I called this place before coming and the guy that originally answered seemed frustrated but put me on the call who actually did my nails when I arrived. When first walking into this place it is very warm as they dont have AC and for one that is not from the area it was pretty hot. The lady that did my nails was amazing though. Although the shape was not equal through all of them (which I will have to fix at home) she took her time and was very easy. Usually I get scared when people get out the clippers or scissors but she was very gentle with both my hands and feet. Instead of getting the regular pedicure I got the deluxe for $8 more and you get about 25 minutes of extra massage time. I will be back for sure due to the price and the service.

Did a very nice cleansing and scrubbing my feet and nails I love the quality and nails outstanding but the customer service on the other hand was horrible having many clients wait for hours . Cutting off while we spoke, talking with an angry tone to customers while many clients states they will not step feet back in that salon based on the tone and mood of her communication with us customers.

There was a long waiting and the man charged me $27 dollars for my nails. I asked for a medium length and I ended up to with a small.🙄 worst service ever I wanted to cry.

Settled on a basic manicure because nail tech didnt know how to do coffin shaped nails. Never will return.

They dont sanitize their tools, they think alcohol kills everything, they talk about the customers and was rude with their intern and just sitting there i seen them do a rush job on a few people feets and people said they werent coming back so i didnt waste my time i left
