Reasonable pricing and wait time. Nice people. The vacums tend to get full fast.

They did excellent job in the interior of my pickup truck shampoo and everything up and down very professionals but the price is a little high

So far, so good. Just joined the monthly membership. Access into and out of the location will be a challenge during busy traffic times. Cost is on-par with all the other car wash businesses. One negative noted is the vacuums - they seemed to be lower sucking power than we expected.

Its my first time using this car wash in years. I went back after being away so long because I remembered the great job the guys did cleaning the inside of my car and I would always tip them well. However, this time I was very disappointed. The inside looks like they only used a dry towel to wipe down the doors and dashboard. Theres still dirt in between the seats and my center key holder under dash and crumbs on the seat. For them to have 3 guys working to clean your car and to charge $25 for this service,, I would think that it would look more like a professional job rather than I did it myself. Next time I will. Not worth the extra money.

The old was great and my van was clean now my van is dirty back window dirty bottom of doors dirty and I paid more 15.00 very disappointed have to find somewhere else to wash car

Not coming back here again, they changed the hot air drying, replaced it with a shine and dry which is terrible, all the water gets left behind.

They always take great care of me hear their car wash seems to be updated with all the correct features or curring to features that it takes to clean a vehicle. Also the 1 or 2 times I didnt think the vehicle was fully cleaned they had me go through again and upgraded my original service which I thought was wonderful. Horrible machinery upgrade at 103rd location ... passenger outside mirror gets pushed in every time so I have to exit the car and pull it back out, same spot is missed on back windshield after washing every time, and car is still ridiculously wet from lack of air dryers (rolling drying contraption at the end is laughable and reserved for only the expensive washes, I guess?). Extremely disappointed and will be ending my monthly prepaid pass, not worth it anymore. :(

On October 31, 2020 I took my car and got a the 10.00 exterior wash. After the wash, I began to dry and my dry towel retrieve so much dirt from it that I literally went to management. I wasnt looking for any accommodations and guess what after even showing the towel there wasnt even an offer or suggestion to get a free wash. Ive been a customer there for lil over 3 years now and enjoyed the service but after this experience, Fuller Car Wash just lost a customer.

Cant use fullers pass from a different location.

I really wanted to like this place.I paid $170 for an interior cleaning.There are still marks on the seats, and a very large stain left on the drivers side that could have been cleaned but was not.The rest looked okay except for that one large stain that was still very surfaced and untouched.The trunk was also not cleaned nor vacuumed that was mentioned would be done when I dropped off.It was shiny inside but not a very good fragrance.Not worth the money sadly

Still can get a good carwash for $3. The workers didnt like how my van looked and made me go back through for free.

Always very convenient, no long lines. My car can be difficult to clean in the winter with all the show and salt from the roads. The drive thru wash usually does a decent job. Once I complained to the manager and they let me run my car thru again. Great service!

I accidentally found this place. Very happy with their cleaning crew and soft clothes car was brushes. On top Free vacuum service. While I was cleaning I noticed that staff member/employees cleaning premises and emptying garbage bins which were placed to throw stuff from vehicles during vacuum. I am very pleased and will recommend who ever is in the surrounding area to utilize this car wash.

This was a great quick car wash. When you pull up in your car, you see a large menu of all the washes available. The more expensive the wash the more artistic the handwriting. Its probably a marketing ploy and almost work. I was about to purchase the 15 dollar car wash and remembered my theory of car wash joints. That no matter which wash you choose and pay for; everyone gets the same car wash. I purchased a cheap 6 dollar wash. You pull up and pay through a computer screen. The gate raises and lets you through upon payment. Then you enter the car wash while in your vehicle. It did a great job washing the car. I will be back.

Pretty good, some Fullers do a better job than others. I think Palos and Countryside do the best of the ones weve been to. At least on the inside cleaning.

Fullers has a very good automated car wash. If you decide to get the automated wash, I highly recommend the $15.00 option.Also, I have used their complete interior detailing several times over the years. They always do a thourough and excellent job!

I love this Car Wash. The Staff is excellent and when I pull up they open the gate to take my car in and it is very clean.

Very clean n fast

I called & made an appointment for the super protection detail package. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped off my car at 9am & I received a call at 12pm stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. My car was spotless & shiny inside & out! Not one spot missed! My mats & my seats were cleaned to perfection. I am so happy my sister recommended Fullers! I will definitely be back! Great first time experience! It was worth the money!

Nice place......when something didnt come off my windshield they showed me where there was a special solution with a scrubber to put on it and let me go through the wash again free of charge. I never knew about the buckets they offer, great idea! They also have a area where you can vacuum and towel dry your car yourself.

Three stars is good for a establishment on auto. I like it a lot, no problem.

Every worker I encountered here was very rude, went here for the very first and last time. There is 0 guidance if youre a new customer, and expect to get belittled if you do anything wrong, like not knowing where to pull in the building when requesting a detail.The lady at the front desk gave me attitude, the manager gave me attitude, and I got attitude from even the regular workers. I will tell everybody in my family and friend group to avoid this place. Throwing my $10 gift card out.

Love this car wash. The wash uses moving clothes strips instead of bristles which could scratch your vehicle.

I actually brought a clean vehicle in to your car wash. The windshield actually was clean. I purchased a $50 wax and wash. After my vehicle was finished there was two scratches in the middle of the windshield as you can see in the photograph. Four people at your facility told me that the scratches were there. As it turns out I contacted the Oak Lawn Police Department they said it was a civil matter which I agreed. Left your car wash and proceeded home. I was able to remove what look like were scratches turns out were some kind of compound from your wax job. With a little rubbing was able to remove. I thought when I had my car cleaned they would clean the windshield along with waxing it but apparently not. I can guarantee you going forward. After I get done wiping all the smeared wax that they applied to my vehicle which I can realize now was not wiped down after that process. I will no longer be a fuller Car Wash customer. I will make sure friends relatives and anybody I know about my experience at your car wash.

The guy in the wash area right now is a complete idiot. They’re supposed to be guiding you on the tracks. He’s guiding me forward when the tire hits then suddenly he points to the side. He needs to go home

My uncle came to get his truck wash for $6 and he had no ideal what they was doing to the truck he felt he was over charge and sad because they did not clean the seats they charge $50 bucks for interior cleaning and $10 for one floor mat I am upset because when you come to any carwash you are to help the customers understand what theyre getting before service he had to pay $66 total for a half job I am also going to BBB to let them know you all are taking customers money for this price this is a monthly price this one time payment is unheard of even if the signs are posted make sure the price is understood

DONT GO HERE. I was a faithful customer of this place but my last visit I wasnt treated with any type of respect my situation wasnt handled properly by the manager Eduardo. I visit this place twice a week and my car was just dirty from rain but after I went through the car wash there were several black grease marks on the my white pickup truck. When Eduardo came out to speak to me all he did was tell me that if the car was put these marks on my car then it would have happened to everybody. He never even tried to offer me another wash or any kind of help. I was not treated fairly and as a regular customer I am never coming here again. I am not a picky person but lets come to some type of resolution. When I asked him if he was in my position and brought his car to this car wash and now his car had grease stains what would his response be? He walked away.

Manager at this facility has no customer service skills or professionalism! I canceled my monthly membership today! Sent an email to the owner of Fullers back in March sometime about my concerns but he never responded! I’ve taken my money elsewhere!

Im handicapped and I pay monthly for my unlimited washes, which is really nice cuz it takes them 5 minutes to do what takes me an hour.

The manager of this place is outstanding. Over the years of coming here ive asked him about various things that i needed to remove from my cars paint(tree sap, paint, glue residue). Hes Always very helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership I bought my last car from gave me free car washes for life but because the manager of Fullers goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy, I gladly pay the $20 a month for the wash pass. Thank you Fullers. They do need better dryers. Those do not dry the car enough.

I went bought my ticket for my car wash and no one ever opened the door even tho I called multiple times and the hrs on your website say your open.

Wouldve given this place 5 stars but I was informed that they didnt allow Uber or Lyft drivers to purchase monthly wash plans.

Car was wasnt too bad but I went inside to buy some car cleaning products. I asked if I can try the phone mount on my car to see if it works she said no I understood but then I asked if I buy it and try it and if it doesnt work can I return it he/she said No. I most likely wouldnt go again.

I was initially not happy with the drip marks that were left on my vehicle, so I returned for a re-wash. The manager was so understanding, and helped me instantly! I stayed a little longer to drip dry, and that prevented the problem on the second time around.The machines do a great job, I just have to take the time to get the excess water out of my mirrors.

Semi gentle wash. Doesnt do well with built up under side wheel well mud and dirt. Also dryer is poor and leaves vehicle very spotted. Bring towels.
