From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly and pleasant. I saw Dr. Ben Jeter for a second opinion. He didnt take unnecessary xrays, he took his time, explained the options and gave his honest opinion. Unfortunately it came down to the fact that Im getting older. 😯🤔 Say what?!!! I recently had a consult with Dr. Ben Jeter following a referral by my orthodontist for some cosmetic services. I was very happy with the consultation with him and his staff, who are knowledgeable, personable and reasonable regarding their recommended treatment for my case. He was honest and helpful in his reasoning which I always appreciate from a provider. The office has a nice presentation and their staff’s response time was less than 48 hours to get me scheduled. This is an office myself and my husband are now looking to switch to for our long term dental care due to their professionalism and overall integrity with their practice.

I am always very nervous about any work that needs to be done at the dentist because of past bad experiences, however i must say that the experiences here has always been very good. I have had root canals, fillings and cleaning with both doctors and they have always been patient and very careful. The ladies at the front desk are very polite, friendly and very helpful in getting you in last minute.

I was looking for a new dentist and was referred by a friend to try Jeter and Welch Dentistry. Off the bat, I was impressed with their 5.0 Google rating. That is amazing and outstanding!! Secondly, when I called, they were booked out to the first of May for cleanings. Too far out because I was having an issue with a loose or cracked filling. Within about an hour there was a cancellation and Robin got me in the next day for the cleaning and the following day to fix my filling. All the google reviews are TRUE. Robin and Jenny, the upfront ladies, make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. Courtney, my hygienist, was gentle, but very thorough - giving me squeaky clean teeth. And Dr. Ben is amazing. He is an artist with your teeth. His work is to perfection. And for all of you out there who might be afraid of needles, he is out of this world, a top-notch injector. And Dr. Ben’s assistant picked out the perfect filling color and seamless assisted him. The Best Dental Experience Ever!!

I’ve been shocked and disappointed at the big city dentistry racquet that’s around town now. I’ve had them tell me my teen had 6 cavities & the charges for fillings were several hundred dollars, some don’t even take insurance, sheesh! Not this place, conscientious, courteous, and NO price gouging. That would be 3 cavities & nearly all of it covered by insurance (less than $130 for all 3). Finally found a hometown dentist like it used to be, so thankful😇🙌🏼
