If I could give 10 starts I would. Alli I made my first wax almost completely painless and actually fun. She did a great job of distracting me with genuine conversation, all while making me feel totally comfortable (which I didn’t think was possible in that situation...ahem) She’s amazing! The place was also super clean and organized. I’ll definitely be going back.

I see Emma monthly for the infamous, awkward but necessary Brazilian; however, there is nothing awkward about it with Emma! Her kindness, gentle/calming, humorous and confident personality make my appointments feel like nothing less than spending 45 min with a close girlfriend! Her work is professional and her recommendations are always helpful! I feel confident leaving the grooming of my precious lady parts in Emma’s care!

Alli is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for 4+ years and she gives the best Brazilians I’ve ever had in 9 years of getting them.

This is the only place Ive gone to get my eyebrows done since I moved to Colorado over two years ago. And its bc I got lucky in finding a place that I like on the first try. Its so easy to make an appointment on their app. Ive been to this location dozens of times and I have ALWAYS been seen at my appointment time every single time. Theyve never once made me wait past my appointment time. I go to Carly and she is just super sweet and shes so good at shaping eyebrows! The pricing is reasonable. The location is clean and modern looking. The front desk staff is always prompt and friendly. They definitely have their stuff together at Waxing the City. Overall I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while after trying a few others, my last visit I had Emma and I was very happy with my experience and wax! She did a great job getting everything removed also very detail oriented and didn’t make me feel like she rushed and just wanted to get it over with. She was super friendly and just made it an overall great experience!

Slightly disappointing experience. I booked an eyebrow wax online with no issues and upon arrival was asked to fill out some intake forms. One of the intake forms was a questionnaire including a question on acne medication. It turns out one of the topical gels I use meant I couldn’t get an eyebrow wax. The staff was friendly and apologetic, and I appreciate and understand the rationale behind declining to perform a wax for fear of damaging my skin. However, I much rather would’ve been prompted for that information when booking instead of after arriving to my appointment.I’ve visited this location once before and had a wonderful experience, maybe it’s just a limitation of their online booking system but nonetheless was very frustrating.

Love this place everyone is very polite and great customer service! Molly is the best! I highly recommend her- my eyebrows are beautiful. She recommended eyebrow tint gel and instantly made them pop. Thank you!

Alli Hill is the absolute best!! I started seeing Alli at a different location just for brows/nose and followed her to this location because shes such an amazing person and cerologist! Always wanted to do more but always felt uncomfortable about it. I ended up expanding to a Brazilian and full legs because she makes the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely dont feel uncomfortable around Alli at all. Very personable and a blast to spend time with... even if it comes with a little pain ;) I HIGHLY recommend booking an apt with Alli. All the ladies there are fun to be around. Im so happy KJ moved to this location as well because she is very friendly and I love chatting with her while I check in! Great vibe!

The staff is always so friendly, and I cant believe how quick they work. I have had waxing done at other places and an appointment that would take an hour takes waxing the city 30 minutes without losing any quality of work! I have been going to this location for a few years now and every time I go in I always have a great experience. Ive been seeing Molly the last few months, and I have to say how great she is. Again, very quick and precise, and so sweet.

I just started waxing in January and I go every month like clockwork. I met Emily S. my second time waxing and I will only go to her now because she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Really didnt love the experience here. I was pretty hesitant coming in as this was my first time trying a new company after my waxing woman at EWC recently retired. I got a Brazilian here by Lydia. Super sweet girl but she wasnt very knowledgeable about products. I say this because I let her know that I am very prone to in growns and wanted something to help the issue and all she could mention was that the products were better than EWC and great so I should buy them. She also did not do the best clean up job as there was still wax stuck to my back, and vaginal area.
