My visits are always great at this location. Leah at the front desk is awesome. Clarissa is who assisted me once in the back. I was in some pain when I arrived and she let me know she was going to take care of it. She the best. I had to go for a follow up and was hoping I got her again, and I did. By the time I left she had fixed every issue and did not make me feel as if she was annoyed. On that day, she was a God send. Great job!

AT FIRST I WASNT GOING TO WRITE THIS VIEW SO I DIDNT. BUT THE MORE I GO THRU MY DAY I CANT SLEEP REALIZING MORE AND MORE HOW THE LADY AT THE COUNTER TALKED TO ME LIKE A CHILD. I COULD HAVE EASILY SCREAMED BACK BUT I DIDNT I TOLD MYSELF THATS WHAT REVIEWS ARE FOR. SHE WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DARE TO NOT LET THAT HAPPEN AGAIN WITHOUT ADDRESSING IT NEXT TIME. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! Tina and Dr. Pagano took very good care of me while I received 4 fillings!! Dominique cleaned my gums my previous 2 visits and Leah at reception is always great!! They are very patient and try to make your dental visit as comfortable as possible!!

A new Dental office and a new Dentist is always daunting, but this visit was not that at all! I felt welcomed and safe as soon as I walked in the door. I felt that this office had my safety as number one in their priority list. The dental assistant, Clarissa, was very accommodating and concerned for my comfort and was very customer service oriented. She was gentle with those X-ray chips that goes in the mouth, yikes. Clarissa also made sure everything was cleaned before we left each room. She was very thorough and quick. I also loved that she changed gloves with each room. Safety First. AND the Dentist! Wow, so nice! He did my exam and showed me the X-rays and a very cool 3-D -360 view of my mouth/teeth. VERY HIGH TECH! I am very glad I came to the North Charleston Office! I can’t wait to get my teeth cleaned in May! Thank You all for a great experience!

I recommend Dr. Overstreet for your crowns. Hes skilled & his staff is always on the ball! Thanks Aspen, you did a great job restoring my sisters smile. Shes happy & eating anything she wants. All Aspen needs now is an Endodontist that could come in with their telescope & give free consults when teeth need root canal therapy. One stop! My sister used an oral surgeon came into Aspen for removing excess bony tori & a few extractions. I tried to set up for mine there, but I was referred to another practice for oral surgery. 😞 bummer

I am completing satisfied with Aspen dental. I got a complete upper replacement and a new partial. My bite is perfect, they are comfortable, they look good and the service i received was great. Thank you Aspen. And in addition the cost was great in comparison.

Great visit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Needed a denture repaired that broke in half. The repair was amazing.Denture was restored to like new you could barely see the line where the two half’s were put together.I will be going back at a later date to get a new upper denture made and use the repaired one as a backup.The dentist was very good describing my options I had and it was my decision as to what would be done.They took care of the insurance paperwork.I paid my portion and was done.Thank you to everyone there. It was a pleasant stress less visit.🤗

So far Ive had a pretty good experience with Aspen. I had a pretty bad toothache and made an appointment on Monday evening for Wednesday morning. I initially called North Charleston, but they were booked for over 2 weeks, so they transferred me to Mt Pleasant.The pain only progressed throughout the night and sleep was near impossible, so Tuesday morning I drove to Mt Pleasant to try to get an emergency appointment. They didnt have a doctor in at the time so they sent me to North Charleston, where they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in at 8am.I ended up having a cavity under a previous filling that required a root canal.Everyone was extremely friendly and not judgemental. I recently moved here from a small town in Illinois and had a poor history with the local dentist.This root canal was the wake-up call I needed to get my oral hygiene on track, and the friendly and helpful staff at Aspen is making the process far less stressful.I do not have insurance and they were able to get me a reasonable payment plan as well as some coupon discounts for all of the work that I need done in the future.

The dentist is amazing!! That’s the only good part of this practice. Half of the staff is kind and nice the other half are rude and could care less. Some of the dental assistants have no clue what they are doing and they are left unattended. Scheduling is terrible!! the first appointment they do whatever time you want, but the return appointments is you get what you get or don’t return. Don’t get dentures here unless you want to waste your money. I had to go somewhere else and get a whole new set made because one of these untrained dental assistants screwed then up and then they had “no openings” in the schedule. Do not recommend this place at all.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful to me. I am a quadriplegic and need help with doors and I was very excited to see how the team worked with me. Price was a little bit steep but I will be back.

I have had a horrible smile my entire life and aspen dental is getting it straightened. They have been great so far! Definitely will make them my primary dentist.

Had an appointment at 1 for a check-up and wasnt seen until 3:30. Mom was the only one in the office, so they were not busy. Once she was seen, was told she had no cavities. Then later was informed she did. I get it, you mis read the x ray, but a 3+ hour wait to be seen just for a check-up? You guys lost our business plus recommendations. Two stars because the facility was clean.

Scheduled my appointment several weeks ago and got to the office today only for them to tell me their HMO roster is full so I would be paying out-of-pocket for all services. It would have been nice for them to verify benefits prior to bringing me into the office since I left work early and drove across town. They said they are opening an office closer to where I live, but I don’t want to take any chance of this happening again so just going to seek services outside of Aspen. Staff was nice and apologized, but they need a better system. Beyond irritated because I’ve never had this type of trouble with a dental office in the past.

Perhaps the very worst experience I have had with a bait and switch. They advertise dentures at $399 per arch. I needed both upper and lower dentures. My insurance would pay half of the $798 leaving a balance of $399 to pay. I had the money to pay. The woman told me I could NOT have those dentures I must pay $845 per arch or nearly $1800, of course there were x-rays charged will be contacting to my insurance company since I am sure these people charged me. I am do disappointed in people who try to take advantage of elderly people. Dont use, Aspen

That GOD for the Aspen Dental in Mt. Pleasant, SC! Last week one of my crowns (Top Front Tooth!) came loose. Think Halloween! Yikes! I could not find any location of Aspen, in the greater Charleston area, that would see me to reseat the crown. N. Charleston was booked and West Ashley would not see me because the original work wasnt done there (huh?!). COVID 19 didnt help matters because everyone is trying to catch up on their dental work. The N. Charleston location was very pleasant and tried to fit me in... Having said that, I am a patient of Aspen Dental and I thought how long does it take to reseat a crown? The Mt. Pleasant location was happy to see me, right away! They reseated my crown! Im so thankful, I plan to make the Mt. Pleasant location my new dentist. I need a lot of work because I dont like going to the dentist and will put it off until it cant be put off. I struggle with embarrassment over how Ive treated (or not treated) my teeth over the years. The Staff was the best and definitely didnt add to my discomfort. Dr. Adams was very personable and provided clear and concise options and explanations. Thank you Mt. Pleasant Aspen Dental!

If I could give this no star I would. This facility tried to rip me off ended up getting infections. No calls back. I got a staff infection from the liquid going in and out of my nose to my mouth. Wouldnt prescribe me any pain meds. It was a terrible experience. The tried to submit fraudulent charges to my insurance. Still owe me money that I over paid for an implant post that I wasnt aware I didnt have. AWFUL RUN DONT GO HERE.

I had dental implant surgery at Aspen dental. Dr Porter and his staff did great job. The surgery took a little over an hour. I was afraid of the whole procedure, but Dr Porter and nurse Jackie discussed all issues and prepared me for the surgery. I like how they treat patients. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and politely. I gave four stars because of a 2.5-hour wait. I wish the office staff were more organized and cared about other peoples time when they scheduled appointments. I had called two days before the procedure and was told to be at the office one hour earlier to complete my paperwork. It took me 15 minutes to fill it, and I spent two and a half hours sitting in a hot car outside waiting. I asked several times when my procedure would start and did not get a clear response, so I had to be in my car all the time. Other than that, I was very pleased with my experience.

Aspen Dental on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is an excellent place to go for all things dental care. They have caring professionals that are knowledgeable and involved. I have been impressed with the quality of their work and care. They are well worth a visit if you need dental help of any kind.

Dr.Overstreet is the best. I’m really scared of the dentist and he made me feel at ease and was very gentle and caring. I’m so happy that I went to Aspen Dental and Dr. Overstreet is my dentist. I made an appointment to fix my tooth that was broken and they told me I would have to pay $3k plus to receive treatment! I’m guessing with the economy the way that it is right now almost every business is trying to make money, but you must keep in mind everyone situation is unique! I gave this office my financial crisis background from the time of making this appointment via telephone all the way up to the start of x-rays and they still quote me for an unrealistic amount! I told them specifically that I would be paying with cash! I know procedures can be expensive but I also know that $3k is unreal to fix a tooth (1 tooth)! So I still walked away with $244 poorer than when I made the appointment! I’m still back at square 1 with a broken tooth! Keep in mind they fixed my front tooth that is an implant a year ago and I only paid $300 w/o insurance! That’s a huge increase in price or like I said a rip-off!Very disappointed with Aspen

While traveling a filling fell out. Aspen Dental offered me a next day appointment, free exam/x-rays, and 20% off other services. I arrived an hour early, they got me in with a smile on their face. Leah, Robin, Cheryl, Dr. Clanney and Dr. Otterstreet were all kind, gentle, and communicated wonderfully about the procedures, pricing and future appointments. The next day, I feel great, no sore areas at all and this was a large molar filling.Thank you North Charleston crew!

So disappointing. My most recent visit, which was 16 July 20, was less than acceptable because they insist on selling fluoride to adults. Adults DO NOT need fluoride! They treat you like a customer, NOT a patient. This was the second time this has happened to me. Once in the West Ashley/Charleston office, and this time at the North Charleston office. I am done. Time to start seeing a family dentist, since they know how to treat a patient. I highly recommend you find a family dentist as well.

This particular Aspen Dental office has been great! I am someone who suffers from extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but the staff here is friendly, comforting, and understanding. Dr. Overstreet identified my dental needs quickly and helped me plan out future visits with treatment plans. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist.

I would like to personally thank Melody, Leah, Tina, and Dr. Overstreet. I’ve always had a great experience at Aspen Dental in North Charleston. I’ve been a patient with them for the past 2 years, and I don’t plan on using another dental clinic, based on the great service I always receive. From the time I walk in the door, every step is explained thoroughly. I can honestly say that I’ve never left there disappointed or feeling as if my concerns were not a priority.

I went into Aspen Dental for the first time a few weeks ago. I already knew what needed to be done and I was rather upset about it. You see Im going to have to have two teeth removed due to Diabetes. So the fact that Im about to have my FIRST body parts removed due to Diabetes is rather upsetting, but Aspen Dental took very good care of me. As I sat in the office of Ms. Robin, she proceeded to tell me how many millions it was going to cost to have those teethe removed, and then she went above and beyond the call of duty by applying a discount coupon to my bill that I did not know about at all. After the great care and understanding Ms. Robin gave me, I went home very upset. Upon arriving at home, my Bride informed me that we had a Dental Discount Card. I called Ms. Robin, not only was she very kind (again), but she gladly accepted the discount card and reduced my bill further. Ms. Robin was very helpful and kind to me when she did not have to be. I will continue to see Aspen Dental from this point on. Thank You Ms. Robin.

Bad service. This Aspen dental Wasn’t efficient, communication was horrible I had an appointment at 5:30 wasn’t seen for an hour. They were way understaff or they just lacked the skills. I was suppose to get a cleaning and A tooth fixed but they couldn’t do it.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for years now & they are honestly the best dental choice I could have made. They are all so polite, considerate of your needs & friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are properly taken care of and at you & their earliest convenience. There have been many time something unexpected happened with my partial and they get it taken care of the same day if not, as soon as possible.

Experience was fantastic. They did an evaluation and gave me the cost of all the work necessary. The staff was very caring and answered all questions and listened to my needs. I will be returning for additional work thatI need.

My husband called with a broken tooth that is bleeding and he is in pain. He was told that maybe they can get in in to see a dentist in a month! Certainly not what their advertising says. Very disappointed with their lack of concern or attention to a very real problem.

The end product was the bare minimum considering the cost. What is purpose of doing a mold if you are not going to use it?!

Somebody need to seriously take that West Ashley Dentist Doctor Brad or what ever her name back to school. I literally waist two hours in this office only to get referral oral surgery office. I walk out office still in pain and gotta schedule another appointment at the oral surgery office. This doctor help me on 09/28/20 and I had a feeling she was going to make a mistake. I usually great customer service. I am disappointed of this doctor. A professional dentist suppose have great knowledge regardless, if they working in another location. I think we all can agree that tooth pain is no joke and requires professional dentist knowledge.

Went in for free Examination due to lacking Insurance. Mrs. Robin was great in helping assist me on financial advocates for coverage what was needed. Just had my root canal done and will be getting Crown shortly everything has been great. Would definitely recommenced to my family or friends a 5 in my books.

This appointment was for my mom. She needed repairs to an old set of dentures. She told me how friendly and helpful everyone was. No one was pushy at all. She has recommended you to a friend. Thank you for being so good to my mom who is 88 years old.

I had a dentist appointment to go and get my teeth cleaned and looked at to get my cavities filled and when I called to make my appointment they told me I would be getting a cleaning and my teeth looked at for the ones that need to be filled well when I go to my appointment they don’t do a cleaning all they do is look at my teeth and tell me it gonna be 900 and somthing dollars to get my teeth filled and that my blue cross and blue shield insurance would not pay for it .when it said it would on the card . Worst experience ever Im so glad I found a better dentist then this one . I do not recommend anyone to go here for anything sounded like all they are worried bout is money and that’s it.

I was able to walk right in for my appointment and get my teeth cleaned. however, the tech cleaned my teeth before doing x-rays. i had to deny the cancer screening. They were gong to charge me for it without offering the service. I had to ask why I was being charge in order to decline a service I did not want or need.

Professional, took the time to explain all my options. They made an effort to keep patients and staff at a safe distance from each other. Patients temperature was taken before being seen. The staff wore mask and gloves at all times.

I want to thank Aspen dental for coming through when I needed dental work the most. I had broken my bottom denture by dropping it in the bathroom and was a little desperate. I had had my dentures for 16 years and had been procrastinating about new ones especially because of the pandemic.I called the emergency number and my old denture was repaired that day. I went ahead and began the procedure of being fitted for a new set of dentures. I picked them up yesterday and am very pleased. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff and they now feel like family.I highly recommend Aspen Dental and will be their patient for as long as I need them.

I really was impressed with the Service at Aspen Dental. The Gentlemen from the Front desk was very nice. My appointment was at 715 and I arrived at 655 before I could finish looking over my paperwork they was calling me to come in for my exam. The Xray technician was nice and very fast. I told her that she was wearing my favorite color purple. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. The Dr was very friendly to and she explained everything to me about my exam and what she recommended for me. Very pretty lady and very professional. The office Manager was nice also. She helped me with what I needed and went over everything in detail. Even the Beautiful Lady that did my impressions was nice. She told me everything she would be doing. I heard alot of great things about Aspen Dental and I got to experience a Great Team. Each person was very professional and I truly thank you All for being so nice and caring. Will be back soon. I’ve been using this practice for several years now, and have always had a great experience overall. There have been some scheduling issues, enhanced by COVID-19, but their team has gone above and beyond to make it right. I just got started on Invisalign with them, and don’t foresee ever switching dentists!

This was my first visit to this Mount pleasant office. The staff and Dr. was very understanding. I will be back for all my dental work .Thanks to all the staff for a great friendly welcome .

They say it will take a week before they will fix my denture. Not helpful at all. Paid thousands for defective equipment. Dont go here if you value your money, time, or peace of mind. Tried calling them twice, no one seems to care. Called another office branch. They can get me in tomorrow. Too bad the dentists here are nice, but office administrators and billing arent as much. Never easy to get in here and just get something done.

Aspen Dental made my second upper plate 1yr ago. My first plate was made over 40 years ago in Iowa. The first plate didnt lose teeth for 30 yrs. These have lost 3 in a year . Now they want to make me wait over a week to put the teeth back in. They sure didnt waste any time getting me in the office the first time.

I came to Aspen Dental in an emergency need.The entire staff from the reception desk all the way to the final ending was exceptional. They are very compassionate, caring, and devoted to their patients.Dr. Clanney is the best. I am definitely going to continue to have Aspen dental as my oral care provider. Very expensive and pricey,. uses third party financing that uses credit system to punish poor customers. No in house financing. Predator lenders where you need perfect credit. They did. not. help this Veteran. even though I had an open filling and my lousy. Fedvip Blue. insurance covered nothing. Still in pain. Thanks for nothing

From the moment you enter the front door you are greeted with a warm welcoming smile and a friendly greeting. All the staff members are knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I can honestly say that I don’t dread going to the dentist knowing how I’m going to be treated once I arrive. The dentists here know what they’re doing and explain every process before they start it. I will definitely continue using this facility and will also highly recommended this Aspen Dental location.

We went to Aspen for repair of a broken lower denture. It was fast, courteous and relatively inexpensive. Being a new client he received the required x-ray and consultation for free. So out of pocket, because he has no dental insurance,The cost was $153.

Terrible experience. Had teeth extracted 6 days ago and still in excruciating pain . Went in for post exam and adjustment was made and still still having jaw throbbing pain. Looking for another dentist to make pain go away that should have been gone after 3 days . I wont be going back.

I was really in a lot of pain when i went in and they treated me with care and kindness and understood how much pain i was in and helped me through it im really grateful that they were able to get me in and removed my tooth and now im doing better now i really appreciate what they did for me yesterday thank you so very much.

The experience was amazing and quick. I have been to a few other dentists and none of which explained to me exactly what was going on. Mr. Duke explained everything in detail. No of the other dentists would pull my tooth that was causing pain in my ear, but he did!!! Definitely satisfied.

The team was amazing. Following COVID19 CDC guidelines, I received excellent care. I was impressed with the xray tech the most it was the 1st time in my life I didnt gagged during xray.Not to mention I found out so much information regarding my dental care.One word Excellent

I actually was on my way home, from work and just googled dentist near me.. Aspen Dental was the closest and THANKFULLY so.I have had some dental work that needed addressing for the last year. It had been 5 years since I went to a dentist.As soon as I walked in Leigha at the front desk was so welcoming.I decided to use credit that the office offered. Once Amanda did all the research and told me I was approved, I went ahead and had a root canal done that day. Carol, was funny and really professional. The staff were so patient as it took quite a while to get my mouth completely numb.I cannot even tell you how much better my mouth feels now.Staff were great! Explained everything and were extremely accomadting and patient.

Walked in as a new customer had to get a root canal. First time ever to get one and I’ve always heard horrible stories about it. Long story short I did not experience any pain. Everyone was so nice, pleasant and professional I would highly recommend them!

A good experience and staff seemed knowledgeable. A few things struck me off but not terrible. I could smell smoke on one staff member and then the front desk person seemed to be having an misplace things day. Which we all have those days so it wasnt too out of sorts and she was sweet and seemed organized.

Not a good fit for me due in no part to the facility but to my insurance. The staff is excellent at all levels caring and professional,I simply couldnt afford the treatment at this present time. However, I would highly recommend their services.
