When I’m doubt, come here ASAP. Finally a car wash that is affordable and does an amazing job. Free vacs that really suck. They have a full detail department and when driving by these cars were gleaming. I pulled in and got a clay bar/21 treatment to protect and make sparkle. Wow. Wow. Wow. Great job Dream Clean Staff.

Got the ultimate detail on my 2020 Jeep Compass in early July, disappointed that they did such a poor job on my car. I get that my car was new, but thats no excuse to do a basic clean when I paid for the ultimate detail. I specifically didnt clean the coffee stains on the door from days before bc I assumed it would have been taken care of during the detail, but they were still there. It seems as if they just vacuumed and wiped everything down with one of the interior shine but didnt actually clean. The outside also looked like it was just passed through the automatic wash and hand dried but it wasnt detailed. Not worth the couple hundred dollars.

Paid for the undercarriage wash because I just came back from a muddy roadtrip. I peeked under to see how it looked and not one drop of water hit my undercarriage. Came back around and told the guy at the booth and he said, Well you went through the dryer right? I said Id understand if it was at least muddy from getting some water sprayed at it but I got dry dirt under my car. All he said was I can run it again if you want. Went through it again and same thing. No undercarriage wash. Pretty disappointed. Didnt even bother to go back and complain again. Why pay more when you just get the $3 car wash? I guess Im glad I at least got that.

My car didnt need a detail to me. My husband wanted me to get one. I didnt notice a difference in my car getting detail than a regular car wash. My husband said you all did a great job. Went here for the undercarriage cleaning. We got the $6 wash because the guy in the booth we paid said that one cleaned the undercarriage and the sign with prices on it also said so. Went through thinking it was taken care of. Most of the free vacuum stations didnt work, had to look around for one that did.What earns the one star is that I had to continue doing some maintenance under the car later that day and so when I saw underneath, the car was still covered in dry salt deposits from the front to the back. I started this underneath maintenance a few days previously, so I know it hadnt been touched.I wouldnt have caught this if I didn’t get under my car and see it. Who knows how much damage has been done to peoples cars from salt underneath that this place deceived them into thinking they took care of.They got $6 from me, but the real problem is thinking they did what I paid them to do when they didnt and even lied to my face about it.Im leaving this review to warn others so they dont damage their cars continuing to drive around with salt underneath thinking they took care of it.

Very cheap..many choices to choose from on the wash ...once my car died and they let me leave it til I could get a tow..they were very understanding and helpful ..my car always looks great and done fast ..

I went in to get a detail hand wash for interior and exterior. The guys did not even try to remove any stains in the car and did not wash the mirrors. I came home and tried to remove the stains and the came off with just regular cleaning detergent. They did not even try! Garbage service for $200.

Easy in, easy out and only 3 bucks. Beats hauling out the hose and bucket 🪣.

They did not vacuum the whole interior. A full detail wash means a full detail wash, not a partial one. When I came to pick up the car, the back was not vacuumed and the trunk was not clean either.

Went to Fullers in countryside to have my cat detailed. Looks like they left some of the compound on, looks like the paint is fading. Considering trying thier exterior detail and engine detail.

We purchased 2 fathers Day special details. 1 for my wifes 2014 SUV and 1 for my 2017 F150 truck. My wife Loved how her SUV turned out! The SUV looked like NEW! She could not Believe how it turned out! I had My F150 to Canada on a guys 1,700 mile fishing trip!! The truck was a mess. Bug guts all over the front of the truck. Plus 5 guys eating and drinking inside there were crumbs all over! After I picked up my truck it was New! It was better than Ford gave it to me! The best money I spent! Dont believe everything you read about this place. Some people are never happy. Give this place a open-minded try and you will agree! This car wash is better then the big car wash chain in the area!

My husband and I attempted calling three times to find out pricing for detail service and to schedule an appointment. Every time we called we left a voicemail and its been days and we havent received a call back.

This place is sub par. My mistake for paying $12 and expecting my car to actually be clean after exiting. The front of my car looked like it hadn’t even been touched by the water. Then there were dried water spots from soap running down the windows. Won’t be returning

The reason I gave this place a shot is cause I wasn’t happy with the POS car wash on 95th & Central messing up my car and making me feel like the A-hole when I have them fix the things they missed. Best move I’ve ever made coming to Oak Lawn Auto Wash & Detail! The staff at Oak Lawn Auto Wash & Detail were very polite and always have a smile on their faces with the upmost detailed work I’ve seen in a car wash/detailing spot. PEOPLE OF THE OAK LAWN/CHICAGO RIDGE/BURBANK/EVERGREEN+ AREA, THIS IS IT! We have found thè spot in car wash and detailing! Washes the car good but hardly any of the vacuums work they need to fix those problems this explains why the lot was so empty. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Havent even had my detail yet and already want a full refund. Paid for detail 2 weeks ago.Scheduled for tomorrow at 8am. Was told I could drop the car off Sunday before 8pm. Went to drop it off at 640pm and they are closed. They were aware that Id be dropping my car off. Didnt even bother to call me and let me know. Very unprofessional.

Took my van after we went to the beach there was still sand on the back seats,and the front carpet,they didn’t clean the back cup holders and did a lousy job wiping down the dash. I left the car there for over an hour and when I picked it up I was in a hurry to leave

I don’t do a lot of reviews but I had to giving these circumstances.Wanted to get my door cleaned the guy says they’re closed even though it was 6 pm.I go to the other guy he says they’re open!!so I purchased $20 car wash then I went back to the guy that said that they’re closed and asked him to clean the door he said go back to the manager that’s extra I said fine then paid additional $22 only to find that he didn’t clean it properly.Not only that, he had taken my car and driven it outside of the shop for no reason and without my permission!!If you don’t like your job just quit and find another job.

Excellent wash that leaves your car clean and pretty dry with the heated blow dryers. The three dollar wash is great, and they have even pricier washes to chose from and you can pick your own options individually. They have other services like detailing the inside and outside of your vehicle as well as just a quick wax job. No better car wash around for the money.

Ive had better customer experience at the DMV. Paid for the deluxe and nothing was communicated. Literally had to get out of my car to get someone for my tired to be waxed. Pay for the $3 and do the rest yourself.

Been going here for 4 years and still love it. Especially the upgrade. However, one of the free vacuums I used didnt pick anything up in my car. Not sure whats up with that.

Of the last 5 attempts to get a car wash at this location I was able to get 1 car wash. They are always closed. I always ensure I visit during their listed hours of operation and it’s never a successful attempt. Attempted to call to inquire about this issue and no answer. Update your hours of operation or change them. I’ve also been sent away before being advised they “closed early for the day”. Just terrible.

We had the full-detail service on our family minivan. They did a good job. Just the typical vacuuming and cleaning up from kids. But we wont be going back. Job was supposed to take 4-6 hours. It was NINE HOURS before they finished.

I read all the negative reviews on here about the car accidents happening here and the managers/owners refusing to accept responsibility for them. Of course, the first and only time I go there, the attendant on duty causes an accident involving my vehicle. And just like the other reviews say, they refused to accept responsibility. They got upset with me for getting out of my vehicle to check the damage and holding up the line. They were extremely rude with both myself and the other party involved and didnt even have the decency to refund anyone for the cheap $3 wash. This is what I get for not going to Fullers on 103rd and Cicero. Ive never had a single issue with them. Recommend them over this place any day. Much more professional.

Purchased a Deluxe wash comes with tire shine. They never stated that its going to splash all over the sides of my vehicle. Went back to try to get the slashed tire shine off and the said I have to purchase another wash with full detail package!How in the hell are you supposed to trust this place after a comment like that.Its worse than grease on the side of my vehicle!I would appreciate it if they would correct the issue.. its on the side of my vehicle not all over.

Decent wash. The washes are on the pricy side, but if you save your receipts, you can get free washes over time. The works package is a mini detail that takes about 20 minutes. It will definitely get that winter muck off your car and for the price, they guys do a great job. Be sure to tip your driers and detailers!!

Cant beat much with a $3 car wash. Machines are older so it doesnt property dry your car. Make sure to bring towels to properly dry your car

Paid for a basic car wash I had some snow on the bumper and hood,the car wash did not remove all of the snow drove back around to the attendant/manager Brandon Who insisted on not remedying the situation only asking if I wanted to buy another car wash. seem pretty ridiculous especially when you figure customer retention should be your number one goal, Poor customer service

Car wash is ok but the vacuums arent working properly. I tried two of them, couldnt use them, suction is terrible. Also not clean, long hoses tangled laying on the ground in the snow.

Just left this car wash. I paid for a full car wash. It was more expensive than other places and did a poor job. The outside was okay but the inside was barely cleaned. They did a horrible job vacuuming my back seats. They didnt even vacuum or clean my floor mats. Will never go back.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR A CAR WASH!!!I took my car there yesterday to get it washed, right after cleaning my windows, using the protectant wipes cleaning everything from the inside out, check the air in my tires.... go thru the car wash, vacuum, go to take the caps off my tires to put air in them, and I see a huge screw sticking out of the sidewall of my tire!!I go to find somebody nobody around people waiting to go through the car wash, the guy finally comes out and upon telling him about the screw that just clearly came out of their carwash, he tells me (without even coming to look at my tire mind you) that I drove over it.... its not even in a part of the tire that you drive on, its in the sidewall!!!I ask to speak with a manager, he tells me he is the manager, and clearly hes of no help, and definitely doesnt know a thing about customer service.Then this man hands me a notepad telling me to write my contact information so the owner can contact me.... now Im furious because this is going nowhere fast, hes basically telling me, we are not responsible for damage our machines caused to your car, and the owner isnt going to do anything for you either.....So to my surprise, I get a phone call today from a no called ID so of course I send it to voicemail. I get a voicemail from the owner saying basically we have no responsibility or liability, there are no screws in our care wash, your only moving 1/2 a mile an hour so even if there was one laying there, theres no way it would go in your tire etc etc.....(still without even looking at the tire.....)So I call back up to the car wash and get Mr. Lieberman on the phone...... let me tell you, this guy is the absolute worst and should not be allowed to run a business!! He didnt want to even here a word from me, and started yelling at me over the phone, yelling over me talking....Well let me tell you Mr. Lieberman a thing or two....First off your customer service sucks, not just with your staff, but it all starts with you, and by the way, what Business calls you back private!?!Next, you magnificent genius you..... how is your car wash assembled is there are no screws in your carwash?? Um, im guessing its assembled with I dont know, maybe the gold 2-2 1/2 screws with the 6 point star that looks a lot like the one I pulled out of the SIDEWALL of my tire... Ill bring it by, we can match them up!Also, its already marked in my calendar to call the BBB first thing Monday morning at 8am since they are closed on weekends!And finally, sucking it up and paying the $141 it cost me to replace that tire that your place of BUSINESS caused, will be a lot cheaper for you than having to go to small claims court to still pay it, plus the court fees because I wont be paying for those either!!!So anyone who took the time to read this review, its not worth it to go to this car wash, youll end up leaving needing repairs that will cost you far more than saving a few bucks on any car wash elsewhere. Also, they DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Claim to open at 8am but dont open on time. They need to change the time they open bc they dont open at 8am, if you show up at 8am be prepared to wait wait and wait until someone decides to show up.
