Great place to clean your vehicle! The detail parking spots have 2 types of vacuums, free towels, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, compressed air gun and more! It also has an interior floor mat machine that will clean and dry your mats!

I have gone to this car wash before. And I just took my brand new 2016 Kia optima upon exiting the car wash and using the towels to dry off with a residual water I discovered that the fin to my antenna on top of the car was missing. I am mediately went and reported it to the lady that was working. They searched for about 20 minutes and came back and told me that there was no Finn that they found. She took down my name and number and said they would call me back at the end of the day once they were able to fully search the car wash. There is no way that this should’ve knocked off during the washing.. I called them just before 8 o’clock to check in since nobody had called me. I want them to find the part and reattach it to my car or offer to buy me a new one. Nothing was done not even an offer to give me car washes in the future. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service with this facility. Something needs to be done! I would’ve never expect to drive my new car through there and come out with parts of it missing.

$$ Considering all the local automated washes in the general area, I consider this to be by far the superior wash. They provide interior cleaning solutions, deodorant and glass cleaner and clean cloths as well.The ONLY thing missing is a shady tree to work under.If this information has been helpful please like my rating.

TERRIBLE customer service from one of the teenagers working here. He kept rolling his eyes and sarcastically pointing at the directions to keep my foot on the brake and have it in neutral for the ramp (which I was following, I just didn’t know I had an automatic transmission). He was throwing his hands up and making rude comments. It was unbelievable. But to make things a whole lot worse..After our car went through the next 6 cars all got insanely damaged from something that broke in the wash. I’m talking full windows taken out, scratches everywhere, dents, etc. it was awful!! The workers didn’t even know it was going on, which means no one was watching the cameras. There was a whole pile of cars lined up basically totaled before they ran in and turned everything off.We had JUST left the dealership with a new van. I am so grateful we missed it by one car, but feel so bad for the people after us. Do not go here!!

As usual, it looks like a new company (Zips?) has taken over and increased the prices. The prices on the screen reflect silver bullet prices and then when you get to the end its three to four dollars more. I was here first thing in the morning at 8:00 a.m. and the hose nozzles were clogged. They have also taken away the towels from each station and moved them to two locations in the entire parking lot. I looked through all the solutions and it looks like they are now only offering window cleaner. Always messing with a good thing.

Change names price went up and got lazier practice. 2 towel stations vs each stall having towel holders and products. Why pay more for less?

Decent car wash but bonus is free vacuums and products to clean car. Window cleaner, towels, interior cleaner and even fragrance. Vacuums had great power as well.

My favorite car wash!! Cleans my Rav4 very well & my husbands Honda Civic. No soap residue left behind, very good dryer at the end of the wash, beautiful shiney tires. Their vacuums also work great, which is hard to find. Always feel like my vehicle looks awesome when I leave this car wash.

This place is brand new and is my new favorite hands-free car wash place. I dont expect the same results as a hand-wash carwash - so I dont get the extra options. But! If you pay for the bug remover and it doesnt come off the first time, they let you ride through again. Staff has always been friendly to me.If you want to detail your car afterwards, the microfiber towels, cleaning solutions, car freshener and mat scrubber machine are all complimentary - even with the $8 package. (You can select with or without water on the scrubber machine. SUPER helpful if youve been mudding.) I appreciate that theyre reducing paper towel waste as well as a lint free shine.They also have an unlimited car washes option for $20 a month. Thats a life saver in the Georgia springtime.

Love to go there ckean place great price fast way to wash and clean your car the month special is way to go. Although last time was not as clean as always and have to look around for clean towels, hope they dont get let it go down

This might’ve been the best pull through car wash around. Although during quarantine I was unable to vacuum or wipe down further my 4Runner this still was the best car washing experience I’ve ever had. The guys that greeted me at the entrance were thorough in making sure nothing will get damaged. They did a great job at pre-rinsing helping remove six months of grime and pollen off of my 4Runner. They did a phenomenal job! I certainly will be back!They have the option for monthly setup or individual visits pay as you go. It is convenient for detailing vehicles without getting wet on colder days. The interior supplies are great! Vacuums, cleaners, towels are well stocked and free to use with any wash.

My car wash was always amazing w/great service... but when I moved to Guatemala and forgot about my subscription they refunded me the entire time I had forgotten. A true heart-centered business to support!

This car wash damages cars PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! someone’s window was smashed from the pressure and 5 others cars have been damaged from here, there are plenty of other ones that are good. if i could rate this 0 stars i would. very unsafe, they are probably also about to go under from lawsuits from the damaged cars.

I really want to love this car wash for the vacuums and air detail tool and fresh towels but unfortunately the wash itself absolutely DESTROYED my paint job. The scratches it left down the entire driver side of my car are beyond waxing and buffing out.

The car wash itself is nice, but I didnt appreciate the little girl SCREAMING at me because SHE wasnt paying attention and doing HER job. Maybe she should take her earbuds out and pay more attention to the cars in the wash!?

Absolutely love this car wash. Signed up for the $30/month unlimited plan. Have been several times and it’s well worth it. Love that my license plate is auto recognized so all I have to do is pull up. The staff is prompt and friendly. Thorough cleaning (even gets my wheels and tires nicely). Complimentary towels at each vacuum station along with 2 different sized suction vacuum nozzles and one air gun to blow out small debris. Also has complimentary window cleaner, interior cleaner and fragrance mist at each station. Very happy, well worth the cost 👍🏽👍🏽

My second time here. My vehicle was alot cleaner after going through the cycle on my first visit. This time, not so much. It seems the cycles were shorter thus not as thorough. My car still had soap on the grill and dirt on the windshield. I saw other vehicles that still had fingerprints on the door after going through the wash. I thought about the membership which is a great saving but I m glad I didnt go with it.

Simply nicest car wash in area! They havent bought into the, we cant provide cleaning rags because of COVID nonsense - like other places have. Rags, interior and exterior spray cleaners at each parking slot with good vacuums. At avg $20 a wash at least I feel like I got the car clean and decent value when done. Wish they were on Riverstone!

Even with a mechanical issue, they kept after it until my car was clean ( wash was leaving blue spots on my hood). Connor showed critical thinking and problem solving skills to diagnose and solve the issue, and gave me a gift card for my trouble. Terrible teenagers running the car wash who don’t know how to direct a car onto the track. First time this happened I let it slide and decided to give the place a second chance a couple months later. No improvement the second time. In fact the second time the teen was rolling his eyes and yelling at cars in the queue like it was our fault we couldn’t read his mind.

The car wash itself doesnt do a great job of getting dirt off a car. The free vacuum is helpful and powerful, and there are shammies and cleaner available for free. Works for an interim self-wash or a detail.

The best car wash I have found yet!! Not only does the wash clean my car better than any other car wash Ive been to but they also provide free use of microfiber towels at the vacuum station. The staff is wonderful, I always see them out changing trash cans no matter how busy they are. The vacuums are strong and I havent had issues pulling up to a stall only to find out it doesnt work like I have with other car washes. The monthly subscription package is an incredible deal. I just wish there were more locations since I am moving from Woodstock. I will definitely get my car washed here whenever Im in the area

After going through automatic car washes for four years, this is my first visit to the car wash. My eight dollar car wash has now turned into a $600 car wash because it ripped my antenna cover off the roof of my car. I have been trying to call them for two days and no one will answer the phone. All I want to know if they recovered the antenna cover from inside the car wash and kept it, so that just maybe I can not spend $600 to replace the entire assembly

What a great car wash. Interesting lighting inside the wash, and it barely missed any spots on my car. Just had to wipe off some black residue on the top though. Otherwise, A+ for an automatic wash. Staff was friendly and lively. One of them helped some of the patrons out with the floor mat cleaning machine. High powered vacuums, dry towels, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and fragrance spray all included. Appreciate the bells and whistles. Will definitely return!

Finally a self service car wash in towne lake. This place is very professionally run. The workers are very courteous and attentive. I have the monthly plan and go every few days. They do an amazing job! Plus I love they have cloths and Windex so I dont have to bring any other cleaning products. Highly recommend.

Fair price and did a good job of cleaning but only fair on drying. Would be nice if vacuum areas were covered.

Been here twice now. Liked how well car looked after wash. Self vacuums are good. Really like the floor mat cleaner. General and window cleaner available. Also like the compressed air available for the small areas. Gonna sign up for the monthly plan soon. Only thing I wish was different is shade for the vacuum area

The vacuums are great and gives you options too, such as a broad vacuum and a slender one for between the seats. The air gun is awesome for blowing out crumbs from tight spaces. There is plenty of space to spend time detailing your car. The customer service is exceptiona .

If you are lung for the best drive through car wash around, look no further. Its a newer car wash, so it has newer technology. Comes with free vacuums, air compressed air lines, free micro fiber towel use, window cleaner and a mat cleaning station.

New, but a first class operation. Clean neat Bldg. and parking and vacuum area. Easy in and out. Im using more and more. Ill likely go to the monthly special, allowing me to keep my 4Runner looking best.

Not impressed. Drove up after my drive home from vacation to have the car washed. Paid extra for the bug wash etc. Totally pointless. Car was still covered after and the tire shine at the end gets EVERYWHERE. ALL OVER EVERYTHING. I’m not sure there is an option not to get it. If there is I would opt out. I think it possibly eats at the clear coat on your wheels because I now have it chipping away on one of my wheels. I should have taken pictures. With how long it took to clean off the tire shine from everything I don’t think I’ll be back.

Nice place but I miss the self wash that was there. The people pre-washing your vehicle as you drive into the wash arent rinsing anything off their mops as they go from car to car. They just dunk it back in the same dirty bucket its been in all day. I started to leave upon seeing this but it was too late and I already had people lined up behind me so I just asked them not to use that on my truck. They ignored me and did it anyways and I was pretty unhappy about that. I went through the wash then got out to vacuum and throw some trash away and I was pretty impressed by the wash. Really nice shine and for a minute I was thinking it was a good wash for a drive through. They have towels and cleaners for you to do a little more detailing at the vacuum spots. I was pretty pleased considering I usually avoid these kinds of places, until I found several scratches on my truck later that day. Im not sure which actually scratched my truck, the dirty water being reused by the staff, or the drive through wash. Either way I regret taking it there. I guess I have very high standards for who can wash my truck and the products used. If you arent the type who cares that much about your vehicle, this place is for you. If you are in the group like me and know you shouldnt use a drive through wash, dont bother.

The guests are treated poorly once you realize what they are doing. I thought if I called after noticing my bank account was being charged monthly (after deciding I wouldn’t return because my car was damaged) which I was unaware they did this, they would refund me for the 4 months I did not come for any car washes. They wouldn’t even refund me 1 month. Demetrius continued to laugh at me and talk to me like a child. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and he would not give me their name. I will not return and I am extremely disappointed that a company will do this and then not try to make things right. Beware! They deduct your bank acct monthly!

My car was covered in mud from recent travel and I was expecting to have to go through the car wash twice to get everything off but the attendants went above and beyond before the car wash even started, power spraying it all off!!! Great customer service.
