My friend and I went to this place to get our nails done last week. We don’t usually come to this one but we wanted to go on Sunday and this place happen to be open. We saw the sign on the door that said if it was your first time to check the prices. We did and saw that we had enough money between the two of us to do our nails. We calculated that it should’ve been around $100 for the 2 of us. Not including tip. Instead it was $175!!!! We thought we maybe added the totals wrong, but we paid and went along with our day. Only a few hours later all of my friend’s nails started BLEEDING! We both got a gel French manicure. The bleeding did not stop for about 20 mins. On top of my friends nails bleeding, after 4 days both of our nails have started to chip. I did not mind paying the 175 but I thought I was paying for quality nails and quality service. We paid $175 and got bloody nails and chipping after 4 days. We will NOT be coming back.

I went here last week for the first time. It was beautiful and in a nice location. I went in and was immediately offered a drink. I asked for an acrylic fill with gel polish. The women doing my nails didnt speak at all, which was fine. When it came to fill my nail, instead of using the brush to apply the acrylic powder, she put my entire nail in the powder! I couldnt believe it. It took about an hour and a half to do my fill, which is usually fairly quick. She did not use gel polish, and after I reminded her I wanted gel, she told me I didnt need it because I had healthy nails. On top of everything, they tried to charge me for the gel polish! It was more expensive than any place I have ever been to. I payed more for a fill than most places would charge for a full set. My nails chipped by the time I got home, and one nail came off the next day. I was very unpleasant and would never go back.

Wonderful pedicure! Clean, quiet, and beautifully done! My only regret is they dont do dipping gel in colors. I hope they reconsider - I highly recommend!!!!

Ive been coming to nails and company for a long time they are the best I know around they do a wonderful job on you toenails fingernails and the people that work there a wonderful treat you very nice to always get something to drink when you go in I recommend going to nails and company for anybody and everybody

I am very disappointed. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I purchased a new bottle of nail polish to use on my toes and finger nails. The pedicure was relaxing and well done. However, the my manicure was all wrong. I asked the technician to cut my nails very short. She had no idea what I was asking of her (language barrier) and just continued to work as normal. I had to ask her THREE times to cut down my nails before I picked up the nail file and started to file them myself. When she put on the polish (a light pink color) it was streaky and uneven. By that night, it was already peeling and chipped, even with a new bottle of polish. I called the next day, but the salon is closed on Mondays. I left a voicemail and the salon called me back on Tuesday, saying that the manager was going to come in later that day and they would call me later in the afternoon. I did not receive a call. I had to call back Wednesday morning in which I was told I would not receive a refund for my manicure because I had no way of proving my nails were chipped and peeling. I dont live in the area and was unable to return to the salon. So basically, the salon is accusing me of being a liar. In any case, I do not recommend this salon and I am very disappointment with the management, Michelle.

Ive been going for 10+ Years!! Never had any complaints. If a nail chipped, show up 2-3 days later and theyll happily fix it..NOW, it has to do with $$$$$Management has told the staff to charge an extra $5 PER NAIL if the staff glued the nail, put a silk wrap on........everything that they, have been doing FOR FREE for the past 10+ years is now all about their DOLLAR!!!IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGEMENT, Thomas and Michelle
