The owner he did a good job on my nails. He is very rude, he and his wife talked about other customers when they left.He is very rude and unprofessional.I guess that they feel like they dont need the money.The salon used to be very clean, now its not.Im very picky on customer service. He did not provide that at all. So I will not be patronizing them again due to his unprofessionalism.

The wife/owner very rude with a bad attitude and unprofessional. She rushes with the eyelash application. I spent $113 on shellac fill in and shellac pedicure plus lashes and I didn’t even get one “Thank You” for being a good customer, very non appreciative. I will not be going back.

I went in for a soak off and overlay...... I wont be back! My nails look a whole mess, I wouldnt even trust them to fix what I dont like. I asked forA yellow, I was told they dont have it... then 20 mind later another woman asked for yellow and they brought it to her... I looked down at the end of the service, my pink nail look a sloppy mess!I wont be back!

Horrible experience!! The owners were really nasty and tried to charge $75 for a full-in! When we attempted to ask about the price the owner refused to service my daughter because he said that we cursed!!! They are trying to get over on black people! They kept making up prices and I heard him tell his daughter to “try” and do my daughters nails! NEVER AGAIN!!!

When I moved to the area in 2017, I started going here to get my nails done. Ive only had 1 bad experience with 1 of the ladies who did my nails, but aside from that 1 time, i am always satisfied. Andy & Kevin are amazing! Andy knows just the right way to rub your legs & feet during pedicures and always takes his time.

I was treated extremely poor I paid for a soak off only to have my real nails RIPPED off anyway!! with how thin they ended up being I decided to get a manicure and it was awful my nail beds were cut open.. I was bleeding all over the equipment and NOTHING was sanitized!! I asked for polish and was forced to pay for shellac. Not one time did I receive an apology or discount.. this is not my first time at Love nails but DEFINITELY my last.. oh and I forgot to mention I have old acrylic from soak off all down my hands and was sent home that way!!

Never coming here again. Firstly I only had to get my nails done for a shoot, so nothing fancy and they weren’t going to stay on past a week. I get in the chair and tell him I want Acrylic then later he proceeded to to still pull out the gel instead. I reminded him I wanted acrylic, then he starts to tell me I’m cheap. Really. Lastly he did a messy job and it’s polish all over my fingers. I was going to tip for the service after my polish just because he was rude, but because he probably didn’t get before polish he did a messy job I’m done. Never coming back I suggest the same for everyone else

Horrible customer service! I would never return to this shop again! There was no one in the shop! I requested one of the owners Danny to do my nails and he just sat there and continued to watch his show while they all laughed and spoke their language probably talking about me! I politely left and will never return! For new customers i would not recommend making this your home salon!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE! I walked in for a soak off and the man pulled out a drill, when I asked him what are you doing? He says “this is faster.” While having this conversation he drills a hole into my nail! I couldn’t get my nails done for 3 months! Never go here!

This is the only nail shop I will go to. Modern decor. The owners are very friendly. There is hardly ever a wait. I am always very pleased with their work. My nails last for more than 3 weeks.

Awful customer service very unfriendly and obvious feelings of superiority over clients. Went to the salon as a first time client and as I told the nail tech how Id like my nails done, (ex: tips rounded, square, please go over this one etc.) He instantly refused to do my nails with in 2 minutes of me sitting in chair because he felt he should be able to do my nails without me informing him of preference. Very unprofessional, not willing to listen to customer. Its not just an art its a service and customers preference comes first. The one star is due to the layout of building at least being presentable. Will never go again.

Im looking for a shop open on Sundays and just read through the reviews and cant believe people STILL patronize this place. The service was okay until I questioned the nail tech who cut me. When the owner found out I questioned her niece who cut me, she loudly and rudely spoke some words in her language. I was able to make out that she said she DIDNT NEED MY MONEY. I stopped going and was tempted to call the city or state on them. Most of the staff need to learn how to treat customers nicely. However I thought I would just stop going. Obviously we all need to stop going so they can learn that there is a nail shop on every corner and Love Nails is not entitled to our money! Businesses like this dont deserve our money, service and loyalty.

The Nails Techs are rude. Especially the lady that runs it. She talks so rude to her customers, always on her self phone talking in her foreign language and brings her son up there and feeds him right in front of customers. So unprofessional!!!. They dont sanitize there equipment in between customers. I am a licensed nail tech and had to get up and walk out after seeing this. I dont see how people can spend their money with these unprofessional people.

I have been a customer since 2016, the customer service has declined since. They don’t have enough staff, always long waits. Nails are rushed and very sloppy. Be aware if their on the phone while servicing you, your 2x likely to be unhappy with their work. Everytime I get my nails done a nail breaks within 2 days. I’m officially done with this location after getting a full set Monday by Thursday 4 nails were broken, from picking normal things up. I was told they may be using old arcylic on my nails.

The service here is very poor. They did a rush job on my nails and handled my hands very ruff as if he didn’t want to do his job. I also heard the owner phone conversation with another customer which the owner was extremely rude and just ghetto with the customer. Don’t waste your money.

The girl who did my nails and feet RUSHED! But she did a really good job, however I was charged 24 dollars for a fill in, it was 14 dollars... another 4 because of my shape and 6 to remove shellac...why are they charging a service to remove shellac if they offer to put it on...they are a scam...& I’ll never go back!

I came in to get a manipedi and everything seemed to go wrong. While the pedicure went fine, I chose some gel polish for my hands. Not only was the initial application super messy and bumpy and uneven (even now, hours later, my pinky finger looks barely covered on one side), the polish got onto my skin and burned me under the UV light... every time. Even on the second coat, and even with the top coat, I got burned! I also got cut towards the beginning of the manicure and he (I think it was Danny) hardly did anything about it until the first coat. I don’t like confrontation, so I kept quiet during the whole thing and asked my mom to help me out afterwards. Thankfully one of the other nail techs (a younger guy with green hair, Kevin?) helped fix some of the mistakes - he was very nice about it and was much more careful. Regardless, I definitely won’t be back.

Worst service ever!!! Nail tech was argumentative the entire time! Tried to tell me they didn’t have 3 change mood change shelic even though they had six signs advertising it. Then when I mentioned it again after my nails were done and the manager confirmed it was a product they offered, she refused to do a free nail color change even though it was clearly her fault. My mom had to wait over an hour to have her nails done even after I asked them to take her first, they placed her at another station and left her. I’ll never come here again!

Poor customer service. Waited nearly 45 minutes for pedicure service. In the water for over 30 minutes. Person after me received service before me. The guy doing my feet spent much time watching the television and doing a half job. Terrible experience, should have walked out. They did stay late to complete the rushed service.

So I go in at 3pm for a mani and pedi the guy who hair looks like a bomb pop starts working on me the he stops n started flirting with customers he finally finished my feet an hour later sit me up in the nail dryer and went and started talking 15 minutes when by and I went to him and said hey are your going to start on my nails he said yes sat me at his station then started showing me a computer she just bought I said thats nice but I have to go my son has drivers training at five he said your son can be late we get to arguing at the end when I paid him he said no tip I said yes treat your customers with respect NEVER AGAIN I was going here for a minute and it was a good shop then I stopped for a couple of months and it looks like is up under new management because the lady kept asking if he was ok

Terrible attitude, leelee doesnt like to be corrected on anything. A simple can you clean that up a little more results in her getting an attitude! Not professional at all. The owner has a very disposition. She wasnt happy because I questironed what i was being charge for. She also assisted other customers before she completed my service. After servicing me she didnt even open her mouth to say thank you. Although there wasdisagreement you still thank a Customer for spending your hard earn money in their establishment. Horrible unfriendly place. Very unprofessional rude attitudes. I politely asked the man who works in the front if he could use the file or buffer instead of the drill on my natural nails bec my nails were damaged before from the drill and took a long time to grow back properly. He got smart with me and said No we dont do that here but you can go somewhere else. WTHeck!? I was like sir, there is no reason for you to get smart with me, but guess what..I will spend MY money somewhere else..have a nice day, walked out and did spent my money elsewhere. There are at least 6 other nail salons in that general area so i was not pressed, jst really annoyed.The only reason i went to them in first place was bec my manicurist was booked and my backup salon was overly full of customers that I didnt want yo wait. If i could give a lesser rating it wld be a zero star. The arrogance they display is insane, as if they are doing the customers a favor instead of them appreciating the fact that the customers are the reason they remain in business.

I urge you to please find another place to spend your money and time! The female owner LeeLee has the worse customer service. I would suggest everyone to find a place where the owner is respectful to her paying customers. After sitting there patiently waiting for over 30 minutes to get my nails done I was finally asked to be seated at her station. Once seated she proceeded to start on my fill in and then she decided that she would prefer to do a full set instead. 30 days ago I received a full set and Pink gel was used. I explained to her this was my second fill in and I didn’t have a problem with getting a full set but do not put the pink gel back on my nails because oviously it does not last (since she insisted that ALL of my nails where lifting). She then proceeded to insult me by saying look I will give you $5.00 off your full set if its to exspensive. Exspense wasn’t my issue quality of product was and if after 30 days I’m going to keep needing a full set why would I want the Pink Gel put on my nails again. She got an attitude started speaking in her foreign language and said I can go back and wait and have someone else do my nails. When is it not ok for a customer to say what they would prefer? I refused to wait on another person (my time is valuable) or to spend another dime of my money with this establishment! The owner LeeLee doesn’t like to be questioned or told what to do and when your paying for a service you should be able to request what you want. LeeLee is very rude and unprofessional and she seems to forget her establishment is not the only shop that offers services for cash or credit.

Definitely not the best place to go my advice to any new comers would be ask for Danny or Kim they are very friendly and have much patience but the older man and older woman are not who you want to go to they are the owners and there service is very bad they are disrespectful and have no patience but want the money

The lady was very rude. I asked when will I be seen she jumps up to rush to the eye brow section. I asked he not to do a rush job on my brows, she laughed and walked away repeating you don’t want me to rush but you rush me never have I ever been to a place like this and I will never go back

Its very disappointing to see such low ratings and bad reviews... I have been going to Love Nails on and off for a few years, and I can honestly say, I havent had one bad experience yet. Ive never had to wait very long. John is the one who usually does my mani pedi, & Lei Lei always does my lashes and brows, and they always do a great job. So much so that I treated my mom to a mani pedi by John and she also enjoyed... They have always been very professional and had great customer service.... I am also very picky, but everything I wanted, they provided with no problem...

Costumer service was okay, until the man I had seemed like he was in a rush to place him an order of food he cut me once but I didn’t say anything cause it wasn’t that big of a deal and kept yanking my hand over and he didn’t cut my nails down the right length it was Un even later on that day I went to another nail salon and got it cut down right this is not the place you want to go to for your nails🗣.

Stay away from this place. They use dirty utensils,I got cut by the older guy and I got a TERRIBLE fungal infection. They tried to act like it wasnt them. If I could rate lower than one star I would.

For a first time customer, the service was unfortunate. My pedicure was rushed and when I asked to speak to the owner he came over and sided with his employee. A lady named star told me next time to ask for her, but for me it only takes me one time for you to mess up with me so I wont be back.
