They are inconsistant with location. This is the second time I called to try and get my grandsons hair cut. I called to find out theŕe current location and the young lady that answered the phone hung up. This is a clear sign of poor service.

I dont know the barbers name but he messed my sons haircut up. My son had cuts on his forehead and neck. His line up is horrible! I am really upset, Ill never bring my son back here.

Haircut is fine, my guy was friendly but not talkative. My issue is he charged me $30 for a cut but from other reviews the cost is $20. Maybe cause Im white.Next morning after washing hair my wife took a closer look. Not happy at all. Hair on back of head is uneven and right side is longer than left. Not what Id expect for $30.

Horrible customer service at the 805 Pershing location, shop never open, hours listed on the door but dont bother theyre never there. When they are open youre lucky to see 3 barbers at one time and no one speaks to you when you walk through the door. Kids cuts $5 on Mondays? They are never there on Mondays, I was told to call the barber before I show up, then I was told I had to make an appointment. They are not organized and dont care about their customers time. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Try to support local black businesses but dont care if you dont care to honor the hours that YOU created. Trust me, dont waste your time. R U N!!!

This man was absolutely great! Very friendly, excellent service, and considerate conversation. He even shaped up my eyebrows! My cut is super saucy! Ill definitely be back!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a barber shop. The terrible service was immediately followed by the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I asked for a basic high fade. The guy cutting my hair (I refuse to call this guy a barber), asked about what to do with the top. I said, “barely cut it, just enough to clean it up.” The man’s hands smelled like cigarette smoke and he spent an hour changing a series of poorly charged/sharpened clippers pulling hair and cutting into my skin. Then he decides he will totally disregard my request of a little off the top and gives me a Buzz Cut!! Literally the worst haircut I’ve EVER received. My haircut at basic training was more enjoyable. DO NOT GO HERE!! TRASH!!

Great barbershop with amazing cuts. They even do a nice line up with a straight razor. I recommend to all my friends!

Went to new location on McCain. Store was empty except for one barber at the rear of the shop. I walked all the way across the floor and he never looked up from texting. I stood there for a few minutes until asked to sit. During the haircut he stopped 3 more times to continue texting. Shop looks OK till you look closely. Everything cheaply made and barber stations were a messFirst time I had a haircut that actually hurt! Not sure if it was bad or dull clippers but it hurt. Got a shave I didnt need or ask for. One other customer came in while I was in the chair. No greeting or acknowledgement from barber. Will not be going back.

Yall. Im fresh af right now. Maybe its just me... nah, its not, these dude can cut. I have never been to a barber expecting just a hair cut and been given the results I got today. Never has such attention to detail been paid to, not only hair, but my facial hair too. 10/10 will be back. Thanks man.

Tramale Wright was cutting the hair of my 17 year old daughter today and showed her very inappropriate videos of him and other woman, he also tried selling her hydros.I have contacted Mr. Wright my self via a phone call.I will be coming to the barbershop tomorrow, with police officers to file a complaint and or press charges.At the McCain mallBarbershop.

I give GoodFellas a one star for a couple reasons. A couple of GoodFellas barbers had a resverstion at bar Louie for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight. Now not all of the people in the party they had off 100 people were barbers, some were family and friends. I give GoodFellas a one star because a couple of the people in the party didnt pay their tabs. Some were just disrespectful. And some just felt plain entitled. All Im going to say is if you cant afford to go out and eat you shouldnt. As a barber you get tipped, as a barber you rely on disposable money to make a living. If you cant afford to eat at bar Louie you shouldnt come out to eat at all. If you cant afford to tip stay home.How would you all feel if I brought several people to good fellas to get a haircut and just left and did not pay you. You cost us money !

Too quick and not a good look at the end

Waited a total of 3 hours and didnt recieve any service. I ended up walking out after multiple people that showed up after me got cut first. Im sure they cut good, but lack in customer service. Im a white dude, im guessing thats why. But its all good, Id recommend Skillz barbershop. They give fresh cuts and have excellent service.

I let the mane grow out for November and Cam took his time and hooked me up with a bald fade and matching beard trim. Plenty of TVS to keep up with my sports world too.
