Terrible customer service!! I paid for ads for two businesses I work with back in Dec. 2019 for the spring semester. Sent numerous email and calls working on the artwork. Very little response. COVID hit and everything got delayed. I get that, but they were IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I asked for my money back multiple times. I was never contacted to redo the ad proof prior to the fall so when the production came out, the info on our ad was incorrect. Didnt even know it was coming out until it was too late. I will NEVER work with this company again.

We purchased advertising to be put on a folder for Keller-Williams on 12-2019 Dropped $1100 on those ads. Im assuming today they must be out of business. Weve tried to call and email. No response. I would be careful of buying any advertising from this company.SO Where Is It? I haven’t seen it. When did you ship? Give me the person at Keller Willams that received the folders and I’ll call them.

Big T does an excellent job!! They have things done quickly and everything theyve done for me has been excellent quality. Not only do they have great quality, but the prices are great too! I just started using Big T 2 weeks ago, and I have since reordered from them 3 times. Every time I call, the staff members are so helpful and nice.

Shady Business Practices:We used this company for a fridge magnet ad that has local emergency numbers. Seems like a reasonable enough idea.While I cant yet rate the efficacy of the ads, I can say that we have a second location in a different town and when they approached us about using the same service for our second location we told them that we would consider it.They did not give us good expectation or communicate well about timing and other details so we werent sure we wanted to give them any more business.Immediately, without even discussing payment for the new location, they charged us for the new location with previously given bank info.While they did reverse the charges, the sales person must have blocked my email because it bounced back when I tried to reply.Any salesperson/company that has to resort to such behavior should be avoided.

Working with Big T was great. They responded to our inquiry quickly with a quote. We had some discussion to clarify our needs and the project was done in a very efficient time line. It was easy to work with the staff and we will certainly use them again.

These people are rude and coward individuals. They steal hard earned money from hard working people.One of the so called salesmen names Jeremy Rudd called me and convinced me to do advertising. He advised that they needed a card number to reserve a advertisement spot. I gave them the card info and advised that I was interested. They ran my card for 696.00 within 5 minutes. I called them the next day to advise that I didn’t think that was right and I wanted a refund. They had been no contracts nor were there any agreements reached. I could not get anyone on the phone also the receptionist was rude and lied for them. Finally a coward by the name Jeremy called and laughed stating that a refund was out of the question due to it is a business to business transaction. I advised that they had not done anything to earn that money. I did not want my business associated with theirs. He laughed again. They are THIEVES. All I was trying to do is promote my business. After doing a little investigation on them through the BBB AND GOOGLE . They have done this to multiple people this year alone. BEWARE!!

Was completely misled at the time of purchase by their sales team. First I was told the folders would go out right away, then I was told June. Then they stopped responding to emails so I emailed corporate. Then told July, then stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Only with a threat lawsuit did they finally respond, and sent the folders to the wrong address. I will never use this company again, complete waste of money. Just look at their ridiculous responses to the negative reviews. Completely unprofessional

I own a towing company and I was contacted to get on a magnet that was given out through the Police Department. I deal directly with the PD on some of the recoveries that our company handles so I reached out to the PD about their affiliation with Big T Branding. Everything checked out and I went ahead with the advertisement even though I thought it wouldnt work, but would be good support for the community. I actually get calls and it overall has been a good investment for my company and I will keep my spot next year. Good job

Horrible and dishonest company! They sold my company advertisement and failed to deliver on time or as agreed. They also gave me free advertisement as part of the deal. When I emailed and called the owner repeatedly, I was told that the salesman no longer worked for the company and he promised people things that the company couldnt deliver. He then said that the free advertisements are printed when there is available space (which has never occurred). Dont be subject to their shady practices. They overpromise and underdeliver! Im sure theyll respond to this bad review as they have the others. If you look at their responses to the bad reviews, it should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Dont fall victim to their sales pitch as many have. Scam artists

I provided a credit card to reserve a spot, they sent me a contract to review, and I did not continue forward. Later I find out that they charged my card without my approval! Then they went on to not refund my card and to give me the run around between departments and still have not credited my card. They have BBB complaints showing the same behaviors with other businesses. They are criminal in their fraudulent activities - I hope you read this and BBB complaints before falling for their lines!

This company called my office this morning, I assume, to solicit services. When my receptionist answered the call, she greeted with her salutation, but was unable to hear anything on the other end, so she hung up. 3 SECONDS later, the same lady calls back irate and begins SCREAMING at my receptionist stating she was unprofessional and rude and she wouldnt be hung up on. My poor receptionist was so upset thinking this was an actual client, but before she could even ask who she was, or figure out what was going on, the lady finishes her offensive and foul language and hangs up.We might not have gotten your name, BUT we DO have Caller ID, AND our phone lines are recorded....so, it wasnt hard to find out, it was this company. Absolutely disgusting salesmanship (if thats even why you were calling). I would suggest no one use a company that does business in this form.

Very efficient and economical. Likewise, they are honest when presented with last-minute projects, which is a BIG plus for me.

This company just called me and try to solicit my interest in appearing on magnets for the police and fire department. When I told Wade I was not interested he did everything he could to try to make me feel dumb because I was not choosing to do or partake in this form of advertisement. He laughed at me and was unprofessional. I would suggest no one use a company that does business in this form. Perhaps a better way of doing business would be to be polite kind and professional.

So, after weeks of going back and forth, we decide to try out Big T Branding. Per their marketing and many conversation over email with the rep, it was determined that clients can either (a) submit a list of their preferred vendors who the company will contact and ask to sponsor the cost of the folders, or (b) the company will use their own list and those companies sponsor the cost. Either way, it is supposedly free to the client.Since the rules and regs for sponsorship in FL are very strict, we opted to have Big T use their own list, which would be printed on the folder. Production should take 6-8 weeks from final artwork approval, we were told. Now, 14 weeks later, upon inquiry, I am told by their graphics manager, We gathered further information for you and wanted to let you know that it looks like we were unable to find sponsors for the project. Per the terms of the contract, the sponsors are ultimately what make the product possible and the market availability has been an impeding factor for the project. We do apologize for any inconvenience.Seriously??? We wouldnt give them a list of vendors to solicit money and future business from, and so the offer of free materials was revoked, with no notification? WHAT A TOTAL SCAM! Dont waste hours on this like we did. We even had our logo and graphics modified to meet their specification...what a joke! If I could give them zero stars as a review, I would.Update - we heard from the Owner of the company, who was very nice and apologized for the lack of communication in the process. Apparently his sales team, who lines up sponsors after the job is created, was completely unable to sell any sponsorship ads in the entire South Florida area. Thus, their inability to produce the folders for us. Its a numbers game...I get it. He indicated that there must be something in our market that is preventing companies from being willing to front the money for this type of advertising. I wonder if there is still a blanket misunderstanding of RESPA laws? I changed my rating from 1 to 3, just based on the final outcome.

Where do I start... I placed my order with Becky back in July 2018. We were told we were placing a order for our company to be placed inside the Keller Williams folders for a local office. I spoke with the office manager of the location (after placing order) in which she informed me that she had not placed a order nor has she ever used this company. I called Big T Branding and spoke with Joseph (operations manager) about my conversation and concerns. He did some research and found out that one of the agents from that office had ordered the folders. Office manager was not aware of him doing so, therefore causing all the confusion. Next conversation with Joseph, he said he was going to go ahead and print our information AND refund our money in hopes to do future business together and try to make things right. We were pleased that he was so generous and kind.October 2018: called Big T Branding regarding our refund. He said he would check with his department being it should have only taken about 30 days and he would get back with me.December 2018: Called again, and he told me this time that I needed to file out a form to request the refund. The form is basically stating that we are requesting a refund and we agree that this is not a fraudulent charge on my card (looking at other reviews, I feel I should not sign the form) It is against my better judgement to sign and return. Esp being he already approved it.March 2019! Went out to the Keller Williams office to see the folders, guess what, WE ARE NOT PRINTED IN THEM! Called Joseph again and asked him why we were not printed in the folders, and why have we not gotten out money back. He told me that he assumed that everything was taken care of being it had been some time since we last spoke. He tells me again that I have to sign the form and send it back. I asked why he didnt have to sign it the day of him telling me he approved my refund and to be looking for it. I get no direct answer to that question. So not only did we not get our refund, we did not get printed in the folders either....We have no choice but to see legal action at this point. Joseph, was really nice and has been, but just give me that run around time and time again. I hate I put trust into a company before doing my research.Becky, the sales rep was nice, but I havent spoken to her since she placed my order.I can not get contact information for the owner unfortunately. It is the same email address that is listed online.I wish I could say different, but I do not recommend this company. We just want our money back, that is all.

Would not recommend this company, do you research before giving them your card number. Lesson learned. Don’t let this happen to you!

Their staff reached out to me because we are I. The Mansfield chamber. It of course was a sales pitch. Of all of the pitches I have received though, the magnets were probably the best bang for the buck I’ve heard. We signed up and a couple of weeks ago the person I was working with called to say the magnets were printed and ready to go. She offered for me to pick some up for my own advertising and showed me a picture of one so I could see it. She was very nice and very responsive even while I was skeptical. I participate in a few of the events that these are distributed at so I can see their reach personally should I be curious. I also like that she offered me some for my own distribution!

After several cold calls to our company asking for business, I let an associate named Ryan know that we werent interested in using their brand, that we had discussed it after the last time they called us and we were already working with another company. His response: K, well I dont remember ever calling you but thanks for cutting me off so rudely. Dude, if you are gonna aggressively call people begging for business, expect some less than warm responses. However, I was attempting to not waste either of our time, not be rude. His reply was super unprofessional and uncalled for.

I was recently sent an invite to apply for a position with Big T Branding. It came from Michael Kawa (who the owner may say doesnt even work there) and was one of those we hire veterans! invites. I dont necessarily see anything wrong with that, but I always chuckle when I receive the veteran stuff regardless.Because Im a person who wants to ensure Im a great fit with any potential employer and values positive a culture and interaction with management, I went and searched the company on Glassdoor. This was when I noticed an alarming trend.Any former employee who had a less than spectacular view of the company was berated and insulted by the owner, James Childress. This included things like, This is obviously a disgruntled employee that quit and didnt get the attendance bonus because they missed work!, We have never claimed to pay salary... We pay commissions or an attendance bonus! WE ONLY TAKE TAXES OUT OF THE PAYCHECK FOR THE DAILY CASH BONUSES that were paid! - (We have to do that!) and Every sales job has people who quit when they are not able to produce sales. This sounds like sour grapes.Needless to say, I was incredibly hesitant. At this point, I wanted to see what Google had to say. This was more of the same. Read the reviews that arent necessarily glowing, and check his responses. I would never work for a person like that. If he has such thin skin that he has to respond to every negative review with such attacks, why should one think he treats his employees any differently? I mean, how likely is it that none of the employees mentioned in reviews even work for the company? Come on, man. Ive also posted a screenshot of what I received on Indeed just in case, ya know, he tries to say that person has never worked for the company.And yeah, James, I know youll likely respond to this review with something like, Id never allow such a person to work for me anyway, or tout how you have an A+ rating with the BBB, etc. Yeah we get it. Youve been accredited for less than four years and have five complaints, most of which have come since mid-2017. I imagine, with the way you treat former employees and those that say anything negative about your company, youll receive more soon. And no, nothing here is taken out of context or misquoted. Go check the reviews yourself. Those are full quotes.So yeah. I wouldnt work for OR do business with this person, and I recommend you avoid them as well. Such thin skin.

Terrible company to work for..I work with a lady named becky..She told me that my advertising would be in 175 agents hands at Keller...After i paid her..I found out that it was going to be in 1 persons hands...from the agent..It was only a couple of hours before i called becky and explained that i was misinformed and i didnt want to advertise with them and i wanted a refund...she got mad and hung up the phone on me..Now I talked to Joe the manager and he is doing the samething...he wont return my money..now i have to go to the bank for my refund...what a joke...this place shouldnt be trusted...if anything make them do the work first....

If your looking for a marketing firm to just take your money, then look no further. They sell expensive ads on Real estate folders that the agents dont even pass out.
