I hesitated for a couple of days on giving this review as I dont usually leave any. But this service really made me upset.I had gone to get my nails done last Sunday and I asked for a full set and the tech suggested an overlay to keep my natural nail length. I agreed and was overall happy with the shape she gave me. I asked her to make my nails a little thinner and she kept going on about me getting a gel so that my nails dont break easily. I am the type to get regular nail color and usually dont use gel but I agreed as I wanted it to stay strong and beautiful. I asked if she could do a design for me and I shown her what I wanted. She asked Gigi to do the design as she would do it better. I left the nail salon happy (this was the second time I came because the first time was excellent service).Fast forward 2 days: the gel is chipping on both of my thumbs and looking as if I got it done a month ago. I messaged them and told them what happened and was told to come in and they will fix it.I went to back to get it fixed - made an appointment with Gigi ahead of time - I checked in and took a seat. They looked at me several times and then finally she came over to me and asked why I was here and I explained the situation. She then asked if I could come back later because they are busy and I told her I booked an appointment in advance. She then went on doing whatever she was doing for about 10 minutes and then had me sit in her booth. She fixed my nails with such quickness that she messed up the design and didnt even care.I am so upset with this service. I am so upset that you had no problem taking my money but then had a problem fixing a mistake. I would have been ok if the service I received was great all around but it was so callous that I didnt even want to argue about the new mess up. (And its still chipping)I write this because I hope they dont do this to someone else. Please do better.

Precious Nails Spa is an awesome nail salon and they are always so clean and on time I love that they have so much stuff and can accommodate all your nail needs!! 10/10!!

Update: the manager reached out to me and helped me resolve my issue. I look forward to going back!I went here per recommendation of several locals, and I appreciated the prompt ability to make an appointment online and contactless pay. The selection was great and my appointment was on time and quick, maybe a little too quick. I do wish she had done more cuticle work, and it seemed when she started talking to another worker she would cut me (3/10 fingers have nicks on them) or go more quickly. The color looks great and the dip is not too thick, I just wish it looked a little cleaner for the money.

I have been going to the salon for a couple of months. Prior to the pandemic I went to a variety of salons and have had my nails done for years. Because of the pandemic they hadn’t been done for quite some time. When I came in Gigi consulted with me and I decided to go back to gels. She has been professional courteous and personable. I really like the atmosphere and appreciate the quality of the environment; cleanliness, tv, music, all matter to me. I get a lot of compliments on my nails. I highly recommend the salon.

Super clean, I got exactly what I wanted and love the way Jessica removed my previous gel (no drill machine at all🥰) First time there and will definitely go back.

I walked in and got Jessy, I picked a color and she total got up and got another similar color. I know the color I want and what it looks like on my nails. But she seemed to not like it. Did not even file my nails just pretended to.II got a gel manicure in less then 20 minutes and that was her pausing to wrap somebody else’s nails at the same time. I had such a great experience! The past two times I’ve gotten my nails done somewhere else, I had poor experiences. It costs a good amount to not be happy with what you’ve gotten done and I always look at reviews for the most part but I must’ve just been put in with some technicians that could’ve cared less with what they were doing. Anyways, I went online and found precious nails and they did NOT disappoint !! I felt confident that whoever was taking care of me was going to do an awesome job just based on reviews. I called around 5pm and they were able to take me so I drove on over. The check in process was great, and I didn’t have to wait but 5 mins it seemed. They sat me in my pedi chair and I soaked for another 5ish moments and then Dana, my nail tech came over to greet me and get started. Hands down best massage I’ve ever had with a pedi, first off. I got a basic pedicure and she used hot stones, it was lovely. Then we did the dip mani, which came out AMAZING. Love my nails and they are so perfect. It’s very clean in there and everyone is so kind and professional. They arnt pushy and you can tell they really care about the customers. I’m looking forward to going back and I highly recommend.

Clean and cozy place, easy to schedule an appointment, has availability. I loved my manicurist - she did a really great gob with cleaning cuticle and painting my nails! The salon has 2 kids pedicure chairs - so you can bring your daughter along for a great service!

Wonderful experience. I have a few friends that have raved about Precious Nails and I knew I had to give them a try. This place is immaculate. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and I love the sign in station. And a loyalty program?! Yes please! Gigi did my nails and they came out amazing. The facial was out of this world. I thought I was somewhere else. My face feels so refreshed. I’ve had many facials at other places and this one was the best by far.

Today was my first (and likely only) time visiting, and here is my honest review:It was definitely pretty, and as its fairly new, that is unsurprising. Most people would likely enjoy that aspect. There were 8 hand spots and 9 feet (including 2 kids chairs.)You can book appointments online. They had plenty of color choices. Plenty of touchless pay options. For most, all of this is a plus. For me:I found the place cold. It was fancy and high tech but very busy - not relaxing at all. The techs were not personable or friendly. The man, Henry, that worked on me rushed through everything. Literally the worst/laziest pedicure of my life. As I only treat myself 1-2 times a year, this is a huge disappointment. Also, I chose a color that didnt look good on, the way I expected from the bottle. He was one stroke in when I spoke up. He sighed, heaved and hoed, gave me attitude about it. I was very nice about it, not rude or demanding, very apologetic - it was an honest mistake. Ive witnessed this happening to others in other salons many times and never has it been a problem. And, as mentioned, its not as if I waited until he was done before mentioning.We moved over to the manicure station. He rushed through. He cut up my cuticle from rushing. (He did apologize.) He sat speaking in Vietnamese to one of his coworkers the whole time, which was very disturbing. And, to boot, my nails dont look any better than if I had done them myself. Then they stuck me in the drying machine and left me there and actually seemed irritated when I went to pay (I dont use apps...plus, I had a gift card.)I have never felt so unwelcomed in a salon in all of my life. I only went there because I received a gift card there. I will likely never return.If you like pretty, cold, and expensive - you may enjoy this place. For me, I will stick to my little hole in the wall across town, where the people are warm and friendly, the experience is relaxing and they do an amazing job (and saving a few bucks is nice.)

I went here for the first time yesterday as Im newer to town. I made an appointment with Jessica because I saw lots of recommendations for her in the reviews I read - I didnt regret it! She was super friendly and did an amazing job! It was my first mani-pedi since the pandemic began and Im so glad I did it because it was very relaxing. Highly recommend Jessica and will be making my appointments with her again!!

This is the best nail salon! I used to see Gigi at another salon. She was awesome the salon not so much. When she left and opened her own place there was no question I would follow her. The salon is clean, modern, and very nicely decorated. All the technicians are very, very talented. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful pedicure today. Very relaxing! The nail technician took her time and was very thorough. I will definitely be back! This business was carefully adhering to current CDC guidelines (plexiglass between customers, everyone wearing masks, touch less payment, etc.) which made me feel safe.

I got one of the foil designs done on my ring fingers and I’m in love with how it turned out!I‘ve been going to Gigi for years and her salon is just as perfect as she is! It’s SO clean, there’s an abundance of nail polish colors that are organized perfectly, and they have the ability to do many trendy nail designs- my favorite being cat eye and of course the foils. They even have two adorable “Frozen” theme pedicure chairs for children!!! 😍They also have an ATM in the back which is super convenient if you need cash. Everyone that works there is very friendly, professional and talented. I already know what I want done next time and I can’t wait to go back!
