After hearing about the change in ownership, I was going to follow my technician to her new location but after a hiccup in scheduling, I decided to return to Happy Nails and try someones elses work. I am glad I did as Julie is super fast, professional and friendly. Her husband is as well.I especially thank Julie for working around my hand injury without any hesitation and safely.

2nd time here, I was helped by someone different (Julie) I loved her work, she was very sweet even when she shaped my nails the first time I didn’t like how short they were and asked to get them longer and she did it no problem, very profession woman and took her time. I came back because I loved my last set in March. I think this will be my regular place (black eye set is new) (French tip was last time) they even lasted longer than places I would go before.

This was my first time here and I got a manicure & pedicure. My nails look amazing and are exactly what I wanted. The prices are about average. I will definitely be coming back❤

Thing number one, the lady didn’t wash her hands or use hand sanitizer at least before working on my nails. The products used were clearly not sanitized properly as I got an infection from it. The lady that did them did horrible work, did not listen to what I wanted at all. I told her that I knew what colors I wanted used. After showing her the picture of what I wanted to use as inspiration, she went and grabbed different colors. Refused to listen to me. My nails are uneven and some of them are bubbled. Will never go back or recommend to anyone. I’m absolutely disgusted by the work they did. Attached is the infection they gave me.

This place just isn’t honest with their prices... I came in for a fill and on their website it says a fill is $20. When I asked the lady she said it’s $35... and tried finesse me in to getting shellac by trying to paint my nails with it but I stopped her to ask if it’s just regular or shellac. Than she finally said it was shellac... I told her that on the website it says the fill is $20 not $35 but she said those prices are old. Every nail shop the fill is less expensive than when you first get an acrylic set. Than she had the audacity to say since one nail is broken she would usually charge $3 extra but she would do it for free. When I payed for it she just stood there holding the receipt watching me tip. The whole experience was horrible. Most nail shops have the prices on the wall instead of just popping random numbers. If the fills are actually the same price as original acrylic set then change the prices on the website. Again no nail place charges fills the same price as a new acrylic set... so this place is just horrible. The lady didn’t even have her mask on fully with her nose out.Even the first time I went there they over charged me extra $10 . I went in asked about the price for eyelash removal and acrylic set so I knew how much I was going to pay than after everything the lady charged me extra $10. The lady got the chemical in my eye it was burning like hell it was such a horrible experience. I’m glad I got the lashes removed but after getting the chemical in my eye and getting scammed twice I just don’t want to go to this place anymore. I should’ve just gone to my normal nail place.

I been on this place 3 times already and i just love it!.. they are so nice with me specially Thai.. he is awesome..thank you Happy Nails and Lashes.. i cant wait to go there for my birthday on November and December for my trip to Mexico 😊

Great place! All the tools are in separate sanitizer bags, the scrubs are in prepackaged containers, and the towels look laundered between each use. The technicians are wonderfully courteous, are professional, and wore masks and gloves. It was a little difficult to understand them at times but overall great experience. The salon itself has a nice beachy theme, massage chairs for pedicures, and isnt crowded at all. Great prices, too. Definitely coming back!

I love this place!! I came in 45 minutes before closing and she was so gracious! She didn’t rush at all and made sure I was happy with my nails. I came in for a fill because my nails look awful! I couldnt be happier with how they turned out!

Very friendly and clean. Got deluxe mani pedicure for $60 with shellac on my hands. Great foot massage by Jennifer. There was also a steady stream of people coming in to get their lashes done.

I had my eyelashes done and they look awesome! The best price I found around here and the Hong was really sweet and took her time to do them right. I will be going back for my fill and for a mani/pedi. Super impressed with these guys and their communication and accommodation prior to the appointment. This is my new spot❤

Ive been coming here for the past year. I loved them previously! The past 2 times I have gone, they have overcharged me $50 all together! The nails have not been as good either. They have become rude and stealing money from customers is unacceptable! ~I know 4 other clients they have done this to recently!

Love this place, great attention to detail and great service.

The end result is great but it can sometimes take 1.5 hours for a standard eyelash fill after only 2 weeks in between sessions. Parking can be tough and often the employees are heavily socializing with one another sharing things on their phones in front of customers. Amy, the eyelash tech is very kind and does good work.

My lashes always look amazing when I come here to get them done. They dont look or feel cheap and they look great with my eye shape. I have short tiny natural lashes and with my extensions on, i feel a lot more confident about my eyes! Im not afraid to tell people where i got them done and i have recommended a few of my friends to come to happy nails. The people who work here are also very kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. They are also amazing at doing brows as well!

I love getting my eyelash extensions here! I have gotten a fill multiple times now and they are always done perfectly! Jessica takes her time with each client and makes sure your eyelashes look the way you want it to. She’s very gentle, and really easy to have a conversation with, making the overall experience great! I suggest, without a doubt, that you should get your lashes done here if you are thinking about it!

I believe it was Jessica who did my lashes this past Saturday. They are so pretty! I have very challenging short curly lashes and have tried a few different salons and finalllh found Happy Nails and Lashes! The experience was so pleasant and relaxing, I kept falling asleep. Thankful they are around!!

The previous event still happened but the owner contacted me to make it right. They did their best to fix the nail and fixed my lashes. They were kind and courteous. Thats all you can really ask for as a customer. 🤷I paid 210 for lashes and a full set. The lady said do this its stronger and last longer on the nail. Broke a nail the next day so I go in first when they open to have it fixed and get a pedicure too. The lady brushed me off, and tried to schedule a manicure appointment to do before me,when she finally fixed my nail she rushed it and made it look totally different from the others. Then tried to charge me to fix it!!!! Are you serious?? You didnt even fix it right. The lashes are also uneven, one eye is thicker than the others, but after the nail experience Im not even going to bother asking them to make it right. Im never going here again, you shouldnt waste your time either. Worst money I ever spent. So disappointed cause I used to get lashes from them regularly.

I havent been so pleased with my nails in awhile. The lady was so nice and did a great job. I will definitely be back. I recommend this place to anyone who hasnt had luck in finding a good nail shop. Also while I was in there a lady had gotten her lashes done and they looked amazing.

I just got my eyebrows done by Jessica. She did such a wonderful job, she takes the time out to do the right shape and style for your face. I couldnt be more pleased with my eyebrows. If you want to get microblading done, you must go to her! She also does my lashes which turn out amazing as well, and I feel so fresh and beautiful whenever I get them done!

This place has very good prices and is fast and very efficient the owner of the salon that did my eye lash extensions for my very first time was great! She does an amazing job and enjoys what she does, although I can not say the same of her staff! We had errands to run that day so I had a couple of my family members with me who were very patiently waiting for me and her staff was incredibly rude and tried there best to ignore them! For this reason because I to work customer service and deal with public on a daily basis I have to give them only 3 stars instead of 5! Something that could have lead to a possibility of more clientele got ruined by this experience! It is never OK to treat maybe potential clients so rudely!

This place is really awesome! And the women there are super nice and kinda make you feel special cause they call you honey and stuff haha.. Anyways my nail tech was great, wasn’t sure what her name was but when we she was doing my nails I accidentally got a hair stuck to it (and some little dirt particles somehow) and she noticed it right away and fixed it fast! 5/5! I found my new favorite nail tech in Shoreline~

I started going here and I loved it but later on as I became more of a regular customer they make me pay before they finish and I’ve never had that happen anywhere else. Let me know if you’re reading this if I’m not the only one who pays before they are done... it just doesn’t feel right.

Great eyelash extensions! The price is more than fair for the quality of the lashes you receive and the attention to detail. I have sensitive eyes and she is always gentle. It’s worth it.

I got my lashes done by Jessica here and she was super nice and did a great job, but unfortunately I had a reaction to them and the glue and it caused my eyelid to swell. I never had an issue before when I got them done so unsure of what happened here. I had to personally remove them this morning because my eye was so irritated, I could barely see out of it. They looked great and I am very upset by this as it was $150 down the drain in only a few days of having them.

Jessica is awesome at lashes and the staff is very friendly. I plan on going back for lashes and nail appointments. If you live in the area stop by and believe me you will come back for the great service!

I’ve been going to Jessica for my lashes even before she moved and opened this shop. She’s amazing at what she does even nails and I highly recommend her for eyelash extensions. I rarely get my nails done but I’m obsessed with how amazing my results are for my eyelashes. So much that I’ve finally found a place to continue going back to for the past year.

Love getting my lashes done here :DEdited to include my recent microblading experience.SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB on my eyebrows. they look so natural and a million times better than the way they looked before. She does the tattoo cuts in a way that makes them look exactly like real hairs. Now I wake up every morning with perfect brows - no need for makeup! I really like this place. The only complaint I have is that they can be inconsistent. Not all of their nail people do the same job or seem to have the same training. However, as long as you make an appointment with someone you like, it is wonderful!

After two solid color tattoo eyebrow jobs and the last one just a few years ago my eyebrows were each shaped differently and had faded to a gross orange. Yup, orange. Well, reluctantly Jessica convinced me to give it a try and I did. I am so over the moon. My eyebrow are the same shape and I gave hair on my brows! She did amazing doing microblading. Do not hesitate to do it! If she was able to correct and improve my mess she can do anything!! Thank you again Jessica!!!

Went here because of the high ratings, and the fact that they do shellac and regular polish. Scheduled a 5 appointment, for three side-by-side manicure pedicures. They texted me the night before and asked if we could come in at 5:30 instead. They didnt see this until 5:45, they rushed us through, and did an Incredibly uneven job on my shellac. It is Bumpy, with spots where the shellac dripped and the guy put it under the light anyway. My nails are not properly filed, so the tips are really weirdly uneven with burrs and an odd shape. They also got shellac on my skin, and did not properly remove it so it is around my nail and on my fingertips. They also rushed removing my old shellac, using a Dremel instead of acetone. It hurt and damaged my nails. Never going for shellac there again. They did my friends regular polish just fine.

I booked the appointment through groupon and had already paid for the services but they charged me again after the service was completed. They also made several fingers bleed. The person assisting me talked on their phone for part of it or in another language to other staff members.

Went in for a pedicure with a friend. Got to work pretty quickly, and it was nice and relaxing. I liked the atmosphere.I’m happy with everything but the paint job itself, they missed one of my pinky toes :( plus my big toe had a smooshed spot. Not sure how I didn’t notice at the place, was more paying attention to my friend.Not sure if I would recommend, just went because it’s within walking distance. I mean I get my pinky toenails are weird and small but how can you just miss a whole nail? There’s only ten...

I was a little skeptical to come here, but decided to go ahead and take a chance! Im so glad I did. Jessica is super nice and takes time to listen to what you want. I am a very anxious person, so Im very jumpy and tremble a lot. She never made any mention of it and just continued, which I appreciated so much. My eyes are so beautiful and I couldnt be happier. Especially for the price! You cant beat it. I will continue to come here for my lashes!

I got my eyebrows microbladded and eyelashes done . Jessica is amazing . She is so sweet and makes the whole process fun! You can tell she loves what she does ! This was my first time getting these things done and I will be going back to her every time now ! I love the location in Lynnwood also! If your thinking about microblading or eyelash extensions, something for yourself you need to book with Jessica . She immediately felt like a friend even tho we had never met before.

I love this place but the guy that did my nails today did an absolutely horrible job and i am very upset with how my nails look. they’re uneven, different sizes, not the size i asked for etc. on top of all of that i left with 4 different bleeding fingers. it was a very painful and unpleasant experience.

Michelle does a great job, and if you look up their site you can see that they can do some nail art also

Hi Jessica.. Ive been coming to get my pedicures and my nails done for about 8 months now. Love my nails after done..Try to make an appt. With Michele last week she usually says come in that day but this day was different. I couldnt make it until 2pm. I called to check to see if see was running early but no she was running late. She asked if I could come at 2:30.. It would have been ok except I had a function that I needed to go to. I felt that it wasnt that she was too busy it looked more like first come first serve or over booked. Jessica she said she was just and short handed..Omgosh then maybe a call would have helped. She seemed very quiet and if shes short handed I shouldnt feel the brunt end of it. I was planning on getting my pedicure done too but I really didnt feel welcomed. Im searching for another place to go to that an appt. Is an appt. Love your place but I dont think being under staffed should become my problem. Debbie ❤
