Terry is intelligent and personable. This is the third year that I have worked with her. In the past I had gotten extensions due to procrastination at another agency. She is confident and she puts me at ease. I like her and I will be back to see her next year!

I like the fact that the return kis done in front on the customer when they are there and not some other time. The customer knows that what they brought was reviewed. I also like that the individual doing the taxes takes the time to answer any and all questions.
