The best nail salon I have been too! Alex is the best and never fails to make sure that I leave happy and completely satisfied. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no regrets! I even bring my man along with me from time to time. All the staff is super nice and friendly. Plus they play the best movies while you get your nails done. If your thinking about coming, don’t think just do!

I am very picky about my nails so after quarantine ended, and I was able to get my nails done again, I started by letting them do a gel pedicure. They did such a good job I came back to get dip powder on my hands and it turned out beautiful. I am, again, very particular about shape and they did an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is nice, and they always have a good movie on. They get busy so book in advance or come first thing in the morning then you can grab your Starbucks next door after!

Had mani gel and regular pedi. Attached pics are 2 days later. I verbalized my concern and my disatisfaction right in there showing the person in charge what the end product looked like but he was very unprofessional and all is wanted was the money. Rachel didn’t know what she was doing. Poor job. Don’t use her ask for someone else. Would not go back there just the fact that Alex the person in charge didn’t care about my concern when I addressed it

The stations are clean, the staff is friendly and there are plenty of polish colors to choose from. Ive visited several nail salons in the area throughout the last few years and this one is definitely a hidden gem. My gel polish lasts two weeks (or more) without chipping or lifting.Although they are super flexible with scheduling, I suggest making an appointment because they can get busy!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years but due to covid, i haven’t been in a year. i came recently and i got my nails done and i was once again satisfied by their great service. they always do such a great job with my nails. i’ll never stop coming here :)

The light skin girl who works there did an awful job on my simple white manicure. She had the biggest attitude ever while doing it. 2 acrylic nails she put on were crooked & when i mentioned it to her she said she couldn’t do much to fix it. Then the salon over charged me by what was stated on the phone when i originally asked the price. DONT COME HERE! Just attitude & not good service

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this review because Alex is very kind and professional however, his wife Amy is unprofessional and rude. I have been going there for over five years because there have been good techs.I had an appt at 12:30 she called and asked me to come early. I do my best (to help her). I arrive at 12pm and then wait until 1pm 🤔. When I inform you in the future to please just reschedule me I don’t mind shes ARGUED (yes argued) with me and wouldn’t stop. Never again this is why all the good techs leave AMY!

I was helped by Alex. He did my nails quickly and well. The place is clean, organized, and they follow appropriate rules for Covid. The prices, I feel, are excellent. Waiting time was almost none. Parking can be a little difficult because there are many shops in that plaza, but not impossible, certainly nothing that will stop me from going back.

I was recommended by my cousin to come here and I’m glad I listened. It was my first time getting tips done, Amy did an incredible job on my nails and was super friendly. The staff was also very kind and gave exceptional service. I would say they’re a thousand times better than the nail salons in New York even. Wish they had this kind of service where I’m from!Amy is also starting her business selling cute mugs. Ask her about them ☕️ 🌺

Great place to get nails done they are not expensive compared to other places in the area and they do a great job. Pro tip you need to make an appointment they do get very busy especially on Fridays.

I got dipping powder done by Alex. He was great and pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed my experience thoroughly. I came based off seeing someone elses nails and after asking where she got them done she told me here. That doesnt always work out, however, Im glad it did this time. I got a pedicure as well and Helen was fabulous!! Took her time and was extremely detailed with her craft. I appreciate you guys - thanks for making my day brighter.

Long time costumer and will never change! The staff does a great job and are always courteous. I really appreciate the extra safety measures this salon has implemented to keep costumers safe as we try to live a new normal with the COVID-19 pandemic. 10/10 would recommend!

Ive here twice, the first time it was by chance I just pulled into the plaza and was thankful that there was nail salon. It was late and I was so scared they were going to turn me away but they didnt! It was my second time doing dip gel and I was so happy with the way they came out and how long they lasted without it chipping or breaking. I dont live near this salon but after a few horrible experiences at other nail salons where I live in Downtown Miami, I will gladly make the drive! I cannot remember the guy that did my nails name but he was quiet, which I dont mind because I like to listen to books on my phone, but he did an amazing job. Im so happy been getting loads of compliments on my nails.

I was in the area so I popped in for a polish change and they were nonchalant about advising me that they were completely booked. I felt like if I wanted a full service that they would have seen me today. I was a referral and I do not live it the area so it was a disappointing experience.

I was recommended to The Nail Room by a very, very good friend of mine. I was looking for a place that would do an excellent job and this place does just that. I had my nails done by Amy, she is amazing she does exactly what you want. The ambiance is friendly and you feel very comfortable. This place is the SUPERB. I really recommend it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Nail Room does AMAZING work! I have been going there for years and Ilive far from the salon, but I do not care that is the only salon that I WILL EVER go to get my nails done. The level of professionalism, courtesy and creativity is unmatched with any other salon.

I love this place. It feels like I’m at home or a friends house. As soon as I come in they all greet me by my name. I love that. I like to feel like we’re friends. Since I’m there every other week, knowing my name should be basic customer service, it isn’t in most salons. They go above and beyond to make sure that you like your nails before leaving. They give you ideas and help you make the hardest decision (your nail color for the next two weeks lol). I couldn’t be happier with them. I love them. I recommend them to everyone. I’ve done my nails with Amy, Alex and another girl and they are ALL great.

I went to get my nails done for my baby shower on Sunday June 30th. I was late to my appointment and they still manage to get my nail done on time because the manager was so courteous. I mess up my nail and called them and they told me to come in at no charge. When I went back he gives me a completely new set. I definitely will come back! They have overall the best customer service and hospitality. They treat you like family.

I’ve been coming to the nail room for the past 3 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They’re professional, have amazing customer service, and super clean. To the young lady who had an issue with the manager, I was in the salon during this so called “unpleasant” event.She tried to walk out of the store after being serviced WITHOUT PAYING. I don’t know what nail salon she has ever gone to where they remove gal nail polish FOR FREE. Then she proceeded to tell the manger she’s been coming for a year and that service should be free for her.If she was such a loyal customer she WOULD know what the prices are!

The nail room always provides such wonderful work to their clients. Everytime I leave, my nails look beautiful and last long!!! They always make you feel welcome and at home. I would recommend to everyone

I’ve been coming to the nail room for over 5 years, every two weeks and never had a problem. I started going to Stephanie and once she moved I’ve been going to Lam. Lam is always very nice as well as the remaining of the staff. Greet me by name!

I came back for the first time in a while and the guy that worked on my nails was super nice, i recommended this nail shop to everyone, including my social media but I recently came back to get a broken nail fixed, walked in and they same guy said they’re “booked” like ... 🤔. i definitely feel like his energy was off and he was just being rude & just didn’t want to fix my nails but stay blessed.Customer service 3/10. would not recommend coming again.

The worst customer experience. I used to come here for almost a year, I was a regular Customer but I’m not goIng back anymore.First of all, You could book your appointment and they will not have any consideration of Your Time. You can wait up to an hour for your turn. Also there are always misunderstandings with the employees working here. I asked for prices over the phone before making my appointment and after the service you get charged a completely different price. They don’t honor their word and the manager doesn’t care if they are wrong, he won’t admit their mistake or try their make things better. He told me it doesn’t matter how long I wait, they see who they pick first based on the service... so why make an appointment first of all?!! I saw to ladies who arrived later being called first. He was really rude and didn’t even care that I was a loyal customer, he just kept insisting I was wrong all the time and showed no respect or consideration.Complete incompetency and lack of management abilities and customer service.I wouldn’t recommend it anymore

Honestly this place pretty gross. The walls are so dirty and the pedicurist who did my pedicure came over with a nail clipper and two cuticle clippers in a box, not the sanitizing wraps that are used in normal salons. I wouldnt recommend this place. They take forever to do a basic job. I came in for a gel polish change on my hands (i myself took off the previous polish and came in with clean nails) and a basic pedicure. I have been here for an hour and a half. There is nothing special about this place. NOTHING.

They did amazing my nails are so pretty and I hope I got time to come back again. They can also do 3D work and I got a 3D sunflower on my ring finger

Alex and Amy are very good at what they do. If you are unsure of what you want done, they offer recommendations.

They are too fast but too rude as well. I was there with my baby and the guy looks like upset because my kid was talking a lot, he wasnt patient at all. I dont recommend this place at all. Also they have high prices 35doll for manicure gel only. There are many places around where you can have a nice manicure by 30doll. I also have to resort one of my nails because he left a gap without painting.

Came in for emergency full set. Had to set an appointment then I got a call telling me the appointment was cancelled because they had too many WALK INS!! The NERVE! I WALKED IN and was immediately told I had to make an appointment. And the owner wants to respond with they dont think I came there! I KNOW where I went and THIS WAS THE EXACT LOCATION!

Ive come here a couple times. The person I go to for my manicure is Amy, and she is absolutely amazing. I show her a picture of what I want and she always does it perfectly. One thing I really dont like about this places is that you might have to wait hours if you are a walk in. One time, I got my manicure done, but was sitting in my seat with my feet in the water for over an hour and a half. In the end they didnt even have any one to take care of me and asked me to wait another hour. Two times before that I had to wait hours just for them to finish up my nails or get to my friends.If it wasnt for Amy I would never go to this place again.

Amy And Alex are amazing. The Gel they used are good product. And I always experience great costumer services.

I Drove from the very long way because I was recommended to the salon google shows they open at 10 AM on Sunday when I arrived there are two different signs of business hours, one says open at 10 another says 10:30, this is unprofessionally and a waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.

Ive been coming here for about 7 months now and i love it. Everybody here is friendly and chilled. Music or movies always playing. And my nails are always on point.

Used to come every 2 weeks on the dot for over a year and have been happy until a few months ago because the price of my nails were always inconsistent. One visit would be $45 then another would be $55 and there was a time where I paid $58 just for nails! But that wasnt the worst part. When Amy would do my nails she would be finished, all that was left to do would be to paint the clear coat over my nails but then she would sit me on the waiting bench and then start someone elses nails. Then I would have to wait 20 minutes for her to come back to me to put the clear coat and then have to wait another 5 minutes for them to dry when she couldve just taken the ONE minute to finish me first. that happened to me 4 times before I just got sick of it. Thier customer service with their loyal customers such as myself started declining and now I wont go back any more.

Arrogant staff! Lam is rude, Alex is bossy not giving you the cut or file nail that you want. RUDE! if you ask, they look at you nasty because you actually know how you want your nails. you pay! but they dont want your idea; only their way ... dont tip.. and DONT go back!

What a disappointment. I walk in to try and get a pedicure but everybody’s more concerned at what time they’re going to finish and at what time they’re going to go home.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service its shameful actually1- As I enter the receptionist simply pointed me towards the clipboard and said absolutely nothing,not even hello.2- I waited an hour before anyone even addressed me, to which I found ridiculous seeing that I was 1 of 2 walk ins with no waiting apts3- I found it disrespectful seeing that the nail technicians thought it was ok to do each others nails prior to mine and as well as be on there phones -I even took pictures4- In total bad customer service, unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude so its clear to say that I wont be returning.
