I never write reviews but this place is amazing! Never had acrylics done until today and I couldn’t be more in love with them! Everyone at this nail salon is so nice. They are constantly looking out for you! They do an amazing job and I HIGHLY recommend !

First time getting my nails done in this salon and I got my nails done with the owner Tammy, the nails turned out more amazing than I expected. Tammy was really nice and really recommend this place.

I’m in town visiting family and needed a pedicure for my poor neglected toes. I chose this salon based on 1) online reviews and 2) location near where I’m staying. I booked a spa pedicure. TAMMY (new owner) is amazing!!! Her professionalism and quality of service has led me to follow her for 11 years! As a nurse, I am impressed with her meticulously clean shop and her measures in adhering to Covid precautions.

I have been lucky enough to find Ashley and John just 10 minutes from my home. In all honesty, even if I move farther away, Ill still want to go do my nails with them. Ashley always takes such great care of me and comes up with the most creative and awesome nail designs. I usually pick colors I like and she lets her artist mind take over. Ive been coming here since the winter and Ive never been disappointed. John is so great with the pedicures too. Hes gentle but very competent and gives the best massages.Ive gotten to the point where I feel like family there because that is how much they take care of their customers. If you check out the Instagram page, you will see all the beautiful designs Ashley does. Each one better than the previous one.

Went here by recommendation before vacation. Gel nails and pedicure. Took almost 2 hours, so so long. Requested another layer of gel on my nails because they were so thinly painted and streaky. Needless to say my nails chipped day 3. My toes too! I have never had a pedicure chip. Ill never go back. Disappointingly slow, and they didnt even last. Have to have one, Speed or lasting nails...

Ashley is absolutely amazing. Love this place I dont go anywhere else. If you can try to make an appointment she is always very busy. She is fabulous

Ashley is an amazing nail artist! I will show her a Pinterest idea of something I like and she makes my nails look 100 times better! I receive so many compliments on my nails all of the time whether I have just had them done or of it has been a month since my last time in. Her work lasts a very long time. Ashley has been doing my nails for almost 2 years now. I wouldnt go to anyone else! She can take a picture of a manicure design I show her and use it to create beautiful artwork on my nails. Ashley is immensely talented!

The place is clean, they work nice. Three people worked on my nails- first the cuticles, after that shaping the nails and than the nail polish. I didn’t like how they shaped the nails, it was not even at all. The woman who did the nail polish had to fix the shape of my nails after met colleague.The reason I gave less starts is mostly that the communication there is not so good. They booked somebody else over my appointment and when i arrived i was asked to come back another time even though i was the first one to book the appointment ahead of time.In general I don’t feel very welcomed there. They can improve the customer service and avoid many issues because of miscommunication.

Absolutely beautiful new salon. Everyone is so kind and Chi does an amazing job. Recommend the dip powder. It’s great for natural nails and unlike gel, there is no UV light or drying and has vitamins to help your nails grow healthy!

Today was my first time coming there, and all I can say is it is very spacious and the staff is very friendly !Only downside is it is too far from my house, but other than that, my pedicure was pretty on point.

Sorry this goes against everything everyone is saying but this nail salon is not the greatest. Although the staff is very kind, the acrylic nails are very rushed and not done properly. i went for a refill on a monday, and on tuesday of the same week two nails broke. i went back and they fixed it... today is now friday and another two just did. i can say i will not be going back to this place. I’ll stick to Happy Nails, on washington street!(:
