Very fast, nice place. I like how kind everyone is and the manager Al is looking out for both the workers and customers. They do accept debit still, so thats good. Really nice job. I had tons of dog hair and crumbs from eating during my morning commute. They made my car look new for $25.

Came to live in Oak Lawn from the Midway area. The service was excellent. Love that its hand washed and they seem to wash every car like its their own. They have a few different prices. So theres an option for everybody. The premium is a bit pricier then what Im use to paying but I loved it here.
First time going. Very professional. Workers go the extra mile to make sure my car was clean and they took extra care of it. Not a fan of machine car washes so I took the chance of coming here and dont regret it at all will definitely start being a regular customer here. Also met the owner very down to earth guy and wants the best for his customers. Highly recommend giving them a try.
I read all of these amazing reviews online and I was intrigued to give this place a try. I drive past this car wash everyday and noticed that they are always busy, I figured good reviews+ high clientele = great service! Not the experience I yearned for. I paid $40 for mediocre service. There were plenty of spots that were not cleaned, poor wax job and Too long of a wait! I was better off going to fullers! Not worth the 2 hour wait! Won’t be returning again!
The BEST detailers in the Burbank/Oak Lawn area. Very good 32$ in and out mini detail is always my go to (called Executive Wash on their new pricing menu). Prepare to spend some time waiting, especially at peak hours. They are good so they are popular. ❤
My wife had told me about this place and it’s good service she told me to watch out for this flying hair piece that the owner wears so I had to go check this out for myself sure enough I get there there working on my car the manager or owner AL was using one of those air things to cool himself off next thing you know you see a hair piece fly in the air it got all wet he couldn’t put it back on so he had left the establishment but definitely will be coming back

Did a wonderful job on detailing the inside of my car!! Looks brand new. Dropped off at 9AM wasnt done until 5PM. So make sure you leave all day, they are a busy place.
The owner or manager I believe he said his name was Al had bent over to clean my car and his hair piece had fell on the floor he was quick to put it back on but really good service definitely will come back👍

If I could give a zero review I would. My boyfriend took my car over here to get it cleaned paid $26. And there is a lot of stuff that are so dusty. Ridiculous. Very dissapointed. Dont come here. You would rather clean it yourself and it would probably look better than the way these people cleaned it.
Waited almost 3 hours just to get in and out for a car wash.. windows still had streaks on them.. will not be returning! I get better service at brothers car wash on 95th!

My boyfriend who owns a brand new 2014 Mustang came in for a hand wash with wax. Upon arriving home a scratch was found on the passenger mirror that was not there previously. Instantly he returned to the shop to explain what had happened. Instantly the manager of the shop claimed there was no way that they had done this. As he refused he began to get very hostile and began to scream in my boyfriend’s face. My boyfriend was showing no hostility and was only asking simply for them to buff it out. The manager remained extremely aggressive. My boyfriend called his father and as soon as he arrived the mannerism of the manager completely changed. He still claimed that his business had nothing to do with this but finally said that they can attempt to buff it out. They then told us to never return back.OVERALL: completely unprofessional and caused a noticeable scratch on passenger mirror.
If you go to a $3 car wash better than coming here

I have used this car wash a few times to wash my Dodge city van. Is a small work van. I show up today wait 30 minutes in line they come out and tell me they can’t wash my van because it’s too big. This van is smaller than most SUVs. I think this is ridiculous, and they have lost my business not only for our work fans but our personal cars too. Then when I said something to the guy who told meHe yelled and said what do you want me to do that’s what the boss told me. Very unprofessional will not recommend this business to anyone ever again
My overall experience was absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting any sort of detailing done for my car because I keep it clean. The staff was super professional and efficient. My dog pooped in the back seat of my car and it was a complete mess. There is one guy in the shop that does the detailing and my car was in and out of the shop in 4 hours which is nothing for the amount of mess they had to deal with. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they threw in an exterior wash for free. I have nothing but great things to say. They were patient, professional, and they returned my car in better condition than when I first bought it. Also, with the COVID-19 pandemic going on, this was the only place I could find that would even clean a bodily fluid such as dog poop. They really helped me and I am forever grateful. They have my business forever!

I sent my BMW 760 Li to AL for a detail and wow was my reaction I was very impressed and satisfied with the work amd professionalism. Al walked me through the steps of the cleaning process explainging how he uses lexol leather cleaner/degreaser did a claybar small buff for all contaminated parts of the car. And I couldnt be any happier, Alis passionate about his work and he is also a car guy I havent gotten a detail on my vehicle in 3 years and they exceeded my expectations.
I stumbled upon this Gem today after leaving Infinite Customs. The Super Wash has my Jeep glowing. I plan to go back for the Ceramic Service. Very fast and professional. The owner is very nice.
I have a small Jeep Compass. I went with a number 3. Was charged 27.00. They didn’t vacuum the back out or clean the windows. Isn’t that why I pay for suv instead of sedan. Very disappointed. Many other things not cleaned. Didn’t check until I got home. Don’t make assumptions. Check before you leave.Inside doors left unwiped. Cup holders left dirty. Just dirty.

Be prepared to wait in line for over an hour. It seems very unorganized. While we are in a line to get inside, we could hear an employee being screamed at by the manager. Very unprofessional!

Took my BMW M3 that I rarely let anyone but myself wash the car but I took the chance to let the EZ CLEAN take care of her and WHAT A GREAT JOB DID THEY ! THE INTERIOR CAME OUT SHINING IT GAVE MY CAR THE STRAIGHT OUT THE DEALERSHIP FEEL AGAIN! THE OUTSIDE WAS EVEN BETTER!

I have an older Nissan truck that my daughter as a teenager tore up on the inside. I took it to EZ Clean for the first time and was shocked how clean the interior came out with their detail. My truck was sparkling and looked brand new inside!!! I highly recommend this place all the way around. The guys worked so hard cleaning the inside considering it was so dirty, I tipped them well. Worth every penny!!!

The areas they cleaned, they did a good job, but when I looked inside, I said,, what the heck? Whats going on with the roof? The response was, oh, I forgot. He then did a spot check in the parking lot. Not sure if I would use them again.

My girlfriend had an incident with her dog in the back seat. I called around and landed on EZ Clean and that same day they were more than happy to take it in and help her out. They did an excellent job, and the car was cleaner than new, and let me tell ya they had a mess to deal with. Just awesome people that helped out tremendously.
I dont trust alot of people cleaning my tesla. I came here got my car cleaned. I would give them more stars if I can but when I got my car it looked brand new. The owner AL is a very friendly. He brought in coffee and made conversations with us and was very friendly.

Car Still Wet Tires Not Done Staff In A Hurry Could Have More Attention To Detail
Took my car to get hand washed today. Was not satisfied at all. Water spots on the car and multiple parts that were not cleaned and the wheels were still dirty as well. It’s very noticeable since my car is black. I would’ve been better off running it through the machine. Atleast it’s wouldn’t have left any dirty spots.PS. I have pics that show the “cleaning” that was done.

New management really got this place at its best. Hands down the best car wash I’ve gone to in a very long time. They left my car spotless and smelling so fresh! They also have water, coffee, and snacks, free for you to enjoy while waiting. Before I left Abe walked me around my car to make sure I was happy with the wash. Honestly this is the best Hand car wash Ive been to. They make my Truck look so clean and they are sure to get every spot on the car and inside the car. I had a bad cigarette smell they recommended a scent bomb and that got rid of the bad order .They even cleaned my cupholders. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere closer to the house and the car isnt as clean as I expected it. Ill definitely be back here Thanks to the EZ clean staff and management for making my car showroom clean.

Great service!👍🏽 For A low price !! Went in after off roading, and the staff got all the mud out before washing, with pressure wash to prevent any scratching marks! Couldn’t have been done with my water hose !
They did a decent enough job for $20+. Wheels could have had a little more attention, and drivers side mirror was streaky. As with any place, pull in the garage and rewipe her down.
Fantastic experience at this Hand Csr Wash. Service was quick. Alot of employees all knowing their task. 2 people assigned to wash my car. Fabric mitts & microfiber towels. Got an amazing wash. No streaks. No suds residue. 2 guys then wioed down the car with mictofiber. Windows are spotless. Cannot tell I have glass. Sooo clean. Pricing is very affordable. The tire shine product is superb. It isnt WET. When you drive the 1st 15 minutes the tire shine doesnt blow all over the freshly washed car. BEST CAR WASH IN ILLINOIS.

Had my 2017 Mercedes detailed, inside looks great, exterior not so much. Whoever is buffing out the cars clearly doesnt know what they are doing. The car had more clear coat scratches than when I brought it in.The hood still had bug marks on it, how is that possible if you buffed the car. When I brought it to their attention, they were clearly annoyed offered no resolution.Bottom line, I would not get any of my vehicles detailed there again

A mom and her young child were stranded with a flat tire in the parking lot and not one guy offered to assist her. Im a mom too, but have never changed a tire, and yet I attempted to try and help. These workers could have taken a few minutes to at least check on her and do a good deed but they chose to ignore her while she waited. Life isnt always about business people! I will never go to this car wash.
Brought the truck in trashed and filthy and they made it look like new money !! What a value for the money way lower in price for the complete detailing than every place I visited was well over 350.00 there was a Way more reasonable
I went to this car wash because my usual one was to far, I called in advance to make sure they clean the inside also, I noticed that they worked as if they just don’t care and want to get it over with so I decided to watch them a little closer, when they said they were finished I noticed none of the passenger windows were clean so naturally, I asked the young girl at the desk, to ask them to clean it again please, she did and I watched looked through the window as he cleaned it and he still did a bad job. I said let me ask her to look through the window, maybe I’m just being picky, she looked through it and decided that he didn’t clean very well so she went to do it herself, she did a good job so I was happy but also in a rush at this point because my wife was getting off of work. After picking up my wife and going home I noticed that none of the interior were cleaned on the sides or the lower parts of the doors, I paid 27 for this cleaning that definitely was not worth it because none of the work was done well, it seems like they clean the parts that are visible to the driver, until he gets out and actually looks at the work. Pretty mad that I had to go clean the stuff that I paid them to do.
First off, the wait and wash was more than an hour. When you walk in you are greeted by a rude ignorant lady, who acts like she is angry at the whole world. She is very unpleasant, and makes you feel uncomfortable. I didnt know what package to get, and she rudely yelled to look at the packages on the window. The owner is not any better, he is rude and unfriendly. All the employees are angry, and fighting with one another. They could not find dealer keys, and were all blaming each other. My car wash was decent, but could of been better. My windows were still dirty, and inner wheel wells were still dirty. This my first and last time at EZ Clean for a car wash. There are better choices out there. Poorly run business.
