I went to Venetian nails about two weeks ago and asked for ombré and this is what was done by the guy who sits in the very front of the shop. When I told him this looks off he laughed and said this was ombré.. I left the store disappointed this is no where near ombré and I already lost 4 nails… I will say the lady who did my pedi did a great job not sure what her name is but she sits on the last row on your left hand side she’s the first one. I would not recommend this place for nails

I will never visit this shop again. The owner was rushing the employee who was doing my pedicure so that they could get all the clients in and out. I didn’t even get the chance to ask for a certain pedicure nor did I get the chance to enjoy it. I paid $55 for a basic pedicure. My massage chair had a glitch that wouldn’t stop the rollers on the headrest.But I guess being money hungry makes you lose business.

I decided to get my nails done here before my wedding - worst decision. I came in on Thursday, my wedding was on Saturday and on Sunday I had 3 broken nails after a gel manicure. I made my appointment with Nina but when I arrived the guy at the front told me to go with another lady who he said was “an artist” so I trusted his judgement. It was a Cuban lady, she was just very impolite and rude. When I showed her an image of what I wanted, she tried to persuade me into doing a French mani since that’s what’s usually done for weddings. I politely declined and told her to simplify the half moon design I wanted. I let it go because I wanted to try to relax before my wedding and since I usually do my own nails, this was a treat. She put 1 base coat and 1 coat of color. I told her to please put another coat and she said no. I told her the gel wasn’t going to be thick enough and she told me to then be careful with my nails before the wedding - there was no point in arguing. But on my way out, my nails were so flimsy I could bend them.. I knew they weren’t going to last. The experience was just so uncomfortable and the customer service was so poor. I will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend.

I went in for nails and apparently came in before close. The gentleman at the front told me that they were still open. However, the staff was very displeased and did not hide it at all. This Cuban lady that was doing my nails told me about how late I came in and to not do it again. She was really rude and even screamed at me because I took my hand out early from UV light. It was such a weird and uncomfortable experience. I paid them and tipped both women because I did recognize that they did a good job and I did come in late. But the customer service was terrible especially the Cuban nail tech. I would not go there again ever. When you pay 75 dollars for a gel mani and pedi the last thing that you want is to be stressed. Very bad training and management issues. This should have been a seamless ordeal it’s not the customers problem that you are disgruntled because you have to stay late.

Clean and doesnt have that common smell of acrylic like other nail places. They place plastic bags over the tubs where you soak your feet. The nail technicians wear gloves to do your feet. The staff is nice and the materials they use are clean. It doesnt look like they are reusing the same material for each client. The prices are average but definitely not cheap.

Horrible service! The lady charged me $48 dollars for a full set with gel nail polish (I didn’t mind the price). However, the nails were ridiculously wide and bulky! When I confronted the nail tech, she stated “there’s nothing to wrong with the nails, I can redo them but you have to pay for them again” and walked away extremely upset. About 5 minutes of me waiting (refusing to leave with my nails looking like this), a male nail tech who has previously done my nails before said “well I don’t have time to do your nails today” and also too walked away. Of course they didn’t care since I made the mistake of paying them before telling them I didn’t like them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS & THEIR NEEDS.

The employees of this SPECIFIC location are walking around their establishment and even EATING in front of customers without a mask. Freely. DURING A PANDEMIC where numbers are RISING.Please, go to the Gulf Stream location. Really sad to give this experience 2 stars since this place was good 2 years ago when I was here last. But they suck now. Nobody works together. Nails clearly look bad and uneven and they don’t even care. They continue to do your nails and each nail looks different. My right hand is wayyyy shorter than my left. Nails are different shapes. My moms nail was broken and this is how they “fixed” it. Do not go here. It’s a waste of money.

I had a good enough experience getting my nails done at this location. However, I made the mistake to ask if I could get my eyebrows waxed...The technicien tried a new technique: poor scolding hot wax on my lid, burn them, and then remove a nice thin layer of skin form the eyes. It leave you without hair, or skin on your eyebrows... Thats... not nice. I have a scab for a week, my eyelid peeled and I now have a scar.When I called to complain, it took me 3 days before I could speak to someone who could not care less about my issue.

I DO NOT recommend this place! I’ve done my nails for over 6 years now. I’ve gone from regular, acrylics, dip.. you name it i’ve tried as well as various of nail spas. So far this has been the third non recommendable place I’ve gone. They lack at customer service, they only treat you like you are a money sign. The quality of the products are very “cheap” and non durable. They even charge you up to $10 dollars to fix just two nails when it wasn’t even yours fault what products they use. Walk ins are “welcome” but there was lady that walk in and the front desk said that she will be taken care of after the other customer with the lady technician that she wanted but then out of nowhere another lady came in and the nail technician said that “she had an appointment” when she mentioned that she was free, so the other lady that was already confirmed left which of course was absolutely right! Also, the way they do nails are not the “typical” way unless you do regular but they make them extremely thin from everywhere on top of them using from my opinion (observation) extremely “cheap” products. On top of that, the ones in charge of the place are always blaming and arguing with the front desk of “misplacing” money from the two times that I went. I am extremely unsatisfied with this place. There is a lot of extremely good places out there for you to try instead of this one (in my opinion).

This was my second post covid reopening visit. Sadly, covid precautions were not taken. Several of the manicurists didn’t wear masks or wore them under their nose. No chairs were wiped. I am so disappointed by my nail Tech whom the whole time was saying she was the best in there and she was gonna do them a different way so they can last longer, well my nails have only last me 5 days, I paid so much and they already all cracked, definitely not worth the price, get better equipment your product doesnt last. Love this place! Peter does amazing on my pedicure. But the eyebrow ladies don’t do a great job at waxing. My eyebrows are thick and after she waxes them . I couldn’t believe how THIN she made my eyebrows look. I am completely not satisfied with my eyebrows and now it would take another month just to fully grow them out and get them done somewhere else . But PETER IS OUTSTANDING AT PEDICURES.

Wow! I had Clinton do my nails (fill). I told him I didn’t want them to be thick and chunky, and to file them more coffin- like. He surpassed my expectations, made them look so beautiful and fixed everything. I will definitely be driving from Hollywood to come here

Do not go to Angel. They are under new management now and the service is horrible. The new owner need to enforce the rules, customer service, and the state board criteria. Angel does not want to scrub your feet properly nor does she want to buff your regular nails to smooth them out. I was a customer for 8 years. Now I am looking for someone else

Terrible place to do your nails, none of the nail techs know what they’re doing and it’s completely dead in there. How is this place still running?! My advice ladies, find another nail place. Do not even consider it! The other venetians might be better than this place 🤦🏾‍♀️

Tiffany does a great dip on nails. However, the salon does not care if customer has an appointment. Twice, I was kept waiting for over 25 minutes into my appointment time because Tiffany had another customer. The manager is a bit discourteous with few social skills. Won’t be returning to this nail salon. Don’t count on being taken at the time of your appointment. If you have other things to do that are timely, go elsewhere. There are lots of options.

I love this place. Every time I go there I have the best experience. I always see Jen each time I go there . Jen is awesome she is very detailed and never in a rush. I am a hard person to please when it comes to my hands and feet and Jen never disappoints. All the staffs are awesome and friendly. I have recommended this place to friends and family and they have told me that their experience was awesome.

I love this nail salon!! I came in the other day without an appointment and they still took care of me along with everyone else who had appointments. The technicians are very kind and considerate and they only use the best brands of nail polishes. They were very fast and efficient too! I should have read the reviews prior. Wish I received the name of the nail technician but she was on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails! I asked for the dip polish, and my nails should be shiny and smooth but they are rough and bumpy. Also, on one of my nails, there is a significant amount of glue residue. I will not be returning.

I love this nails spa! I love how they have plastic bags where you get your pedicure and change it every time they have a new customer because it reassures me that it is clean and free from anything. I used to go somewhere else and I took my mom once and she got athlete foot which was just horrible. I love how clean this salon is and the service they provide!

Overpriced and not quality polished

This is my go to spot for mani & pedi. Service is typically good. Prices are fair, a little overpriced for certain services. I gave 4 stars because I normally schedule ahead of time with specific nail technicians & sometimes they’re not there on time. They would then put me with someone else. Other than that I love Venetian Nail Spa!

Lets just say from when they started till now its gotten horrible. Yes, its nice and clean. Very appealing and also give you refreshments. However, Front desk (manager/owner) was sleeping when I walked in. The staff clearly dont do things correctly or even try to genuinely correct them. They dont hire professional people or knowledgeable people. MY NAILS FELL OFF AFTER 2 days! Sucks! I WAS a loyal customer, I wont be coming back here again.

Good place. Sometimes my nails don’t last well here and sometimes they do. If you get a good nail technician you can have a good experience but it really depends who you get.

I totally love this place, I go there every two weeks with my mom and sister. We always make the appointment with Amida, which is the nicest and best technician there!It’s clean a clean and fancy place!

I paid for an ultimate pedicure and was not given what l paid for. I was told that he had an appointment which is why he skipped steps.Then ontop of that, he didnt remove all of the old polish before doing a fill in and applying new polish. It is not worth the money! I will not come back here. Totally disappointed!

Probably the most embarrassing customer service experience I’ve ever had. I work late so I’m available after 7p. I make it to the salon at 7:15p and no one looks up to say anything. Finally at 7:27p an employee comes and asks what I need and I say that I want to remove my nails. He says it’s too late and it’s not enough time and everyone wants to go home. They close at 8pm. I’m like don’t worry about doing a manicure, I just want the nails off because they’re hurting me. They say they can’t do it at this time. 45mins? No one could complete a service in 45 mins? While there’s clearly an employee available standing talking to the other employee who is servicing a customer. This is an establishment I came to constantly but needless to say I will NEVER spend another dime here again.

I’ve come here for several years and the atmosphere was great. I came today and while waiting for my husband to get a pedicure I’ve witnessed employees fighting and yelling at each like this was a flea market. The drawers are falling apart and the “owner” Michelle was preoccupied getting a mani/pedi herself. It’s sad to see such nice establishment go down the drain. I will not be returning here again.

Terrible service! I got there 9:35am there’s only like two nail techs and one in the front desk using her mobile phone texting! The moment I entered the salon, they don’t greet me and didn’t even asked me what I want?! They just look at me and I told the lady I want to get pedicure. So lady told me to pick up the color, then I waited there for like 5mins.. mind you there was no customer yet, I’m the only one. So here comes the tech namely Mickey?! (Im not sure of the name) an asian lady tech giving me a look like what are you getting?! Like she’s kinda annoyed.I was telling her what I want and she just told me “put your feet on the water! “ so I have no idea if she heard what I want. So anyway I let her do her thing. So when I started looking at my feet, It was a round shape that she’s doing. I told her I want short and square! And she answered me back raising her voice like that’s the square tip and she’s giving me an attitude early in the morning! I’m like that doesn’t look square to me! And she keeps insisting that it’s a square then she walk out she told the other tech to do my pedi for me.-if you’re in a business like this you should’ve be more welcoming, friendly to customers and do your job professionally! If you’re having a bad day at your home! Don’t bring it at your work!

Easily the most expensive nail salon in north Miami and they do the worst jobs. Gel manicures are so simple yet they manage to do a terrible job every time. They’re my last option if I’m desperate and no one else has any openings and i regret it every time. Day 3, missing two nails and one chipped. If i go back and tell them they’ll charge me to fix them. Trash. Don’t go. Go to Nails 4 U down the street . Lot of the girls there don’t speak English but they’re 10x better.

The place is very nice and relaxing but the lady in the front is extremely rude. She told the technician to put a color that was going to match my toes and it was completely off! I had to re do my toes again! I was in a rush and they made me waste more time. A lot of the technicians are lazy like DON! Not the first person I take here and its not happy with their service. Specially the first person who welcomes with a fake smile and rude!

These people are so nice and treat others with kindness and respect. There gels last so long as well as there normal polish. This place is the best in Miami.

Yesterday I got my nails done by a lady named Angel. I had asked for match gel nail polish and regular, which I picked the set. But realized after when I got home, the paint on my toes nails DID NOT even match the polish on my hands. Completely disappointed I paid $70 for the services and the polish did not match. This has not been the first time that this has happened to me from this location.

This Venetian Nail Spa location is so great!! I came in late before they were closing desperate for a mani/pedi before traveling the next day and they gladly accommodated me. Did a great job and didn’t rush. Thank you so much!!!!

So I went in with some friends for manicures. They both got gels and I got the SNS powder nails. I was a little surprised that they didnt sit us together but fine. Mai did my manicure and I was very happy with it. He listened to what I wanted as a new customer and when I pointed anything out he fixed it. Turned out really nice! However, last time I got my SNS nails done back home in GA, they lasted three weeks. I really only went to have them redone because they were getting too long; theyd barely even started chipping in the corners. This manicure? Within maybe four days, 7 out of 10 nails were cracked way up on the nail, some in multiple places. I dont physically work with my hands much for my job so for $45 plus tip I was not so pleased.I went back in and they were very nice and apologetic and had Mai redo them. I guess maybe he had an appointment coming up shortly because instead of taking them off and starting over, he just shaved off the top layer and put an extra layer on top. Didnt make much sense to me to add a third layer if the bottom two were still cracked. They looked fine even though a few were a little less smooth than before. I had my fingers crossed they would hold up better. The next morning I got up only to look and find one had already cracked. Its been a few days since the fix and I have four cracks, two of which came off the nail entirely. Disappointing.I really wanted to like it. Everyone seemed very nice and capable. I liked Mai and they way my nails looked. I just wish they were better quality. I dont want my manicure to crack so quickly, especially not if theyre supposed to last at least two weeks. Overall, Id like to go back for another try but otherwise I might look elsewhere.

First time visit to Venetian. In town for weekend before Caribbean visit. Made an appt at shop. Got there & took a seat at back in pedicure chair to wait. Within 15--20 mins. A tall young man named Kevin greeted me. I chose Signature Spa Pedi with a lavender scrub hot towels & massage.Kevin was great. A firm yet gentle touch & very efficient. He did a perfect job on my feet and same with gel mani.If you go to this location, you will be pleased if you get Kevin. 🌺🌺🌺
