Ive been here 3 times and always for a pedicure.The shop is really nice, I came with my son bm and than again with my granddaughter, they both got full sets. I love the atmosphere and the security doors, I have seen the lady Sue some are complaining about but have never witnessed what they are saying, overall everything seems in order, and in life you cant please everyone.

This place never disappoints no matter who’s taking care of your hands or feet! Clean place, taking COVID precautions as well. My favorite nail tech is Sue “the nail finesser”. She will do whatever design and bling you out!!

This place is super clean. I love how they take extra precautions for the safety of the customers. I’ve never seen another shop so advanced in protecting the customers, while also providing exceptional customer service as well as TOP!!! QUALITY work hands down!! The best nail shop in Miami!!! If you want to feel comfortable and well taken care of where ever your from this place is worth the trip or drive!!! I highly suggest this place and will definitely be returning!!!

Ive been a loyal customer to this nail shop for over 20 years. And its disheartens to me that I must share this bad review. Its one bad apple that spoils the bunch! Ive kept my mount close for sometime now to received poor treatment after arriving 15 min late to my appointment. And my appointment had not begone due to nail tech wasnt finish to begin with. I will no longer be apart of the rude staff member Sue, that is. I will take my business some place else. She make the whole services look bad. She even gets into it with her own mother and co-workers in front of clients.

Golden Nails is okay. This was my first time at this place. I cant speak for ALL the staff but the person I had didnt know how to polish very well. My little cousin polishes better than this. The lady scrub my feet okay but for it to look like this coming out of the nail shop is awful. I am a type of person that is not going to get Ratchet I just wont go back or if I do I will not go to the same person. I dont know her name but she is an older women that sit at the end where the bathrooms are of the pedicure section. I am very honest with my reviews I speak on my personal experience I even posted a picture to show so people dont feel that I am being disgusting.

On a Sunday, I waited an 1 hour and 10 mins for my nails and it just sucks that by Tuesday for my trip, my nails chipped and I don’t have a very rough job. I won’t get my nails done from there again but on the good side, my eyebrows came out amazing and so I’ll only go to them for that.

The place is unpleasant. I called and asked questions about a pedicure. When I went to my appointment she told me the price I gave you is only for your nail color not the pedicure. I specifically called for a pedicure smh. Needless to say I left and will never be returning.

I went in for a refill & My nail fell the same day,They left all the dead skin on my nails I had gel nail polish all my fingers, ALOT OF RUSHING & POOR WORK !DISGUSTING PLACE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN !

I’ve been faithfully going to this place since I was 12 years old, I’ll be 31 in a few days. The family and the whole atmosphere of the shop is so welcoming. I only go to Susan to do my nails. She takes her time with each client. She doesn’t rush and takes extreme pride in her work. Her nail station is always clean, she makes sure that her last clients mess doesn’t stay for the next client unlike some other nail places. She’s worth every Pennie, I always leave satisfied. The amount of compliments I receive from men and women on my nails are sometimes overwhelming. I always suggest her. Trust me, you’ll never want to go to anyone else. She’s worth the wait.

She cares about your nails and knows how to care for them. I usually go undecided on what to get on my nails; she delivers and never disappoints!! They did a good job on my nails. But they are very rude. I just want to enjoy my time away from day to day stress amd they did not help with that at all.

You know how you could go to a nail salon and feel completely rushed and they just do the bare minimum on your feet???? Not this place, and surely not with Debbie. Susan you really need to learn the definition of customer service and respect. Being a flip mouth is the norm for you and its sad. Grow up and take in consideration that the way you handle and speak to others will speak louder than the rhinestones & glitter. Pump your breaks and adjust your attitude grasshopper.

Hands down this is my favorite nail salon! ive been going here since i was little. the service is great, and the prices are affordable. my favorite nail tech is Susan! id recommend her, to everyone! shes super nice, super patient, and super happy! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE!

Love this place but sometimes the wait time is a bit long. They do not accept credit cards or debit cards on Fridays because they are extremely busy. I never go on Fridays because the wait is ridiculous but the service is always good.

I love this nail shop!!!!! Sue did my nails and she Slayyyyyed them I LOVE HER!!!!.. she’s fun, fast and efficient and she adds her little touches to the nails. The price is affordable and the shop is clean..I would definitely recommend her and the nail shop to anyone.

Susan (shes sassy, but great) is my go to person. If she isnt there everyone else does awesome work. Pack your patience, but they will definitely get the job done.

My nail bed was in perfect condition Susie just popped off my nails with no care in the world causing my nail bed to be extremely week. Then after I said I DONT WANT GEL POLISH ANY MORE SHE SAID WEKK I ALREADY WROTE IT SO I CANT CHANGE IT WHICH WAS A LIE..HOW DID MY TOTAL COME UP TO $96 FOR A OVERLAY AND POLISH ON MY FEEL AND MY SISTER GOT ACRYLIC WITH POLISH ON HER FEET.She has favoritism in her clients if your not a day to day client dont go!!!!!! and she will have a attitude reading this but I DONT CARE. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO HERE NOT EVEN IF I WAS PAID TO I had healthy nails now they are ruined!! and may I mention a lack of customer service!!!!

I was going here for over a year and my nail tech was Su. She does great nails but lacks customer service skills. She can be rude and unprofessional. She’s first come first serve, so be prepared to wait or get into an argument with her other clients about who was there first. So to say the least is it unorganized. Also, she doesn’t have a set price for nails or designs, so be prepared to price a different price on every visit for the same set.

Listen Sue is The BEST she didn’t like my other nails i had on and popped them off and worked a miracle on my nails the price was worth it she is my new nail tech

If youre looking for a gel mani/pedi, dont waste your time. An older lady did mine and she gave me an attitude the whole time. It looked like something I could have done at home by myself. And not even a full week later, you can see the polish lifting. Now less than two weeks later the manicure is so bad I was able to pull the polish off my whole nail without any remover/acetone. I was rushed and uncomfortable the whole time. My first and last time doing nails or anything else there. I believe if someone is going to pay you to do something, you should give them your best, not do a half job and take their money. I wish I could get my money back, I regret going there.

YOUR NAILS COME OUT LIKE YOU SPENT $150 (spent half) My experience with su has always been amazing !!!! Ive been coming here since I was about 6 years old with my mother and ever since Ive been a regular customer . She makes sure shes goes out her way to do your nails perfect, shes a strong personality but she is so sweet and genuine and she wont let you walk out ugly handed lol !!!!

I did medium length acrylic coffin nails, and they made my nails look absolutely amazing. Three nails broke off 2 weeks later though. It costed about $40.

Let me start off by saying I love my nail tech Sue and my pedicurist Jojo ❤❤❤. I found this place by mistake back in March while looking to get my nails done for my bday. I cant even remember what salon I was trying to find, lol. The atmosphere is inviting and the techs are friendly. Sue is very talented and great at what she does. She never rushes you and gives each client her best. She is a highly sought out tech. Wtbs, dont sit in her chair if youre in a rush. I never really know what I want, so I usually give her a base idea and let her do her thang on my nails. She is a bit pricey but maybe its because Im frugal, lol, and Im just getting into nails. But I will say this, you get what you pay for. So make sure yall go to this salon and check her out as well as Jojo.

I came across Su from a friend on IG, our very first initial meeting she was pleasant. That was about 3 years ago. Since then I had to find a new nail tech because I moved. Now that Im back working in Miami I decided to go back to her. Immediately I walk in I was greeted with a strong acrylic odor. It was so strong it gave me a major headache. I get there I greeted Su with a hug, she was hesitant and I thought it was very rude nonetheless I stayed. When she spoke to me it seem she was in a rush. I can honestly say I did not enjoy my visit. I was toss to a nail tech without consulting with me first. On top of that the pedicure Lady filed my toes so short after I told her not. After my pedicure I left didnt bother to get my manicure. I definitely wont be coming back nor support this establishment. Getting pampered should be a fun experience not make you feel rushed as if youre in a flea market. For those who enjoy such treatment kudos to you.
