The people that work here are wonderful. I was out of town and my caliper fell off. I couldnt drive. They squeezed me in, even though they were very busy. I would stop and ask the mechanics questions and they didnt hesitate to answer them. Even the very nice woman at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. AWESOME! I made the mistake by accidently booking my appointment at another location. When I arrive to drop off my vehicle at what I thought was the correct location, my appointment was not in their system. The office manager was so ac0commodating by making sure they could take my vehicle, even though it was my mistake. They were even short of technicians that day, but she made it work. Grade A+ for customer service and workmanship.

I arrived when they opened on a Saturday. Taken care of, immediately. And it was relatively quick. Very pleased.

They didn’t took the coupon which was listed for the same dealership address in the company’s website which had valid date, the franchise manager said the company didn’t discussed with us while publishing the advertisement and the oils prices have gone up! They refused and was rude! Shameful act on Meinke.. v sad and regretting to be there at Meinke.

Very fast and polite service. I had an oil change at 7:30 and was driving away by 8:00. They had an oil recommendation ready based on my car. When the coupon I brought did not apply, the employee checking me in offered an alternative discount without me even having to ask. The employees just seemed really up-beat and great communicators.

I had a voltage regulator and alternator fail, and even though they were swamped Patty and Dan did what they could to get me on the road within a few hours. Their commitment was amazing as they recognized my safety issue and urgency to get going on my multistate trip. Within a few hours I was on my way and my car was running like new!

They were able to diagnose my suburban. Interestingly, the issues were repairs from 6 months ago elsewhere. They printed my quote, and I’ll be heading back to elsewhere for the proper work. Did receive and oil change. No complaints.

I called to see if they could take a look at my vehicle and even though they were booked, they were able to squeeze me in to take a look at it. I called on Friday morning to schedule an oil change. They squeezed me in the very next morning on a Saturday. Since I was squeezed in short notice I just dropped off the car to pick up later. They called me back in about a half an hour to let me know it was finished. I always have good efficient service at this Meineke store.

I have always been treated well and service is never pushed. Patty at the front desk tells me what should be done as well as what NEEDS to be done and encourages me to make the right decision not only for my vehicle but also my wallet! I recommend this center to everyone.

Very expensive and Im not sure that they are up front with whats actually wrong with your vehicle. They charged me over a $100 for rear brake pads which I can get at AutoZone for $40. So yea at least 100% markup on parts and like $80 or $90 an hour for labor.

I had to have my oil changed, abs system was acting up, light squeak on right front tire and my parking brake needed to be adjusted.Over 800 dollars later. I still have squeak and my abs system is still acting up. They told me that the abs system didnt give them a code and i asked them to check again because it acted when I got there. When he checked again with me over his shoulder it came up with a error.From what I can tell they do good work. I just feel like I was told one thing but got another. I guess I learned something you have to ask specific questions and ask them to go line by line of the work that is going to be done.

I took my truck in for an oil change because I found a coupon online. The mechanic came back after they were done and told me that I had a leak in my power steering. Im pretty good about noticing when I have fluid puddles underneath my vehicle and I knew I hadnt seen any in the recent weeks. He also said that they heard a squeaking noise when they turned the wheel; another thing I had not noticed. When I tried to ask for more details he quickly told me they hadnt driven it around enough for all that. He told me they wrote up a quote for me and that it would be around $261 for labor and the part they would have to order. I wasnt going to get it set up that day without checking my warranty first, but when I told him that he said that my power steering fluid was very low, so the sooner I did something about it the better. Again, I hadnt noticed any of the things he was saying that were wrong, so I went out to my truck, popped the hood and checked the power steering fluid. It was full. The guy was completely trying to scam me. I will not be going back and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place as well.

I had brought my car in because my wipers had broke - it was something with the wiper transmission. I told the mechanic I had checked the fuses - everything was fine there and I could hear the wiper motor run, so it wasnt the motor it had to be something with the transmission linkage if he could take a look at it. I was only there a couple minutes before he started calling places for the part... after he called a few placed he quotes me $315 and said that the entire transmission linkage was broke and Id need to get it replaced. He told me itd take him a while to get the part ordered and to make a future appointment. I actually brought it to another mechanic and had a second opinion. The actual linkage was not broken at all. There was one bushing that had broke. The second mechanic told me the bushing would be $5 and labor would be about half hour to an hour. The mechanic showed me the linkage, and nothing was broken except that small bushing. I will not take my car here any longer. My car was only at the shop for about 15 minutes, and he immediately started calling places to order the entire linkage. I highly doubt the mechanic even popped the hood and took the transmission linkage out to look at it. Instead, he just wanted to earn some money for 2 hours of labor and replacing a linkage that didnt need replacing.

Previously have taken my girlfriends car here because of positive experiences at a Racine Meineke. They are honest and upfront about costs, and happy to explain everything. I brought my car in for the first time, when a heat shield was dragging under my car. It was very busy, and I hadnt made an appointment. I dropped the car off and two hours layer the manager called me and told me they just removed the rusted shield. I picked up the car expecting to pay a small fee, but was rebuffed by the manager when I pulled out my wallet. . I tried to offer something, he again said it was no charge. I understand it didnt require much to do what they did, but I appreciate a company/human being who isnt out to squeeze every last dime out of me. Ill be bringing my car here from now on.

The first time I went here for some minor things they were fairly decently priced and okay customer service. The last few times have been nightmares. One instance I went in to figure out why my ABS light was on. After they told me what needed to be done to fix the issue I agreed. It costed $600 and it did not fix the problem. Turns out it was a $80 sensor and it corrected the problem. They then tried to convince me that the $600 repair was necessary though. Do a price check before you take anything here. I will never ever go back here again and I highly suggest you dont either.

Ive been going here for years, mostly oil changes because theyre priced very fairly ($20-25, and theyve never charged me extra for 7+ quarts of oil my f150 takes), they dont push hard on additional services, and your in and out pretty fast (make an appointment). I recently moved from Franklin to wind lake, but still go to South 27th street because I like this shop. Free Keurig coffee and plenty of reading material in the waiting room.
