Was in Milwaukee due to death in family. Low tire pressure light came up on rental car. Stopped at Tires Plus and said I was traveling thru area in rental car and could they check my air pressure, as the gas station gauge did not work. Guy at counter said it would be a 45 minute wait before anyone could check it. Asked for anyone else in area, he mentioned a Monro Auto Service down 27th. We drove less than 2 minutes down road, explained my problem to the young man at counter, he had me pull car to the bay, then came out himself, checked pressure in tires, added air, and said if I had anymore problems to come back and they would help me out. What a great example of customer service by the young man at Monros Auto Service, doing the right thing by helping an elderly driver out. Tires Plus should be ashamed of their lack of compassion and disregard for any sort of customer service standards. If youre considering Tires Plus, you might just want to check out Monro Auto Service on South 27th for real customer service.

Weve been going here many years, and probably will continue as long as Kim is running the store. He is always helpful, professional, personable, friendly and polite.He gives us a feeling of trust.

I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 in to your store in oak creek Wisconsin yesterday, Sunday May 30th 2021, to get serviced. They topped off all of the fluids and they put wayyyy to much transmission fluid and and now my truck is not driving. You guys also didnt correctly put my radiator cap back on and it blew coolant everywhere. Im currently stuck on the side of the highway 2 miles from the shop

Similar issues as everyone else in last month. PROCEED WITH CAUTION DECIDING TO GO HERE. Lazy. Didnt want to submit W9 form to handle problems after inspection first time we brought car in. Got Only an inspection done on front end due to noise. Got car back, braking not normal when leaving, to find out braking fluid puddle in garage. To find out busted cylinder in rear right side wheel. To putting blame on us to pay for it. Brought it back which is what i didnt wanna do anymore. Poor customer service.

I just today got four new tires at this location. During checkout the person at the register (Marilyn) caught an error from the warehouse delivery; one of the tires was just slightly past the DoT requirements for safety, being slightly too old. She notified me and arranged for the tire to be switched out by the next day. I am delighted with the outcome as many people might well have passed it over. My thanks.

I went there because my car was shaking at 60 miles an hour and after it was balanced I noticed my steering wheel was adjusted so it veers to the right now!!! Didnt have that problem before I went in and my rims were clean before my appointment and afterwards theyre dirty

The service was fast and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only reason not five stars is tire pressure warning light came on during the drive home. I called and was told technition might have forgot to reset in the car. So today I checked all tires while they were cold and found each tire had a different pressure. The lowest was 30 lbs and the highest was 34 lbs. This card reccomend pressures are 36 front and 33 rear. The lowest tire was front drivers side. So 6 lbs low on brand new tire.

I made an appointment online. After I drove 10 miles to get to the appointment, they told me that they dont honor the online appointment system. The guy at the desk told that the next available appointments available were almost a week out.

Ray was a tremendously helpful customer rep. Very personal but as well as demonstrated great sales tactics. Suggested I add an inspection which was inexpensive and ultimately did find another issue to my car I was unaware of. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

Made an appointment to drop off my car this morning to get new tires. I woke up early for my car ready get over there and theres a sign on the window that the store is closed likely until Wednesday. I totally understand the world that we live in stores close with not much warning with covid. And I have had to adjust appointments I have made sure to a quarantine. But you cant tell me that they couldnt pick up the phone and tell the customers who had appointments not to show.How many other people are going to show up today and this weekend and take off of work or other things like that just to find that the store is closed?Nothing online, no calls going out to people.Im the past Ive been very happy with them but this is very frustrating.

We ordered tires to be delivered there. Waited close to two weeks to get them on. They refused to put them on because we said the wheels have fresh paint please be careful. The Guy said nope I won’t do them. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE!! They wouldn’t do custom wheels! What a joke!!

I had two front tires replaced in november of 2019, and 6 months later i start to hear loud road noise coming from the front driver side, i took my vehicle in for inspection and i was told that my tires were bad and needed to be replaced. I asked them and confirmed that these tires were still under warranty however they refused to honor the warranty and just tried to push me to buy new tires at a discounted rate. Needless to say i will not longer be doing business that offers such terrible product and useless warranties. Discount tire has much better service and products!!!

So far so good. Got good deal on tires needed for my car and eve got an extra $100 off w/coupon. Also was informed my oil needed changing, bone dry. Well, since I hadn’t gotten one in 2 yrs, I went ahead and had them do it. Got $10 off that. Wait was not bad. 2 hrs.

Every time I go to Tires plus it’s an amazing experience. They don’t force you to buy unnecessary things like some places do, and the work is great! I don’t know much about cars but I feel like my car is well taken care of when I go there! Would highly recommend!!

I went there at 7am when they opened. The rep at the front desk was very friendly. He listened, gave me feedback and at the end they were honest about what services they did. The price for the services needed was very reasonable. Ill definitely be going back to have more work done on my vehicle when it needs it.

Very pleased with how fast they got my tire done. It was in the morning & I had a lot of errands to run that day. There is a Starbucks just down the street so I walked over there until it was done!

I came in with a flat and they not only could they not get me in the same day, but when I explained that I dont have a lot of options for getting home/work, he really didnt care and was rude. I understand youre busy and there were people before me, but you work in customer service and you seem to be going out of your way to be a jerk by asking so thatll work then? I had just said it wouldnt. I will never go back here again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. There are other friendlier options just down the street.

Great service they told me they had my tires in stock but they did not so they gave me tires that were way more expensive and charged me the price of the tires they said they had in stock it saved me $80.00 and I get 10,000 more miles on them. Incomplete service.....Needed one brake line replaced, was told they were not willing to replace just one line due to corrosion on another line and risk of damaging the corroded line. Because the car is primary transportation, agreed to service. Two days later picked up car, eventually looked under hood and now seeing the obvious layer of new brake fluid over old fluid. Not a mechanic but pretty sure brake lines need to be bled after replacing, also explains the sponge feel and late response when braking. Both new lines now run out in the open under car nowhere near spot of old lines that had protective covering. Before all that my name and number were lost after car was dropped off.

Dont even bother calling them you wont get a hold of anyone. Theyre either under staffed or incredibly lazy dont expect good customer service. Thanks for wasting my time

Great service. They took me in that very morning to get my tires fixed. Their prices were cheaper too than other places I have been looking at. Both my front tires busted while I was visiting Milwaukee and I was scared I might not be able to make it back home in time for work. These guys rescue me and did a great job!

Years ago I had them put new tires on an SUV that I had. It was awesome! Except for the fact that as I was leaving I noticed my bumper was smashed in. I turned to look at the shop and all the guys were watching to see if I noticed. I went back in and nobody knew what happened. I was given a number to call.I called and was told to go get three estimates. Ok. On my own time I did.They sent me a check for a little under $700 for repairs, even though it was a mystery to them.Make sure you look over your car!I guess I dont learn. I took my current vehicle for tires a couple of years ago. Because I seem to pick up so much debris(nails and such) they sold me the warranty for punctures. Just bring it in and theyll fix any leaks or punctures. Again, awesome!Unfortunately they are able to whip 4 tires on in under an hour but if you need a repair it will take at least an hour and a half.My first repair took over 2 hours for metal in it.Today I just waited an hour and a half to get a slow leak looked at and when I walked back to the shop my car was still in the lot.It could end up being 3 or 4 hours to wait for a tire repair. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE REPAIR WHEN I WAS SOLD THE EXTRA WARRANTY!I would rather pay at the time of service than to pay for a warranty they dont really have time to honor properly.I also needed them to discuss the cracking going on inside the tread but I couldnt get that far.So much for that warranty.

I went in for a ball joint was quoted $150 less than the final cost. I was sitting in the lobby and was not notified of the extra expense until my car was finished and it was time to pay. Extremely frustrating. But what was more frustrating, was being talked down to by Kim.I needed an inspection done on my car. After the incident above I was extremely hesitant, but I went ahead and took my car over.They actual waved the inspection fee... cool!They called me and told me the issue, breaks.I decided to get the actual work done else where. The guy was dismissive and short, but the conversation ended peacefully... until I got into my car!The windows would not roll down.I immediately went back. I was frustrated, very frustrated. I couldnt understand how a simple inspection lead to the power windows not working. Kim was not listening, he was upset with me for being upset.... come on this is the second issue. Instead of treating me like a customer. He talked down to me. Would not listen to my frustrations and was quick to walk away.As a woman, he treated me like I was clueless and beneath him. I realize I look like I am 18, but I am a 37 year old woman, who will never let some man push her around!I have a right to be upset and have the situation fixed.The mechanic did come out and the windows worked... of course... I get home and they now dont.I am afraid to go back as I think they intentionally did this because I choose not to get the work done there, and I was frustrated from the previous issue.I will never go back. I also plan to warn everyone I know via social media, reviews and other wise. Woman being treated like dirt by a man who doesnt even have the time to listen and hear her out. His immediate response was to dismiss me, like a dog.

Jerks - go somewhere else! I went here while traveling from out of state with my 3 kids & just needed my tires checked due to a low pressure light. I went when they first opened & only one bay was busy but they told me it was going to be 2 hours. Very poor customer service. I went across the street to Sams club where they kindly helped me & got us back on the road.

Had a tire replaced recently that is wearing extremely uneven. Had the suspension checked out and everything came back as showing it was the tire. Rep at this place looked at the tire and said it was suspension issue even after I had it checked at the dealership. Wouldnt replace their defective product. First time and last time going here.

Stay away, they are very sneaky and offer service you dont need. I had work done there many times . when I checked my records They installed the same parts twice in a year and charged me, I ended up paying more than 2,000 dollars for unnecessary parts and labor I will never trust them again . I was religiously going there for all my cars needs but no more, There more honest dealers close by and you can always check around .

I have taken all my vehicles here for the last 5 years. Overall I have had good experiences. I dont believe that I have had any issues with the quality of work that has been performed. I feel like they are one of the most honest shops in regards to fixing what needs to be fixed and within a reasonable time frame. As far as pricing goes, they do seem to be higher than other local competitors. However, if you can get a lower quote elsewhere, Tires Plus will lower there prices to keep your business.

Courteous staff and always willing to fit in an oil change on short notice. Had a complaint about an issue with my car and they gave me a huge discount on my next visit that was double for what I paid for the issue. These guys deserve your business and respect!

Ive heard other people tell me horror stories about their visits to Tires Plus, but this location is managed very well and they have bent over backwards to help me on several occasions. Ive been coming here for over a decade and will continue to bring my vehicles here for tires, rims and alignments.

I got my two front tires replaced and they forgot to tighten the lugnuts down and my tire fell off on the highway. To their credit they replaced all damage at no charge but I was without my car for 5 days. Probably wont be going back here ...

Excellent service! I found a bulge in my tire after work. I called them on the way home. They had the tire in stock. When I came in the next morning, they had me in and out in 30 minutes. The prices are a little high but this wasnt a planned expense so I expected to pay a little more for 1 tire.

Inspect your car prior to it getting serviced, make sure you ask for a pre-inspection and inspect your car after service. Too many times when one is too many when I serviced a car here for something, just to come out with a new problem that was created by the Techs that do not know what they are doing, do not own up to it and it is very scary when a car service station has such low stars, never have I seen even a side garage ranked so low and with so low reviews and stars. The BBB and their Corporate-which is owned by Firestone, should be made aware of all issues clients experienced to fix up this location or close it down. It is not fair for customers who work hard for their money and entrust their car and money to end up getting either overcharged, new damage created by the techs, or face some of the many other listed concerning issues with this Tires Plus location which date even years and years back. It seems like nothing changes to the better and no one cares or is taking proper action to fix this location to do competent appropriate honest work satisfactory and fair to their customers, or at least have it shut down or a management oversight by Corporate and some better training on all levels.

Go anywhere else. My visit included an inaccurate quote (tires quoted online do not include installation fees) an oil change wherein the oil plug was not properly tightened (which had to be fixed by a qualified mechanic) two strong recommendations to replace items (wipers and battery) which were weeks old, and although I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance, three times the estimated amount of time was spent doing this. In the course of the work I was lied to multiple times about Yep, it looks like theyre just finishing up now! every 30 minutes after the first hour I was waiting.

They had the best pricing for Penzoil synthetic oil change was the best in the area. It came in at $70 and had a coupon on their site for $20, making it $50. I cant complain with the 3 hours it took because it was Christmas time and lots of people were at the shop.

If I could leave no stars, I would. We took our car in for an oil change. They forgot the oil. We did hear someone remind the guy working on our car to do something...twice. We just had our car serviced by a mechanic we have used for years and have never had an issue with. The valve cover gasket was just replaced. We have pictures and the mechanic who did it to prove it.Tires Plus took no responsibility. They said the valve cover gasket needs to be changed. We just had it changed!!! They then offered to sell us an additive. Um...no, I dont want these guys touching our car again. The car is now making a ticking noise and we will be taking legal action if the ticking is caused by the lack of oil. NOTHING leaks in this car, NO gaskets are leaking. A freshly replaced gasket that worked perfectly BEFORE the oil change are NOT the problem.Were very good at keeping records and have all the documentation we need.If you value your vehicle, dont waste your time here. Were possibly looking at legal action over an oil change. This in NOT the result we were looking for when we tried these guy

Great for people with cars and vehicles used for general purpose use. For people with specific needs (handicapped van in my case), they didnt pay attention to specific specifications for tire inflation, etc. given the modifications to my vehicle and referred me to a mobility dealer who then referred me to FORD. I went to a different Tires Plus location, they served my needs better (off Brown Deer Rd.)

I received careless service today! My car was just detailed yesterday- I still have plastic on my seats and even my own paper on the floor! When I get into my car, I notice the part you step over to get into the car (before the carpet starts) is black and dirty and there is a black heel print on my carpet (obviously missing the paper!). I then drive 40 miles south and pop the trunk to retrieve items only to see the carpet pulled back and the tail light completely unscrewed! I found the mechanics screwdriver and the bolts along the rim where the trunk closes. I put that back together myself, and drive on, only to realize that my blinker on that tail light is not working now either! The store gave me a quote for some work I need done and the parts they quoted me cost 3X what I am able to find online. I expected them to be a little more expensive than what I can find, but not 3X- why would I pay that much? Especially for something that apparently needs replacing frequently on my style of vehicle. Very frustrating experience today with this store!

OK so it’s two days before a big road trip, and begin hearing a noise that I heard about a month ago. At that time, I had taken my car into a dealership and they couldn’t find the source of the noise. So I begin hearing the noise again and louder, and so I take it over to tires plus, and within about five minutes they find that I have a broken spring in my rear suspension. Nobody has the parts for the car in stock, so they have to order it to get it in the next day Which is the day I wanted to leave. I decided to leave my car there overnight just so they would have it as soon as the parts came in, and when I go to pick it up the next day I learned that they had taken the extra time to take apart the car the day before they got the parts, and then a soon as the parts arrived they started finishing up the work. So they have the car done on time and at the price they quoted me which is the day I wanted to leave. We service new tires exclusively.So apparently Tires Plus has changed their policy and wont mount and balance any tire that you bring to them, you have to buy a brand new tire from them only. Took my wrong tire size then when ordering new ones they did not inform me itd take 2 hours for tires just to get there then i had to sit and wait for these guys to idk learn how to put tires on i seriously know children that dothe same work better . as a mechanic myself i recommend any place but here the staff is clueless and not worried about the costumers

If there is zero star, I will give zero for sure. The front desk is not friendly and saying they are booked the whole week. Adding air only takes 5 mins but they will have to sit there wait for 1 hour. I told them I have two kids crying in the car. They just said go somewhere. I would support some local tire store rather than this.

I called to get a quote on tires and installation when I arrived for my appointment the next day the quote was the same but the rebate I had been told about over the phone wasn’t starting till the next day. After a long discussion with the acting manager he asked what he could do to make it right and took the amount for the rebate off of the total price. When I had asked to speak the the actual manager I was told they are on vacation and have no contact information until they are back. I asked for a number and email and was told they don’t have one just the store number. When I pressed them again about who to contact they said I could have the 1800 number. Although my problem was fixed at the counter and I did get the tires I wanted I was very surprised by the response of the staff when asking to contact someone above them. Also I was told 1.5 hours for the install and it was just over 2 hours when I was finally notified that the install was done but I would need an alignment.

About a thousand dollars lol,,kidding aside, great service they dont push you, gives you plenty of choices, very knowledgeable
