I wanted to like this place. But there are a number of plagues happening that I could not overlook. I was an unlimited wash customer for a year and have had a few oil changes performed as well. I cancelled my wash membership after 1 year due to the poor consistency of the wash. The car was not coming out clean. And I was paying for their best wash! I would have kept going back for oil changes, however there are a few staff members who have ended my being a customer. The last oil change I received the lazy oil change mechanic didn’t put the skid plate back on my car properly. (He took off 7 bolts and only put back 2!!). This in turn caused damage to the skid plate of my Audi costing me big $$$ and more importantly my time! I know it’s tough these days to find good help, but I don’t care. Too many other places out there to choose from. I’ll never be back and suggest you don’t make the mistake I did going here.

They are all the same. Have to watch these quick oil change places.

I parked near the door, and they right away pointed me to the left one. One of the workers came up, asked what I needed done right away. Very helpful, and professional. I had a coupon that day too, and if I wanted, a car wash. Anyway, one of the managers were there as well. Service was great, and the cost wasnt much. Will always do business there.

The oil change was quick but the tech wrote 88,000 miles in my odometer reading. He never looked at the odometer once. I told him 8,800, but he entered 10 times that amount. I bought this 2019 year car in 2020 and have barely driven it due to the pandemic. My car was $15,000 new, at 8,800 miles it is barely under that. Instead, carfax now values my car at $8,500 due to this error and they want all kinds of proof now that I didnt roll it back, something which I have NO IDEA how to do. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

Came in Saturday. They didnt have my filter. Told me come in Monday. Come in Monday still not filter.

Both guys that did our oil change were knowledgeable and professional and there is usually a coupon on their website.

The guys were very open about recommendations. Fast and friendly service.

Ashley nothing is personal here madam. It’s pure business when am spending $91 on just for my oilChange. I need top notch quality from your service. The way you changing oil is totally unprofessional way. You have funnel to pour the oil properly not spilling oil in my car around and I have to clean it after going home. Please don’t do like that throwing the empty oil bottles in front of the customer in reckless manner. I can change my oil in my own garage but still pull in for support the business because I got mail for changing the oil. Once again thank you for your business.

They have free car cleaning you can vacuum your car for free and thats very nice of them even give you the smell good for your car

USE THIS OIL CHANGE SERVICE WITH CAUTION!I went here for the standard full service oil change for what turned out to be pretty expensive. (over $40) The initial visit was a pleasant experience and the staff were polite.The disappointing nature of this establishment was stopping back before the next scheduled change to have things topped off; which is the integral benefit of the full service option.On the two occasions I did this, neither time was the washer fluid checked or replenished, or any other inspection done. On the second occasion I advised the person to top off the oil as I knew it was a little low. The person showed me the dipstick, which clearly showed that it was about 1/3 qt. low, and went on to reason that the oil level should not be up to the full line on the dipstick. Essentially I was refused to have my oil topped off. Ironically, the next morning I checked the oil level and it was almost 1/2 qt. low.I will never use or recommend this business to anyone.

I went to get an oil change on Saturday June 6th, and initially, I feel that I chose a good place to get an oil change. While there, I asked Shannon what did he put my tires to, and he said 36, but I really only remember seeing him do one tire. When I left I thought Id got that off my checklist, only to realize that my tires were uneven because my car pulled when I got on the road. My son told me to check the screen and see what the tires were set to (its a new car for me so I didnt know i could do that...LOL). 2 tires were set to 36, one was 35 and the rear passenger was 26😳. So I go back up there, and the guy Shannon never even apologized, but had the nerve to say, did someone mess with the tires??? I was like, could it have possibly been that you didnt do what you were suppose to do? Then I said, and I dont remember you asking me to turn on my lights or signals to make sure they worked, and he said they dont do that because the company is more focused on getting the cars out the door as quickly as possible. I was like, so yall charge over $40 and give this type of service? At that moment, I realized that you dont always get what you pay for, and I nicely said, Thank you, and pulled off, never to return. Im sure if more people get the service I got, Take 5 wont be around long...

Great experience! Pulled up to a bottled water, got a great deal on a quality, but speedy, oil change, and then got a free car wash. The customer service was great and the staff was very friendly.

Does vehicle registration emissions testing, but only when it’s convenient for them. 8-4, Monday - Thursday.What’s the point of doing emissions tests at a place that’s got later hours if you can’t get in past 4 or on a Friday? People work and it takes about 5 minutes to hook the car up to the machine and spit out the results.

This was by far my best experience getting my oil changed. When your pulling in on a hot day and they are handing you a bottle of ice cold water, you know that something is different. This location recently re-opened as a Take-5 oil change. Thwy have made so many amazing changes that i cant list them all here. I will be back for sure!

Phenomenal! Brianna handed me a bottle of water as soon as I drove in. Everyone that worked on my truck was very professional, courteous, helpful, and respectful. You stay right in your vehicle while its being serviced. I also got a 25% discount for being former military. Awesome experience.

Fantastic customer service they did everything I need and even changed the bolts on my skid plate for free. I will be going there from now on. Also when I went to the car wash after I had a carpet cleaner in the bed of my truck and he took it out walked it to the end of the car wash and put it back in.

This place is great as usual, unfortunately the price is way too high for a basic oil change. 30 to 35 is a decent price 53 is not.

People are nice, but it takes forever to get an oil change. They give you a car wash thats included with the oil change (at least I think it is, they might just included it in mind because I waited longer than normal). Overall a fine place to get your oil changed.

Horrible way to take advantage of a woman and try to up sell the oil change when not required. The technician said I must have the synthetic oil change which are double in price say the car is new and had Eco Boost which is doesn’t have. And amazingly when I went there last time for an oil change they did the conventional oil change which this guy refused to do. Highway robbery!!!!!

Probably the best value car wash in the area. Great for the winter months when the salt trucks are out. You can get unlimited car washes with an underbody flush for $20 a month. Definitely worth it to prevent rusting.

Under inflated my tires by over 10PSI, no windshield sticker reminder. Substandard for the Super lube chain.Inattentive attendant was guiding me in --- but not paying attention. I stopped and waited until I had their full attention.I will avoid this place of I have other choices.

To the people who are complaining about the price or the employees recommending services or parts to be changed let me ask you this... What is the main goal/purpose of a business?........ To make money. I dont see people complaining that the cashier at a gas station tries to get you to buy candy or the high school kid working at McDonalds asks you if you want to try their new menu item or super size your order. So why complain about these employees recommending services that ultimately are for the health of your car, which you rely on to go anywhere you need to go. Its not like they are telling you youre fluid is dirty and leaving it at that, they recommend on mileage and manufacturer recommendations. As for the price look at what you get and what they have as compared to places that offer $14.99 or $19.99 or whatever the places like do they offer free vacuums? Do they offer free air? Free towel use? Free Windex use? Free car fresher use? How much do you think all that costs them because those vacuums never shut off Ive seen people there vacuuming their cars at 1-2 in the morning!!! If yall want them to lower the prices dont get pissed if those free things go away is all Im saying on that cause you dont even need to get a car wash or oil change to use them. And lastly to the gentleman with the issue with the oil cap please make sure when​you are going to give a bad review please make sure it is for the correct location, if yall havent guessed by now I work here and have worked here since it opened up, but anyways sir the only time youve ever been at the oak creek location was when you were going through the issues you never changed the oil at the Oak Creek location, yet your post says dont go to this store. our store. The oil cap issues happened at our former location on Layton Ave, when you came to us in Oak Creek we topped off the oil, did what we could to clean up the interior of your hood, made sure your tires we properly inflated, and made sure the rest of your fluid were all full as well, and after that you went to our Brookfield location, but I digress. But anyways just wanted to point some things out that people dont think about when they post negative comments or reviews.

Managers at the carwash are very disrespectful and condescending to customers and when their machines break down they don’t do anything to accommodate customers. Only go there with the intention to use the wash. If anything happens where you need to engage with a human being then be ready to be met with poor service and no sufficient solution.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STOREThis store left the oil cap off one of my cars after my girlfriend took it in for a full service and almost ended up seizing the engine. When we brought this issue to the staff at super lube we were jerked around for a week while being told a manager would call us back, he did about two days later but said he would need the area manager to check the cameras (he lied when he told us this) and the store would get back to us in a few days. We had to call the store back because it had been a few days and it was pretty obvious nobody was calling. We were told that their cameras were down during my vehicles service (how convenient!) which completely absolved them of any wrongdoing from the event and prevented me from taking this any further. After this I was in contact with the owner of super lube himself who proceeded to tell me that I pretty much made everything up and he would not be able to help me. Shame on you super lube for harming your customers, for nearly destroying their property and refusing to accept your responsibility and hiding behind malfunctioning cameras

The guys were quick, friendly, and didnt pressure me into anything extra. This is the first time Ive gone to get an oil change by myself and not feel pressured. You guys rock. Ill be back!

Pulled in with both lanes occupied by one car each. After entering the right lane, the car in the left lane departed and I was stuck behind the only other customer from about 4:50 to 5:30. I get that things come up that take time. If thats the case, dont call it Take 5 oil change and charge me $90 for it.

Car Wurx has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that changed my Cavaliers oil quickly and noticed other areas that my car needed service for. Their prices are very competitive with others in the area.
