisy at night that you can barely fall into sleep, which severely affects productivity at work. A lot of us living here are CPAs, doctors, engineers, and lawyers. We reported these issues to the developer and the management company. They only gave you a call acknowledging your message but thats it, nothing ever get solved and no follow-up.
Everyone’s experience is different, and it depends on the energy you give and receive.My personal experience has been great at Orion Apartments. The move in went smoothly and the staff was/is very helpful; thank you, Chynna! You get the best of both worlds in the space, both peace and liveliness, whichever you decide for you. I recommend coming to create your own positive judgment of this place.
Worst apartment I have ever been in. I moved out of the apartment a month and a half ago and have not received the refund of my security deposit yet. Over the month, I have made 5 phone calls and sent 2 emails to make follow-up on the issues. Every time the response was We will mail you the refund within 21 days.While I was living the apartment, I gave them a one-month notice and requested for an inspection. Nobody ever schedule an inspection and on the day I moved out, they said You havent scheduled an inspection.These people have no idea how to treat customers and manage commercial real estate. They simply offer discount to lure people in.
Havent even lived here for 2 weeks and I want out! Extremely poor management plus poor maintenance of the property. I really wish I would have done my due diligence. Hopefully help others though from making the same mistake. Youre are better off paying more else where.
I live across the water from these new apartments an my community is already sick of the loud music every weekend Ahhh Thump thump dance music all through our property. If this is the crowd of people who live there not a good impression. Turn it down, respect other people who live near by !!!!
My wife and I have lived here for 3 months. We love the building and the location. Any issues that we have had has been addressed in a timely manner by Chelly. She is always professional and follows up.
Was looking into moving here at the end of the year, but after reading the reviews about the property manager, Erianna, - NO THANKS.
As a resident at Orion, I have nothing but great things to say. Not only is the location great, but I can’t say enough about the staff! Erianna, Chelly and Jeremy are the best team. Anytime I have a maintenance emergency or even have to complain about noisy neighbors. They are on it! Never rude, always professional when doing their job. They make it a pleasant experience living here. Apartments living can be challenging at times, but anyone who can’t abide by the rules simply shouldn’t be living in an apartment. We should be respectful of one another. We all pay to be here.
One of the property manager, Erianna, is one of the rudest person that Ive ever met. Save you some money, time and happiness. Dont choose this apartment.

Everything is wonderful EXCEPT for Erianna (one of the property manager)! She keeps bothering us by calling and knocking doors to complain that we made too much noise even we are just hosting our friends in doors without any party!
Ive been here a total of 4 months so far and I couldnt be more satisfied! The building is brand new, the grounds are kept clean, and the staff is amazing! Chelley is an absolute GEM! I had sooo many questions that needed clarification in which she answered promptly and courteously before move in! No matter the issue, if I needed more clarification, she would literally walk me through my options or directions ( like how to use the garage system lol). The security guards are great and I definitely feel good when I see them sweeping the perimeter nightly. The best part is that even amidst COVID-19, Chelley and the staff remain present and make sure that all needs are consistently met.

Unprofessional, passed by to check out the property today and was presented with what it seemed to be a fire. All of the residents were outside taking videos of the fire department putting out a fire on the roof. This dissuaded me from going further into looking for a spot here, along with the other reviews referencing how bad the leasing manager, Erianna is.Thanks, but no thanks. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.
Erianna, the property manager is super rude, unprofessional and selfish. Anything you did makes her “uncomfortable” will regard as all residents in the apartment feel uncomfortable.Besides Erianna, so far so good.
Never been more stoked on the staff. Always willing to help, extremely kind and wanting to go the extra mile for the residents. Geremy, Simone, Chelley, and Erianna are downright saints. Erianna is always willing to hear you out and accommodate the best way possible. Especially in these crazy times, I am thankful we have such energetic, compassionate, and hard working individuals...all respect for them! Id recommend this place to anybody, its awesome.
My initial experience here was positive, I have been in the leasing office very briefly to inquire about a unit awhile back and the male staff who helped me was very nice and friendly- he deserves five stars. The apartment itself is a new building so everything is modern and they have good amenities except for the parking structure that breaks down weekly if not every other day. The garage is always breaking down- they use an electric parking system that stacks cars in tiers so you NEED for the engineering to work to retrieve your car.The leasing manager, ERIANNA, told me that I am not allowed to speak to her since I am not a current tenant.... I could not even believe my ears and also my eyes, she never even looked me in my eyes when I was trying to ask her a QUESTION because apparently I am not worthy of her time. Mind you, I was with my boyfriend who was asking about how he can submit a maintenance request and a complaint to the third-party parking garage company that is contracted with the apartment.First, ERIANNA almost shoulder bumped me to get to the garage operating box and said, EXCUSE ME SWEETHEART in a very condescending manner that threw me off guard and made me think Whoa.. Did I do something? Whats up with the hostility?! Then she told my bf that they dont handle complaints regarding the parking garage since its a third-party, so I SIMPLY and POLITELY asked her how or where my bf should submit his complaint and called her a sweetheart just like how she called me a sweetheart. SHE FLIPPED THE F*** OUT, started YELLING that I shouldnt call HER a sweetheart (I am turning 30 in months and ERIANNA seems about my age) and that I shouldnt even be talking to her. She denied and denied calling me a sweetheart and kept repeating,:I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU, YOU ARE NOT A TENANT, DO NOT SPEAK TO ME, I DO NOT NEED TO SPEAK TO YOU, YOU NEED TO LEAVE MY BUILDING RIGHT NOW!!!!!! I AM CALLING THE POLICE!!!!!!! YOU NEED TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW (Her EXACT words..)... All because I called her a sweetheart back and politely asked her a question that pertains to my boyfriend who is a current tenant, and that would pertain to ME TOO as a prospective tenant who was seriously considering signing a lease there soon.... I was legit startled by the way she was treating me. Her demeanor from the beginning was pretty uncalled for. The way she responded to my question and her reaction to how I called her a sweetheart back was ABSURD. I have never met any leasing manager or ANYONE like that...I told her to please call the cops if thats what she wants because I did nothing wrong besides asking a question as a prospective tenant and treating her the way she treated me first. She called the security but of course after hearing what happened he laughed and did not call the cops... Even the security said he doesnt deal with her because of the way she is...This isnt the first time she acted ABSURDLY and ILLOGICALLY. She has come up to my bfs unit early in the morning, unannounced, with NO MASK ON and accused him of SMOKING WEED, we were literally just in bed sleeping... She said somebody made a complaint about weed smoke and automatically ASSUMED that the smoke was from my bfs unit. WE REALLY WERE NOT SMOKING- JUST SLEEPING IN BED IN PEACE..... She is just plain rude and does not know how to talk to others.You would think that an apartment like Orion would have high-end customer service too but NOOO- ERIANNA is UNREASONABLE, and lacks basic customer service / people skills. It clearly shows she does not like her job. She has no interest in helping the company gain more tenants by appropriately and properly representing Orion. She makes her current tenants and prospective tenants feel unwelcome with her aura of animosity.I dont understand how someone who is always rude and shows SO much hostility towards tenants and to prospective tenants is employed to represent a high-end apartment like Orion. I am really surprised Orion is letting someone like her manage this place.
Love these apartments! My boyfriend and I came here to look at openings and we really love the location, amenities, size of the apartments, and that view! The staff was really informative and welcoming. I recommend living here!
Is there a way to skip the leasing office and complain about the property manager? We are very exhausted and helpless regarding what happened. We need help.

Were moving here in the middle of January and so far the office staff have been so amazing to work with. Chelley, Deniz, and Erianna have all been super helpful, very communicative, and extremely pleasant to work with during the contract process. Other than the actual move in day this is the process that we usually dread the most with all the paperwork and back and forth emails, but they have made this entire process pretty smooth so far.Will give another update once we move in but the complex is brand new and the amenities look freaking awesome. Cant wait to move in :)

My fiancé and I were interested in a 1 BR apt at this establishment. My fiancé had already gone to see it and really liked it. So she scheduled me an appointment with Jeremy on Monday at 1:30. I drove 1.5 hrs to the location and waited 30 minutes only to be told that the lease office staff are on their lunch break. I was furious, later on I contacted the manager to explain the situation and she kept telling me to calm down and threatened to hang up the phone. Worst customer service I ever experienced. You would think for such overpriced real estate. They would hire better staff. Anyways I’ll take my money somewhere where staff respects people’s time and I suggest that you do the same.
