I’ve gone to a Coco a few times now. It’s been good almost every time. I wanted to give it 5 stars but honestly, it tends to depend on who does your manicure. I’ve had a few girls rush my no chip manicures and they don’t look good at all. But I’ve also gone and had the most attentive care and attention to details. A few times ago I went and Mary did my no chip design manicure and was outstanding (pictured). She was so careful and attentive and kept asking if it was to my liking. I was obsessed and loved the manicure. Would give 5/5 stars if I could book with Mary every single time!!

I got a gel manicure on 9/3, less than a full 24 hours two of my nails chipped. I called the next day to try to get them fixed and they weren’t able to take me until 9/5. I went on 9/5 and they seemed irritated that I wanted my nails fixed, however, they did redo my index finger and thumb. It hasn’t even been a full week and the same thumb has started to chip again. I don’t know if it was the brand used or the many layers (about 4) that were applied but I get gel because it’s suppose to last at least 10 days. Not happy with this manicure at all!

This is THE BEST NAIL SALON IN OAK PARK. Wow, I’ve been living in OP since 2018 and every nail salon I’ve been to has been a hit or miss, or overpriced mediocre work. As a student, their pricing is a little too much for me but the environment, professionalism, and care they show their customers is superb. I would recommend 10/10. The only downside is that they don’t have award stamps for frequent customers but hopefully they’ll change that soon. Other than that, this nail have a loyal customer - even if it means every 2 months on my student budget, haha. Elle was my nail tech and she took her time and made me feel like a new woman when she was done 🤗.

Amazing dip manicure! My nails were in rough shape and Coco nail salon transformed them.The onlyyyy thing I wasn’t crazy about was the hygienic procedures - nails are dipped into the same powder as everyone else and I didn’t see the tools come fresh out of a bag.However, I would still return!!

Sorry but a perfect score is too much to ask. But theyre pretty damn close. This was for a surprise. I took a friends Grandmother. They gave her the royal treatment. She loved it! Being 80 years old shes very particular. If they won her approval that means they were great.

Accommodated 3 guests last minute and each of our services were so attentive and came out with excellent 💅

Every manicure here is 💖 Unfortunately their prices are way too high (went in for a fill and paid $65, maybe bc of the heart design?) so will be looking elsewhere going forward, but wonderful service.

Coco nail Salon is one of the best nail salons Ive ever experience. Everything from the beautiful decor to the thorough service they provide is above and beyond. Not to mention the overall health if my nails and knowledge that Ann always provide when I have questions or concerns. This establishment does not disappoint! First time visiting and it was amazing. I went in to get dip nails and I was truly pleased. The staff are very sweet and attentive to detail. I’m definitely going back again.

This is the best nail salon in the Oak Park area for design work on nails. Pricing is pretty expensive which is a pain but the nails are so worth it.

Ann is truly an artist, as a big girl with huge hands she did magic and made my nails look beautiful, natural, and as feminine as possible. Ann was beyond professional and didnt need much direction from me. The best nail experience I have had.

I have been coming to coco for about 6 months. They are very clean I always love my pedicures. Ann I believe is the only one who did my acrylic nails. She does a good job. This time I got a gel manicure and another young lady did it. She did a wonderful job and she took her time with my wrap pedicure. And she was sweet. Ill have her do it all the time :) I will continue to come here unless I move.

Ann was so thorough and gentle with my nail clean up. She did a great job on my nails and the location was Very clean and sanitary! Definitely found a new place to go to!

Everything about this place was about comfort and feminity in the most subtle ways. The whole vibe was good and the deluxe spa pedicure is everything and well worth the money. I also enjoyed the dipping manicure with no UV light. I will go back again. Make an appointment so that you can get the full experience.

I was so disappointed with the quality of my manicure. The girl was lazy and sloppy. There were air bubbles on 3 of my nails and when I tried to point it out to 2 different people, they just kept saying Thank you.Wont be back to Cocos.

I went there and I got myself a manicure. In the end I looked at my nails and it looked like I never got a manicure, the cuticles were semi cut but not enough. Lots of dead skin left around my nails/fingers. I was very disappointed. The paint job was nice but chipped 2 days later. I do better job at home doing my own manicure. The place is clean has nice ambiance but I will not be returning.

They were very helpful and kind. Ann did my pedicure and was totally outstanding. Will not be going anywhere else. Getting a manicure during the week, can’t wait. Thanks Ann!!!!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever visit. Not only is the salon very clean, but they provide excellent service, are super friendly, and very fast. Can’t beat the prices either. I recommend this salon to everyone.

BEWARE POSSIBLE USE OF MMA! Long story short I previously posted a review on their bad customer service. I went ahead and removed my nails at home with soaking in 100% acetone after using a nail file to take of the gel polish and the consistency was sticky gooey and slime like, I recently found out that it should not be like this! It should be flaky and crumble! MMA IS ILLEGAL AND DAMAGES YOUR NATURAL NAIL AND CAN CAUSE OTHER ISSUES! If anyone else has had this happen please post on it and if you haven’t please look up EMA AND MMA for more information. I wish I took pictures but I wasn’t aware until recently about this! MMA is cheaper than EMA so that’s why many shops buy it instead.

Wonderful experience! This was my first time here and, while there was a smidge of a wait beyond my appt time, the service I got was great. My nails came out perfectly and just the way I wanted! I was able to get my nail shape changed too! Customer service was wonderful. I hate that I did not get my nail techs name, but she was so friendly and funny and we had a good time! I will definitely be back. They get busy (for good reason) so I highly recommend scheduling an appt so youre sure to be seen!

Such a wonderful experience from the time I walked in until I walked out. The place is very clean and they make sure they have covid precautions in place such as temperature check, social distancing, wiping high touch areas frequently etc.My manicure and pedicure came out perfect and this was such a great experience. This place is amazing Ann is awesome and always does what is best for her clients!! I have had acrylic nails for many years and at Coco nails I don’t have problem with them coming off she stands behind her work I would recommend this place hands-down

Coco does a good job with safety. Everyone wears masks, there is plexiglass between clients and professionals and between other customers. My friend and I got pedicures. He was pleased with how his feet looked and felt. My heels were still rough which I would have preferred them to feel smoother but the surprising bit was that there was polish on the skin around my toes and no top coat was applied over the color. The shop was busy, so they may have felt rushed.

Made and appointment the day before. I had the deluxe pedicure and manicure and it was amazing!!! The prices are reasonable, the place is clean, the decor is cute and girly which really brings in the atmosphere . The workers are so nice. I love that they dont rush throuhh your service. I would suggest for future customers to make an appointment online or call to make a reservation ust so you can really enjoy the experience.

Overpriced, I was not satisfied with the finished look. My feet looks dry and there is polish on my toes.

I had been looking for a great nail shop. I had been going to Happy Nails where my nails would always have something wrong. I seen reviews for Coco nail salon today and had to try them out. Let me tell you she has all of the glitter polish you can imagine. Thousands of colors and dip polish. I made an appointment and was taken on time. Pedicure felt amazing they provided me with a neck warmer felt amazing. They bring all fresh packages utensils out. She took her time making sure each nail was done correctly shaped correctly and polished correctly! I am now a regular customer here. I am beyond satisfied. From the moment I entered the shop til leaving they took care of me. Very respectful and kind. I loved it. This is the type of nail service you should pay for. Also they give a 15% discount right now.

The salon has an appointment system that doesnt work at all. They overbook themselves and youre left waiting 3 to 4 hours to finish all your services. Some of the staff doesnt care about servicing you correctly and will rush and make you bleed throughout your service. You will have to ask for something to stop the bleeding as it is not a real concern of some of the staff.

I just moved to the area and NEEDED a nail salon. This place had good reviews so I made an appointment and am extremely happy I did. Ann was incredible! Very thorough and efficient. Everyone in the shop was so nice and friendly and the salon is very clean. Definitely making this my go to spot!

It was too expensive for simple things like a French tip was $20 extra. So my pedicure was $65 thats too much. I would not go back here but they did do a good job on my feet and nails.

I had a fantastic pedicure here right after they opened- a solid 45 minutes, hot neck towel, clean, and full service for a super affordable pedicure price for just the classic pedicure! Went back for a manicure and eyebrow wax- had a great experience, and there was a complication with one of my nails- not the manicurists fault whatsoever- but due to just not having a 100% experience, she gave the manicure to me for free! Great service, great people, highly recommend. I am continuing to go back and receive great service!

My daughter and I walked in and was immediately greeted. The massage chairs for the pedicure service and the foot and leg massage were just what I needed. My daughter was pleased as well. The technicians that serviced us were friendly and attentive. I will most definitely be going back.

Brand new spot in Oak Park. I had the Tropical Spa Pedicure and it was soo soothing and relaxing! Sea salt & sugar scrub, callus treatment, Shea Butter Cream and double exfoliating plus the human touch massage chair was icing on the cake! I got my new spot and am inspired to keep my foot and hand game tip top going into 2020. My technician Lori gave me the royal treatment. Ambiance and Great Service is whats important to me and I got both.

They are getting so popular! I wish it was my little secret still. Be patient with them on a Saturday - it gets busy and they are still new so a small staff but they really are the sweetest. My Christmas manicure lasted! Cooking for 14 people, not a chip on them lasted....love my new nail place.
