I went there with a list of about 30 items, All items were in stock. Inventory levels looked good all around the store.Checking out was quick and easy. There are checkout sections at all three exits All of them were moving very quickly.This was my first trip to the store I definitely will return.

Love the prices. Dont like that its changing from being open 24 hours. The cashiers arent always the nicest people

Woodmans has a selection of food, particularly ethnic/exotic foods, that is unrivaled by any other grocery store I’ve ever been in. It can be incredibly busy on the weekend which can get a little frustrating so if pissie, it’s best to go during the day on weekdays. Prices are also better than anywhere else but don’t forget cash or your debit card cuz you cannot use credit cards here, which, I assume, is one way they keep prices down.

Woodmans has enough types of cheese to rival Mars Cheese Castle, their large produce dept always has a great selection of fresh organic produce, and the beverage section would conservatively take up 4 isles in any normal size grocery store.The only issue I have with Woodmans is that there entire meat dept is severely lacking. The selection has always been limited, and is often overpriced. During several recent visits, they didnt have a single cut of steak available.pI have never understood why such a huge grocery store would have such a limited meat dept., but judging by the size of their stores its not hindering profits.

Very large store, employee owned, which is great. Very well set up with product placement. Displays were beautiful. Could easily spend a few hours or more exploring it.

If I said it was HUGE that would be an understatement. Prices were pretty good. Selection was way more than adequate. We came out a different door than we went in so we couldnt find our car for about 5 minutes....I was not prepared for the vastness than is Woodmans Food Market.

Ive always loved Woodmans but I dont often get to shop here simply due to location. We made a special trip there for groceries. The store was clean and organized. I was honestly surprised at the check outs moving relatively quickly, although there were still lines that took some time to get through. Their liquor department is outstanding though!

I love the fact that everything stayed stocked and the prices were affordable.

Lots of products, always stocked, fast, friendly service and the best deals. They even have my fav soda that was brought back, called Jolly 😊 Good!!! 👍

I am not from the area and I had never heard of Woodman’s. I was visiting a friend who suggested I check it out. Holy smokes is this store awesome. I’m certain that you can find any item that you might be looking for as well as a hundred items that you weren’t looking for that you suddenly discovered that you needed. This might be the biggest grocery store that I’ve ever been in. Such a huge variety of meat, and produce and dry goods. I wish I had one of these near me!

Woodmans has it all. They do a really good job at keeping items stocked and keeping the selection high. There is really no alternative out there with as good a selection. The prices are also very competitive and in many instances better than other grocery stores. I also know that if I need a special brand or a certain flavor of a food item, I can find it at Woodmans. Great job to all the employees for making this place the best!

So disappointed to see that you are going to more self check out! As far as Im concerned, self check out is only appropriate time self check out would be acceptable is for less than 10 items. If there are people wanting to check themselves out, go ahead, BUT, when I am spending over $100.00, I will not self check out! You are not reducing prices when one uses self check out, please go back to customer service!!! You used to be one of the best, now only Piggly Wiggly doesnt use self check out!

I shop online at Woodmans and it has been a real blessing for me. The orders have been filled accurately and complete. And the people who put the groceries in my car have been friendly and just plain nice. This is at the Oak Creek Woodmans.

I like Woodmans because they have good deals. They have a large selection of foreign foods. They have a lot of pizza you cant get anywhere else. They have Wisconsin based foods. It might be best to go late. During the day it is pretty hectic.

They need to have more associates near the self checkouts at all times or they need more regular checkouts. Other than that we love shopping at Woodmans.

Love this store. They have good prices and a large variety of items so many options, if you cant find something elsewhere, check here cuz they probably have it. Tea and coffee for days. They even sell loose tea and coffee. They have nice wide grocery aisles with many wide enough a car could probably fit down them. Will definitely be back. Wish I lived closer so I could come here more often. This place is defiantly a gem.

Even with the big grocery chains popping up everywhere, with its great and wide range of food and household selections, personable staff and great prices, Woodmans continues to be an Oak Creek, Wisconsin favorite.

Great selection of food. If you get lost in large stores, this chain isnt for you, as there setup is a little confusing.Non-organic produce quality isnt the greatest.Dont come here for organic produce as the selection isnt large and everything is wrapped in plastic to avoid contamination with non-organic. Most people I know that buy organic are doing so for their health and the environment. To then wrap the organics in plastic, kind of compromises the whole point.They do have items that I can never find elsewhere. And a whole aisle dedicated to gluten-free.Their hygiene selection is frickin amazing. Natural, organic, and otherwise, you will definitely find what you need.Edit:I dont believe I will be coming here in the future. Their use of plastics is really a deterrent.They dont take back plastic bags for recycling like other large grocers.Today I was just told by a cashier that I can no longer use reusable, cloth bags due to the fact that it slows their line down. She told me you can use them in self checkout, but not in the full-service lanes.I also went in to do an even exchange on a new bottle of lotion with a broken pump. When I got home, I realized the lotion didnt come out at all from the pump. It was a $10 bottle of lotion, so I wanted to get a different one that actually pumps. When I went to customer service, the woman literally told me that this wasnt a new bottle and why didnt I have my receipt. I didnt realize I needed my receipt for every little exchange I did. She then implied that I used up the bottle and was trying to get a new one by breaking the pump. She then went to call her manager and tried to talk the manager into the idea that I was up to something. To what, I have no idea. The manager was very nice, had no problems with my complaint, and issued the exchange. Noting that the bottle was still full of unused, new lotion.You literally have just lost my business. If I wanted to steal a bottle of lotion, I wouldve walked out with one. Just saying...

While I appreciate that all the shelves are always stocked and the variety of brands cant be beat, all the self-checkout lanes put in are disappointing.

Woodmans is a great grocery store and I really enjoy shopping with them. The selection is great and so are the prices. The customer service however has really been lacking. I placed an order for pickup a couple of weeks ago and was missing two items, and was given milk that had expired 3 days prior to me picking up my groceries. I realized the mix up when I got home and promptly called the store. The person I spoke with at Oak Creek was far from professional, but told me the matter would be handled when the manager got there, and I would see a refund. The refund never arrived, so I called back a week later. Again I was promised a refund, which still has not arrived. Calling back one more time to address the issue, but will drop Woodmans if they cant get it resolved. There are plenty of other grocers that do pickup who would like my business. In the end $20 isnt the end of the world, but they should stand behind their mistake, and further more they should honor their word if they say they will resolve the issue.

Favorite place to shop for groceries! They always are well stocked and have a great selection. The meat is fresh and lots to choose from, the produce is the best in town (and whenever its not too great, its either because its been picked clean or just out of season, neither something they have control over), and there are always good deals on things Im looking to get. I love to utilize the self checkouts and appreciate the full length options (instead of the small ones you see everywhere, but those are still an option too). Always been able to find a good parking spot and the bathrooms are clean. My only complaint is that the employees dont seem willing to enforce the mask rules. When approached about a confrontational customer who wont put one on, they just shrug it off.

I found everything I was looking for and then some and still got out in good time.

Not every grocery store has everything but hot dang does Woodmans come close. Here are some great things:Huge produce section that includes an organic section.A big bakery you can happily meander through.Not the biggest but a really great liquor department.Large variety of cultural foods and their ingredients.Fantastic place for people with severe food allergies as there is a huge variety.Great for also getting pet products, decore, cards, beauty and health products.Did I mention ALL OF THE CANDY?It has just about everything you can think of and its good quality.They have both cashiers and self check outs.Their prices are low to moderate.Lastly, great app, if youre not using it to have your groceries delivered or ready for pick up you can use it as a store directory.

Good selection! But I do NOT like the cashier/ring up your own order by your own self aisle. Ive made a lot of mistakes there, some in my favor, some in theirs. For dying out loud, hire some cashiers!

They only accept cash or debit. Saturday and sundays can get very busy. Be prepared to wait in long checkout lines. Sometimes its hard to navigate the store because it is so busy. You can find a lot of stuff here. Fresh produce, meats, ready to eat sushi, frozen foods, cereals, paper products

Omg it’s humongous store with a huge LCBO in it.There is lots of variety of organic vegetables and fruits.Its very clean and Organized store.The staff here is very friendly.I love going here.

This will always be the ultimate grocery store. If you cant find what youre looking for anywhere else, its most likely at Woodmans. The prices are exceptionally low, the stock is consistently replenished, and staff is always willing to help with whatever questions you may have.

So many choices you cant use credit cards but can use debit or ebt I was in there 2 hours and still have not seen the whole store I was very pleased

My favorite place for shopping. They have a lot vegetarian products, great assortments of coffee and tea. Whatever you think you can find there. Fresh and frozen food, all kind off meat and milk. All what you need at one place.

I was very impressed at how they were stocked after the 4th of July weekend. And the store was clean as usual.

They rely mostly on self check outs. Every other swipe is please wait for assistanceSuper annoying. I just want my groceries cashed out. So I can move on with my day. 3 others around us were having the same agitation. Not a pleasant experience for all 4 of us

I was next in line at the self check out when I was approached by one of your employees who told me the self check outs all close at 9PM. It was 8:57 and the woman in front of me had just completed her order. Then the employee (a very young female) proceeded to check out the woman who was BEHIND me at another register. When I asked her to do the same for me, she told me no, shes going home now. So I was left with the option of waiting in a 45 minute line that was to the back of the store, or leaving all the groceries I was going to purchase there. I chose to leave over $200.00 worth of groceries in the bakery area for one of your employees to spend an hour putting back on the shelves since you wasted my time so disrespectfully. Enjoy the loss of all the perishable food, and paying an employee to put all the non perishable food back. I will N.E.V.E.R. shop at Woodmans again. Maybe consider having someone over the age of 16 working customer service, and actually providing customer service to customers. Because little kids being left to do whatever they want with no guidance from a superior just cost you yet another customer. News flash, people can just go shop at Walmart where they NEVER have to wait close to an HOUR to use a self check out. Oh and the employees at Walmart actually have a better attitude than the employees at Woodmans which is just straight up PATHETIC. BYE.

Today I went grocery shopping with my mom. Everything was good, except for checking out. Rida and the young lady in blue vest have no customer service skills whatsoever. They were throwing things in the bags and carts. No communication until the very end when they said Have a good day. They were talking to another associate talking about getting off of work and I thought it was unprofessional. A couple of bags were ripped also. I may be a little dramatic, but I work in a grocery store and it just bothers me not getting the customer service I expect.

Simply will not be using their online shopping option ever again. For the fourth time, I was given incorrect items as well as unwanted substitutions that were not similar in my opinion to the requested product. There is also, seemingly, no easy way to decline the substitutions after they have been made. Shoppers discretion may not align with customer preference. My refrigerated items were also room temperature, again. Pick up just isnt worth it unless you have a very small order.

It was fast found everything i needed and extra stuff i just wanted because they had it and I never seen it at any other store.

Selective carding and a liquor store attendant who revels in making life difficult.No apology for the inconvenience; this women absolutely loved using the only power she has in life to deny the sale. It was astonishing.

You can find almost any food you can think of in there and in several brands. Their produce is fresh and beautiful. Their prices are far more reasonable than anywhere else.

I’ve wandered around various food markets and grocery stores and Woodman’s has hit my heart so much. It’s reminds me strongly of a Hy-Vee back in my hometown and I love going to Woodman’s whenever my partner and I can go. The specials and deals are great on saving money, they have products that I haven’t been able to find in other stores without having to special order. Clean and staff are ready to help. Busy even on what you would think of as a slow day but lines move quick enough that you don’t feel stuck.

Clean, friendly staff and great prices. Even when its busy the checkouts are efficient and cashiers are always upbeat and positive. Produce is high quality and the prices are cheaper than surrounding stores. They also have a lot of hard to find items and everything is always in stock. My go to place for groceries.

I wont lie Woodman is a big store, they carry lots of items you cant find at other grocery stores. Most importantly the savings over other grocery stores make it worth the trip.We have our shopping trips down to 30-40 minutes unless they change around aisles.

Loved this place. Unfortunately for the past 3 orders I have made online to pick up they were out of stock with no substitutions. When checking out online your are opt to take the substitution box or you cant check out.. I wish their online availability of stock was up to date. I had to go to another store to get them. If I would have known they were out I would have gone to the other store with all my items so wouldnt have had to make 2 separate transactions and gone to 2 different places.

I have been a loyal customer for years but I am done with Woodmans. I am unable to wear a mask and they proceeded to harass me and call the cops on me yesterday in the Oak Creek location. They have discriminated against me and used public service enforcement incorrectly. I have the right to go to a place of a public accommodation without being threatened and kicked out. I will never shop at Woodsmans again... unless maybe they can come up with some dedicated hours for people unable to wear a mask. That would show a real character. It will probably not happen though, so adios Woodmans. I am in search of understanding shops now.

Great food shopping choices, but it can be difficult for the store to keep up on certain meat supplies. Otherwise they likely have 3-10 different options of most whatever you need! Not kidding. Just look at maple syrup. lol
