I had a shellac pedicure and I had to tell him how to remove the polish. He didn’t use any cuticle softener. I had to ask for that. I wasn’t asked which pedicure I wanted. I asked so you don’t give options anymore? I was told no we only have 1 pedicure, but I see the girl next to me with paraffin wax. Time for my manicure and he was rushing, going extremely fast. When finished he asked if I wanted a massage. I asked isn’t that part of the service? He rushed through that. I saw others with a punch card. That was not offered to me. Not ever will I come here again. Not a pleasant experience at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND

At first when I told my nail tech, Tom, that I wanted all natural, no color… He looked at me like I was crazy. But then he took the time to make sure they looked nice and shapely…and he even made them thin like I like them! I really appreciate the attention to detail that he took on my nails since they were so simple. I’ve been here before and they do a good job but I definitely recommend Tom! Thanks Tom!

This was the WORST nail shop Ive ever been to and I am not exaggerating. All I asked for was a manicure with color on only one nail with a happy face. The lady started doing my nails and half way through made me pay for my unfinished nails. She had to redo my nails THREE times because she kept smearing it with the top coat because it wasnt dry yet. After the second time of them redoing it, they tried to get me to tip even though my nails still werent done. I usually dont leave reviews but this place was just horrible.

Don’t recommend! First time here and there was no communication on the type of service I wanted. When I requested it was, “too late”. I was asked if I liked the nail coating, I said no and I asked to get a base since the color was not dark enough. Again, was told “too late”. There was no need for passive aggressive behavior because I opted out of not getting a manicure as I had another appointment to go to. So when I was asked if I liked it, NO- I do not but, it’s “Too Late” to get what I would like right‼️😤

I’ve been going here for years, and they are the nicest people!! Nail techs are very good at what they do, and are happy work with you to make your nails exactly how you want them.

They got me in right away and shellac lasted about 2 weeks. Not great but not terrible (for how long it lasted). Service was great!

So all was great until an employee was staring at me making a face like she was disgusted at me. I said hi she ignored me and made a disgusted face at me. I felt so judged and unwelcome. My nail tech who’s worked for 3 years lied to me and said he doesn’t know the name of the women who treated me strangely bad.

I like to switch it up an check out other places but Paris is my go to. They have a great selection for colors for dip and gel. The quality is usually better than anywhere else I’ve tried.

They always do an amazing job on my DIP manicures! Misa is my preferred technician. Everyone there is sweet and accommodating. I’m super loyal to this Denver nail salon.

I really enjoy coming here to get my nails done! They take their time and do a really great job. My regular mani lasted 2 weeks without any major chips which is good for me with long nails and constantly using my hands. The place does get busy in the evenings so plan ahead. They have tons of regular and shellac colors. They always offer a water and have a punch card. I recently got the Moody color changing shellac and I love it !!

First time at this place. Will go back for sure. It was super busy when I walked in but they are so organized that someone helped me right away. I went for pedicure and full set. A younger lady did my pedicure and it was very good. I did shellac. She was very skilled. I wish I remembered her name. After the pedi I was taken immediately to get a full set. Ivy was so patient with me because I have sensitive nailbeds from another place I used to get my nails done at. Ivy was super professional and did an excellent job. Ask for her when you go in. They close at 7:30pm so its great for working people!! Will go back again.

Then my daughter came in after they tell her to come back tomorrow, she walks out I don’t think they knew I was her mom another lady walks in and they tell her to sign in and they will her her. Paris is the only nail salon I will go to. They are clean and sanitary and have increased these protocols for COVID as well. Paul is the best nail tech you will ever meet!!!!!

My pedicure was fine and has lasted, i came in for a fill as well. One of the colors I picked was dried out and I had to choose another color “similar” not a big deal. She proceeds to fillmy acrylic nails and barely filed down myold set making my nails look extremely thick. Then after 2 days my acrylics were lifting and getting my hair caught in them. Never had an issue any where else but obviously there was no pride taken in the work she did on me. Theres no color acrylic so she had to paint over my old nails with gel, which easily starts to chip off my remaining nails that are thick and notnatural looking at all, and she didn’t bother to re-shape my “coffin” nails so i left with fat thick and square acrylics that lasted nothing. i guess you get what you pay for.

My sister and I went in for a pedicure and it consisted of poor quality and rushed service. In and out service, no massage, smudged nails, no callus removal. Basically it was just a nail painting session. If I am being generous the entire process lasted 23 minutes. My sister had to ask 3 times for the smudges on her nails to be fixed. The moment they were finished painting they ushered us up and out of the chairs. Evidently there arent options available for they type of pedicure you get. Perhaps the only redeeming aspect it is what inexpensive. Not recommended if you are looking to relax and enjoy a pedicure.

I made an appointment for 1030 on Sunday morning. I arrived a few minutes early and there were about 10 people in the salon. I ordered a deluxe pedicure which includes a longer massage, hot stones and parrafin wax. Overall a nice pedicure but I would not say outstanding. The hot stones were luke warm at best and the hot towels were the same. I was never offered a drink or anything the entire time I was there. Thes were all turned to sports which I thought was amusing since the only person interested or watching was the manager.

Will not be returning. I’ve been here 4 times, the first time was fantastic and the lady did the best job on my nails I’ve probably ever had. The past 3 times were not the same. Saying they rush is an understatement. Way too focused on getting in as many people as possible that they don’t even wipe down their pedicure tubs. My feet are still dry and flakey and there is polish all around my toes and nails! My gel manicure isn’t even and they didn’t cover the sides of my nail. I do not recommend this place one bit.

So so clean after Covid! Bleach everything, identify what has and hasn’t been sanitized. Felt safe and recommend.

This is the best place ever. Been coming here for almost two years and they always have fast service, extremely high quality and very clean. I recommend making an appointment when possible. They also have a ton of pedicure chairs so fun for parties, etc. The entire staff is really nice and everyone does a great job.

Love the $30 shellac mani! Paris Nails is going above and beyond with their COVID-19 regulations. Plexy glass is up at every station. They are seating every other chair. Constantly sanitizing, especially between clients. So happy they are back open and doing their part!

The ladies here are kind and gentle. They care about their customers and do a fantastic job. The greatest thing about the entire deal is that the price of fair as well. This is the best bang for your buck. A comfortable environment with caring staff. Highly recommend.

I’ve been visiting this salons for years and really want to rate them 5 starts based on how sweet they are, but unfortunately I haven’t enjoyed my past few visits. The salon has turned into one of those nail salons where appointments don’t mean anything and (if the salon is busy) you’ll end up waiting 30-45 minutes regardless of an appointment or not. Since the salon is popular and gets busy, the employees RUSH you through your manicure and pedicure and the quality definitely suffers, enough for me to write a review about. For example, my shellac looks like it has been growing out for 5-6 days and I just got it done this evening, it wasn’t done carefully at all. The punch card system is a nice draw, but if you walk in and the salon is busy, it’s not worth it, go somewhere else. My advice to the salon- turn people away when you are too busy!

I’ve been a regular here for about 4 months and normally they are fine, receptive to suggestion and very communicative and willing to get what you want done, however; DO NOT let the manager touch your nails. He gave me the worst manicure I’ve had there (uneven tip shape, cut my nails too short, didn’t take off some rough edges and managed to dremmel every single cuticle to the point that they are all now sore, red and some are bleeding) and then refused to give me a service that I witnessed being done the last time I had been in there (ombré with dip powder) Currently taking off the polish job and re doing it so I actually get the color I want.Still giving 4 stars because the women nail techs are awesome and normally I have a great experience but I just think it’s who you get.

One of the best pedis I have had in awhile! Was in town only for the weekend and last minute decided to get a pedicure. They fit me in even though they were going to close. Employee who did my pedicure was great! Did an amazing job even though she didnt have a lot of time. If I am ever in Denver again I will definitely be coming back.

I have visited this place twice and left unhappy twice. Regardless if I show a photo or point to the shape of the person sitting next to me they cannot get the shape right. My first time in I asked (so many times that I felt uncomfortable) for round shaped nails and I left with my nails chopped down and square. The second time I asked for round again, brought a picture, and have some round and some almond. Theyre in such a rush to get you in and out it seems they dont care what you want or say. Multiple times my finger was burned by their tool as they were filing bc they were rushing. I tried to give them another chance this second time and I have no intention of ever going back. So disappointed to waste money on a completely terrible dip job. I wish I could post a photo to show how bad my nails look. 😢

Pedicure chairs are worn and don’t work, nail polish is all old and chips. The pedicure I received was 15 mins, 15 seconds of scrub, 30 seconds of lotion “massage”, my feet are not anywhere near what I usually get for a pedicure. Ended up getting a manicure instead of nails due to the quality of the pedicure. If you’re in a pinch and need low quality for fast work go for it, but I would advise against if you’re looking for quality.

Went to 5 nail salons all over Denver when I moved back a year ago and this is by far my favorite place! They are great about getting me an appointment when I need to get in and Tom always does my dip nails perfectly!

My first time to this place and it was overall a great experience. Jesse was very kind and gentle and did an amazing job. She took her time to make sure I liked everything she did with my acrylics and I love them. I will most definitely be going back and would recommend this salon to anyone.

Made an appointment for a shellac pedicure and manicure and it was the WORST shellac pedicure and manicure I’ve EVER had.. the lady that did my pedicure literally swiped the pumice stone across my foot once!! Literally one downward stroke and that was it... the next day, my shellac began to bubble up and a piece cracked off!! Moving right along, my shellac manicure....Even worst... my over lay was forcefully removed and caused my thumb to bleed and u could see the blood through the new overlay. I had one small rhinestone placed at the base off my fingers and the next day, 4 were gone!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! It was my first and last time going there! Complete waste of $90

Only place Ill go for my nails!!! Misa does a killer job on acrylic and shellac/gel and the whole staff is friendly. Fair prices, easy to get an appointment and always great end result.

I liked this salon; they’re clean, quick, and affordable. They have fancier options but the regular pedicure is $25 (which I consider to be normal, despite so many other salons charging much more!). I could tell they actually sanitize their tools which is not always the case at other places (unfortunately). They have a punch card rewards program and you can tip on a credit card. However I didn’t have a great experience with my nail tech. She did in my opinion a rush job, only did one coat of polish on my toes, and hardly spent any time pumicing my callouses / rough heels which was my whole motive for getting a pedicure. She ignored me and had a generally unpleasant demeanor despite my efforts to be friendly. Other folks around me didn’t seem to have the same experience so it was probably just the one nail tech. Unfortunately I never got her name. I would probably come back, and just try to get a different tech.

The first time I went, my nails came out great. I went back to get them done again and the girl didn’t even fully take off my previous color and never used the clear dip powder prior to putting on the color. Two days later two of my nails broke and I had to go back in. They didn’t take off the color...just layered on top of it. My nails looked like bricks. I finally found Tom who did a really good job, went to him a couple of times and was pleased. I called ahead of time the last time I went to schedule with Tom and was told they couldn’t get me in until 7PM because there was an appointment ahead of me. I showed up early and had no idea that they were closing at 7:30. I offered to leave because I never want to be that person, but they assured me that it was no problem at all. At this point I have my nails in foil with the dip being soaked off...little did I know that my nails would then be done in 15 min, color off, dip back on, and all. I know if they want to they can do a good job. They’re the ones who assured me to stay making me feel that my nails would still come out good. Afterwards, there was no dip color on the edges of my nails, the color was peeling up immediately because it couldn’t seal with it not being fully on my nails. A couple days later one of my nails fully broke and the color was chipping off of my other nails. The funny part about it was that Tom was looking at my nails, lifting them up to look at the edges, and it was apparent that he could see how bad they were. I will never go back to Paris. You don’t tell somebody to stay if you know you’re going to rush through and do a half a** job. Especially when you’ve had a recurring guest.

The manicurists here are careful and detail oriented. The manicure I got lasted almost two weeks (which is above average for me). I had to wait a bit on a weeknight at 7pm. The nail color isnt organized in any way which makes it hard to choose a color.

They are so great at this place. No matter how busy they are they get you in ASAP. They are very courteous, fast and efficient. My toes always look beautiful. Plus they have a punch card where your 10th is free

I love this salon. Ive been going here about a year. They do a really great job on your nails, whether acrylic, gel, or regular polish. Pedicures are great. I also get my eyebrows waxed here, which is quick, easy, and only $10. Good prices on manis and pedis. And they just remodeled, so it looks great!

Had a great experience! $35 for a mani/pedi is a good deal too. Just make sure you make an appointment if it’s in the evening. I sat down at 6pm and 10 people walked in within 15 minutes and had to wait because literally every chair was already full. The employees were very nice though!

They don’t sanitize their tools effectively. I wish I had never come here. If you value your nails pick another salon.

Really great massage and the woman who did my pedicure was very nice, but not the best paint job Ive ever had there. It seemed kind of rushed and definitely looks like it. 😕 Im pretty disappointed.

Best I’ve found in Denver so far based on cost and the health of my nails. Not sure what they do different but their gel/shellac doesn’t ruin my nails like other shops have. Nothing fancy but I’ve had great success with the mani and pedi lasting.

Always get fit in quickly for walk in pedi. Very friendly. Punch cards for repeat customers. Good work.

They DO NOT listen to what you would like. I tried this place a dozen times every time its been a terrible experiance. The male manager is particularly awful. My nails usually come out pretty good but never last more than a week. Theyre expensive and time consuming! Go anywhere else.

Ive been coming to get my nails done with Misa for 4 years now and was thrilled to hear her and her husband bought Paris Salon recently, It makes for a much closer drive. I love how big and spacious the salon is and everyone there is wonderfully skilled, from a basic mani all the way to more intricate designs for acrylic when I feel like doing something fun! I love how up to date they are with everything, I recently asked for chrome nails and surprised me with all the options they gave me! Really love this place and the staff and would recomendar anyone in the Denver area to give it a try!

My first time here, and I just walked out with bleeding cuticles. I asked for a design (just a line across the nail) and she kept redoing it a bunch of times--meaning more nail polish remover in the cuts she made. Ouch. Super bummed.

We went in for pedicures, and came out with less rough feet. The calluses on our feet were mostly gone, but not nearly gone enough (as some nail places can do). The people spoke English. They didnt seem too involved in the actual process and did not ask about other services or upsells. They were all very friendly (when not staring at our feet).
