0/10 would not recommend. If you’re looking for a great place with friendly workers who aren’t over worked, Sassy Nails in Kenwood or 316 Salon is the place to go! Both nail salons in Norwood need to be shut down. BIG NO for me.

I had to wait for a good minute but let me just say it was MOST DEF worth the wait. he corrected the shape of my nails from the place I went to before and I got a bandana design on my ring finger (I posted pics in their photo section) and it was his first time doing that kind of design and it turned out to be so dope! . so i was VERY pleased. i will definitely go here rather than Ciny Nails or Lees Nails.

Do not go to this nail salon. I had been going to this nail salon for a while. Never had any complaints. Last week I let the older man do my nails. I paid fifty dollars. He shaped my nails perfectly, i tipped him and everything but he made my nails too thin. A week later my nails started breaking off one by one. I came back paid seven dollars to get one nail fixed. Ken fixed my nail. He made it thicker and told me that my nails are too thin.. The next day another one broke. I came back to the salon and ken would not fix my nails. He told me I had to pay for another full set. They only care about taking your money . not doing quality work.

My favorite nail shop! I always get right in and out! I made a mistake and went to another place because they were busy one weekend, and it was the worse decision! I went back yesterday and was relieved that they were able to get my nails back to life again! I love this place and the guys here makes it a fun and relaxing atmosphere!!!! Thanks Again!

Just went there today, I have not had my nails done in years but decided to try it again and I had fun with the nail tech funny and nice . Was in and out in less the an hour and a half due to my daughter get her nails shaped and painted I will be going back there

I’ve been going here sense I was a baby and my family brought me everyone here is amazing and does so well they make sure they ask the entire time if you like everything and they are always sweet and so good at what they do I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! I feel welcomed every time I go and they always know what I want and my nails always look great I’ll always recommend cinci nails !!💙

I got my nails done here for over ten years, I know everyone that work there by their name. They never have anyone name Tan working there. My nails always look great and never have a problem with it.

Ive been coming here for years to get my nails and feet done... Now all of sudden they only have 1 guy who does pedicures and hes never in. Ive waisted numerous trips coming every week just to keep hearing no one is available to do pedicures. Highly disappointment. Will be taking my money else where because this place has become very inconvenient and unprofessonal.

Ive been going to this salon since about 9-10 years ago and ever since Tan isnt there anymore and they have a new owner or Mng Ive been having bad experience. The females there are rude and unfriendly, the guys on the other hand have a great, fun spirit but they do a horrible job! I cant figure how to download a picture but Im not sure what they had done did, wether their products were cheap or he just didnt know what he was doing but Ive got a full set and I believe he created bubbles under the article nails so air and moist got up under and my real nails were pretty much rotten. I had to go get them taken off because they had a smell to them and they hurt. They were so thin and unhealthy and had a brownish color to them. I was devastated! Had to keep them short at all times until it all grew out. Havent gotten my nails done since! 😩

Showed up to get a full set and the guy working had an attitude and stated that they were closed. The sign on their door and Google states they close at 7 pm, but it was 5 pm. He was so rude about it, which is the issue. For that reason I will never go back!

I will never fo back there everyone that works there is rude .the nail tech that did my Manicure & Pedicure got upset with me because she didnt have enough mood polish to do my nails with so I told her to change my polish on my toes so they could match she thought she was going to put another color on top of the white. Like really messy. On top she told me shes not finishing my nails wow and I even tipped her 10% anyways.
