It was very quick and the quality of work was a wonderful 10/10. My brakes have never run better for a 2008! It was super affordable and the staff was absolutely amazing. Nicest and most amazing people I’ve ever done business with! I’ve never had an experience like this with other garages who’ve worked on my car.

Was actually looking for a Valvoline oil change place but G-Maps guided us to Pensoil instead. Pennzoil accepted the Valvoline coupon we had and didnt pressure us into any extra services and we were, in fact, out of there in 10 minutes. They even replaced a burnt front blinker light bulb we had for free. Will definitely go back there instead of the other place from now on.

Got my tire rotation, one of my tires had a nail, he fixed 2 of my tires and did the oil change in about 30min. They worked on my car as a team! He would tell me everything that is needed. Ill be needed new breaks. I will most definitely be coming back. Hands down best oil change!

By far the friendliest and most efficient service technicians I have ever met. My own dealership reduced hours for even basic needs, and as an essential worker I cant make the new hours they have set up as I am working every day. I called around and decided to go here, and I am very happy that I did. I will be coming here from now on. They blew away the time for an oil change from my dealer and were much friendlier.

The service was fine. The price was a little steep and apparently if you have a canister oil filter you get to pay an additional $11.00. I understand there is a little more to removing a canister oil filter, but not that much. So your synthetic blend oil change today will be $ 81.00. I did get a quote prior to them doing the work and could of left but for 81.00 I thought there was a party to follow. Wont be doing that again. Happy Monday morning!!

Great service! I was shuttled back and forth as I got my oil change and a serpentine belt replacement! The oil change took no time but the belt needed ordering. 90 min later Im picked up and my car was all done. Thanks, I really appreciate that level of customer service.

This is my second time cooking to thos location and and the staff is so friendly and understanding. They are never pushy and are extremely considerate of your budget.

They do a fast job on the engine oil and oil filter change. To bad they have to leave engine oil on the engine around where the oil filter is, fingerprints on the hood, I should check under by the oil pan drain plug, I would hope but think it just as oily, come on guys take pride in your work. And it was only oil change, you did not even top off the windshield fluid, next time I will take pictures before I clean up there sloppy job,

They did quick work. Quick enough that they did not properly fill my oil tank. Upon getting home, I checked my oil levels and it was almost bone dry on oil.

The service techs are honest and efficient. They know the importance about not giving false promises or repair quotes. After a dealer shop gave me problems, Penzoil Plus Quick Lube Center became my regular maintenance shop.

Very friendly and fast staff! I was over my oil change and my car stalled on the highway. I got my car to Pennzoil and they changed my oil right away, checked to see if my oil was low, and I was out in about 10 minutes! Highly recommend going here for reliable oil change.

I need an oil change and I needed it 10 minutes ago! I screeched up fast and they through open the door and had me pull in. Which was good because it was raining out! I just had my hair done and was in a rush! I didnt even have to get out of the comfort of my car. I felt like the president or something! They changed my oil so fast I had time to go through the drive through at McDonalds and get a couple cheeseburgers!

I went in after dropping my son off at Oak Creek high school because it was -1 outside and I had three other children in the car. My tire gauge was broken so I couldn’t even check the pressure in my tires but my light was on in my car. All I wanted them to do was check the pressure and add air if necessary so I could get home. After waiting about 10 minutes I pulled into the garage and was informed that they were going to charge me to put air in my tires. I looked puzzled and he explained it’s because he has to open the doors and you have to pay for air at the gas station anyways. Believing this is completely ridiculous I said forget it. I drove straight to Kwik Trip and amazingly the air was free and there was a tire pressure gauge attached so it shut off when I filled it to the proper pressure. So if you want any kind of courtesy services from this store that I used to get in the past from other stores like putting air in a tire I would not go there! RIDICULOUS Customer service and chivalry are dead! There will be no recommendations or ever considering using them down for oil change in the future, hope it was worth a few dollars for some free air!

Theyre about ready to close but they stayed open long enough for me to get there when I called and they fixed my tires for me they do that besides changing oil and they were very nice polite gentleman and did a good job

42.99 dollars for basic oil change. couldnt believe it. i was sock after looking at the receipt that i paid 2 dollars for oil and filter disposal. First time is also the last time.i never RECOMMENDED this place to anyone

This Penzoil location is either inexperienced, or just does not care. The oil pan on the vehicle was bent and missing bolts after visiting this location. Visit the Valvoline off of Packard in Cudahy if you need a basic oil change.

Little pricey but convenient

Changed oil on my new F150 there and 2 days later found out all the oil leaked out from oil filter area. Towed my truck to the dealer they found out the filter host / case was broken due to they tightened it too strong.

Courteous, but very pricy. Going somewhere else.

Got me out quickly, but my truck info was not reset, no other services were offered, and the kid that started my truck after the oil change was revving my engine a bit much which I believe is cuz he liked the sound of my truck but quite unprofessional.
