I absolutely love this place, it has a variety of things for low prices. Staff is very kind and really professional. I definitely recommend this place to people if you havent been there, you will definitely be amazed at what you will find whether its for home, pets, or shoes/clothing. Will continue to shop here!

WOW!What an awesome experience.While making a delivery here I decided to run in while being unloaded and purchase a few items I needed for my tractor & trailer.So many polite & cheerful people, each saying good morning & offering to help. What a difference from other Big Box Stores.17 pallets delivered. In & Out in under 30 minutes.

When I schedule the appointment the time was for 2pm. When we dropped it off, the service person said it was for 3pm. Then they called us 20 minutes before they close to pick it up. I walked in as the doors were being locked. Then they made me go from tire desk to service desk back to the tire desk and then back to the main entrance because they locked the door I came in. Then when I saw my receipt, it said 70 or 80 dollars more than the previous quote. When I dropped off my car they had me sign a form saying they would not go over $ without calling me. I actually thought that was nice. But apparently it means nothing, because I never got a call. I arrived and was charged way more.

Can usually find hardware I need there at a lower price than the other big box places. Plus I like their virgina peanuts

Never had a problem... They always have done the job asked.I particularly dont like having to schedule TWO appointments to have a job completed. One to make sure they can do it, and the other to do it. You cant have 2 appointments consecutive to each other.If you dont mind wasting your time.... They do have the best rate in town.

This is horrible. I use to love going to Blains. We went there tonight and found a hunting chair for my husband. The sign said it was 16.99 on sale. When we got to the register it came up at 20.99. The cashier went to check the price and came back with another person who said the chair was on sale on the 2nd. Today is the 21st thats a long time for your store to have false advertising up. The person said the chair will go back on sale on the 29th but would not give it to us for the 16.99 price. This is so sad. I dont like giving bad reports but this is the second time I got bad service at Blains. No stars for you.

Tryed to buy jeans but nobody came to let me try them on when I rang the bell (u have to ring bell so somebody is there for theft I guess)

It has a well planned out walk up and service area... They display the weekly/monthly deals and new items. Very nice people that can help you out 👍.

Got myself a new Bissell carpet cleaner - spent less than I expected to !!!

I had an appointment set for right when they open, thinking that would be the time they would get my car done the quickest.It took longer than an hour to repair a single tire because, through the window to the garage, I can see the technicians meandering around, chatting and yawning.

Got 2 new front tires from here two weeks ago. Sunday we noticed a rattle sound. This morning my husband went to look onto it and found ALL the lug nuts lose enough to remove by hand and one had snapped completely off. They claim it has nothing to do with the new tires being put on, and that if they wouldnt have made them tight enough it would have broke right away not 2 weeks later. Ive had 3 mechanics tell me otherwise. The mechanic that ended up fixing it said clearly whoever put the tire on did a terrible job, and only used a hand wrench.

The auto service is always the worst service. No one is at the counter to help. There is always a wait. Ive had an appointment several times and it was rescheduled because when I showed up for the appointment, The tech isnt here the one time, The tech didnt show up the second time. We will never bring our car back. Worst customer service ever! Im currently waiting for them to get a manger because the service guy went to the auto parts store

This is a great store but their Tire & Auto service is the worst Ive ever encountered. The wait time is ridiculous, even when I called to make an appointment they said they couldnt get me in.

Went in to have a hitch put on my car, appointment was at 10:00, checked at 11:00 they said 15 more minutes. I was a little upset. How long does it take to put a hitch on with no wiring. 😒

Scheduled an appointment for new tires. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they could not check the alignment due to not having a technician properly trained. Very poor customer service.
