Vehicle transport was dirty. I was transported in a safe manner though.

Ive been a regular for years. Never had a problem with my pickup until this new dispatcher told me to F off when i askeSince its dark oit and nobody around he wasnt even calling me a cab..i was stranded..this is no way to talk or treat a dedicated cistomer...he should be fired.d why my cab had not been dispatched..

Ordered a cab to pick me up at my hotel. They said it would be about 30 minutes to pick me up. So I go wait out front for them for an hour and 20 minutes and they never came.

For the most part the cab was on time and my driver was extremely nice and friendly.

Great Experience. Had a driver named Greg. Cab got to our house in 15 minutes, just like the phone operator said. Very knowledgable driver. We asked about where a good burger could be ordered. He suggested Krapils restaurant to us for a great steak burger. The air condition worked well in the vehicle. Had a safe ride, Greg told us he has driven for 25 years. His great driving made for a pleasurable ride for us. We highly recommend this Company.

Average cab company, make sure you pay attention to where the drivers going. I had to correct him several times. We all know the scam of going the long way, Mr Cab driver.

Been useing for years!

The driver was 45 minutes late despite calling dispatch twice with no apologizes from the driver. The driver did not wear his mask and instead chose to wear it as a chin diaper ... meaning he has a mask but would not wear it. He then said he has a medical exemption from wearing one. I’m sorry, but he should not be dealing with the public if he can’t wear a mask. He even said, “ I’m a firm believer if I haven’t gotten it yet, I won’t get it at all”. What about other people and the spread of this novice virus?! I didn’t catch his name but he is tall and had a handlebar mustache. My sister has severe medical issues and she wears a mask even when it’s difficult to breathe. I am pregnant and therefore have a weakened immune system and more at risk for covid so I put on a second mask while in the rickety van. The company should make customers aware they have at least one employee who refuses to wear a mask. The numbers are rising everyday people! This virus isn’t going anywhere and I personally know people who have died from it. I’m livid. Avoid this company at all cost. Poor quality and communication.

Love working here. Costumers are really very nice, but.hardly anyone tips these days. I know its not required but when Im loading and unloading groceries and helping them to the door. Im not required to do that either but I do and should be compensated for the time Im not in my van cause Im helping them. At least a buck people. We must pay for the gas used and to lease the van and the 8 $ flat rate jobs rally cut into my already measly profit I make.

I called ahead of time to be picked up at 3:30 and the cab did not show up until over an hour later. Every time I called asking for the ETA they kept telling me it’ll be a few more minutes. I was 45 minutes late to work! Needless to say I will never be calling them again!!

If I could rate this service a 0 I would. I called this company for a cab and was provided an ETA of 15 minutes. After 30 minutes and my phone almost at 0% I called back for an second ETA considering the mall had closed, I had my daughter. Not only did the representative Christiana or Crystal (can’t remember which name) tells me that she was TOO busy to talk to me and hung up on me. That was poor customer service and if you’re going to continue to working within the customer service industry I would recommend you work on those skills.

Nice drivers

While the drivers are outstanding and always show up on time for pick up to Midway, the front office and pick up at Midway is ridiculous . I was waiting for my car for 15 min and was told it was en route. When I tried to explain to Gary that this was the third time in a row Ive waited between 15-30 min, he was rude, interrupted me and asked do you still want the car? When I said no, not with that kind of customer service, he hung up on me. Im sure my 3-5 trips a year wont make or break you, but Ill be using another firm for ttransportation from now on.

The cab smelled like smoke. I was quoted a $24 fair and it ended up at $44 way off.I spoke with the driver and she changed the fair to the quoted price. The mix up appeared to be with the office communicating with the cab. The driver was very nice.

Called a cab for a customer. The girl who answered the phone said should be 20 mins so I call back 15 mins later to check on the ETA . They told me the driver left he sat there for 25 mins said he called twice and my service desk phone never rang. I confronted the lady and she told me they don’t have to call and tell you they are here and he said he waited 25 mins and I proceed to say how do you fit 25 mins in a 15 min time frame and she hung up worst cab company. I’ll call another company for my customers

Wile using their service, I accidentally dopped my cell phone out of my pocket. The driver found it hours later but did not want to knock on my door to return it, being it was after 12am. I was able to contact the drivers a couple hours later and he had secured the phone for me. will definitely use them again!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL - Lately when I call and there are two women there, whos names I will not mention, I get a run around. First they tell me fifteen or twenty minutes. Ill wait and when I call back, they put me on hold - like FOREVER. This is what happens when they have caller id. I will hang up and call back and I am put on hold. I have tried to contact the owner but it looks like the owner is never around. By the way, this has happened more than once.

Very good service . They have a great free app its so much more reliable than an Uber and its better because you are not getting into a strange car.

Only because I cant give a 0!! You can schedule the night before and even call in the morning to make sure their on time and they will lie and say yes. 7am pick up schedule the night before and they send driver out at 7:02am!! This is a common practice. They lie all the time. I have had this happen with Kelly all the time. The business is very unprofessional and do not care about getting you on time just the money. No pride in the rep!!

They have horrible service and theyre never on time. This is my second time using them. The first time I called I called a day before and requested my cab to be at my home at 5 am and the person didnt arrive until 5:20. This time I called 45 minutes and the guy didnt get to me until 5:13. It always smells like smoke 😡😡

The company is nice and clean.However, I tend to have drivers that get lost, and I dont feel I should have to pay, for the time in the cab, when they keep going in circles.I had a cab drop me off at a location and it cost 9.00$a few hours later, I called to be picked up there and driven back home. (The same distance as before, and it cost 20.00 dollars.It was only a few blocks and it cost me a little over double.

U wont believe it.....The driver paid money to a person at the bus station to help my mom with her luggage and booking the ticket. ---she is an old lady, does not speak English---- i would like to tell him Thank You so much.

I was told 20 min pick up at 5am cab shows up at 6am.... then wen he gets there he smells like cigars.... he had his seat leaned back so far that I couldnt even get in....I got in on driver side because passenger door was broken... ask he was pulling off the book on passenger side slides open... smh
