Clean space. Good service and fair pricing. The employees are very nice and helpful. I recommend making an appointment in advance because they are pretty busy.

Worst customer service Ever. I was just at this nail Salon. I was on a chair having my nails done when I was asked by the owner who was doing my nails to move off of her chair half way through, so she can do another customer’s nail and sent me to another nail tech chair. When it was time to apply the color I picked; she swapped back with the other employee, asking that I pay first before applying any nail polish. The moment she found out I was an RN, her entire demeanor change and became so polite and even offered me water. When I left I tipped 25%, not because of the service but as a reminder that it’s time to stop profiling people just base on skin color or whatever belief she obviously hold. No wonder it’s the only nail salon in Norwood that still do walk ins these days.

Seriously THE BEST manicure I have EVER had. Wide range of colors, clean salon, and awesome attention to detail. Sarah did my manicure and pedicure and was very accommodating and professional. Also it is the most affordable in town. I absolutely love my nails and am so surprised it was so affordable. Definitely give this place a try.

They dont have enough girls working..which is unfortunate considering they are very good at what they do! great customer service!

OH MY GOD! Megan was absolutely outstanding. I cannot rave enough about her, personable, friendly, and meticulous. This is hands down the best gel set Ive ever received, and I will exclusively be getting my nails done by her. PERIOD.

I have been going to Megan at Crystal nails for two years. She does both acrylic sets on me and dip powder and she is the best. After living in Brooklyn for two years I still came back for her service. She also does great designs and is genuinely a super nice woman. I’d recommend her and Sarah for all services

Customer service was good. The two women working were professional, and friendly, and I’m overall happy with my dip manicure. Seems good quality and that it’ll last a while. I originally went looking for a design with stones, their selection of stones aren’t very elegant, kind of juvenile. A lot of plastic sequins, reminded me on stick on earrings. But generally a good experience if your looking for your everyday quality manicure/pedicure experience.

Im quite new to the acrylic world. I got my very first acrylics installed at another salon and I was not too happy with them. When I came to Crystal Nails, I instantly new I would be taken care of. Megan took her time reshaping and mending my broken nail while also keeping me in mind every step of they way. She always checked in with me; asking me if I liked the shape, and telling me what she was doing next and why. I Felt PAMPERED! definitely going back

Absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be going back! Originally went because an acrylic from a salon back in CT had popped off and I needed a fill. Come to find out the CT salon had actually done a pretty bad job (other nails were lifting/not sealed properly). The girls here fixed my nails and Megan did a PERFECT job filling and filing them to my signature extra sharp stiletto point. Also added in a gel polish! Fantastic price and the best service Ive had at any salon. Will always go here as long as I live in MA!Update; 3 weeks later, still no chips, no breaks, still kept the stiletto shape very well. Im highly impressed!! Best salon out of every one Ive been to across 3 states!! Cant recommend Crystal Nails enough!!!

Sarah and Megan are amazing. The shop is beautiful they are extremely kind and attentive. A pedicure is not just about a pretty color. Sarah’s detailed effort to my toe nails was impeccable. The best I’ve ever experienced. My manicure was just as amazing ! I live in Rhode Island and will drive now to Norwood to see Sarah from now on! the service is that good!

Great attention to detail. I love Meghan as my nail tech. She just took over the salon with her sister about 9 months ago. They also offer complimentary water (but I always have my ice coffee with me!) They ask you want you would like done and don’t pressure you into upgrades. I’ve been to several nail salons in the area and I like this one the most so far - everyone is nice and makes you feel comfortable😊 I showed her a certain shape I wanted and she nailed it! Clean and bright inside. I’ve been there twice - each time a steady stream of customers. Great customer service and prices! I’m a fan of this salon!

Awesome place to get your nails done. Sara and Megan were both great and did outstanding on my gel manicure and pedicure. I will most definitely return to get my nails done again and again. The prices were phenomenal, I paid $17 extra for the same service at my old nail salon. Check them out. You will be satisfied...

This is by far my favorite nail salon. Not only are they very friendly and personable but they will go very far to make you feel comfortable ! When you get a pedicure they bring over a complimentary hot neck wrap to help you relax even more. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone that wants the best nail work done !

The best nail salon in Norwood! I went in with an allergy and my nail tech made sure throughout the whole process that I was not having an allergic reaction to anything. She paid attention to every detail and made sure my nails came out perfect. I think I found my new go to nail salon.

This place is so bad. I recently moved to Norwood and wanted to get my nails done and saw the ratings but when I went there it was nothing like the reviews. Only one lady working and 3 clients and she was rushing to get everyone done but my nail and toe colors didn’t match and the chipped within 3 days. You take a risk by trying a new nail salon and I will never go here ever again.

I love this place so much.they make me feel so comdortable theyre so nice and and have a lot of patience.They do free paraffin wax with gel which was such a big plus because paraffin is so expensive.Plus they re massages are so good.They are flexible with time and are always ready for you.I did gel acrylics for my first time ever and the results are better than the picture I have them.Im always going to come here now and I strongly advise for you to do same because its so worth it also they have all the colors you could possible imagine.
