The staff is very nice and welcoming, but they are not very organized when it comes to managing appts and walk-ins. Better to call and ask the wait time right before you go. I made an appt. But when I got there they were too busy because of the walk ins and asked me to come back. That wasnt cool

I love the way she does my eyebrows. This is the ONLY place around here that gets them right!!! She knows me when I walk in and knows exactly how to do them. She knows when I’ve had them done somewhere else and they’re messed them up too lol. They also do good nails at a reasonable price!

The people there are very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately though thats all i can really say was positive about my experience. They charged me extra for a design which was just french tips. i was upset with how my nails turned out as well.

Very bad customer service. I was switched 3 times from tech to tech like I was not important. When another customer walked in, they left me and went to her. I never experienced something like that. It was at the high time of covid and no sanitary precautions were practiced. . It was the first and last time I visited that nail salon

I had a wonderful experience at Kims Nail Salon! Chris and Julie (husband and wife team) are both friendly, professional and pay great attention to detail! I walked in for manicure/pedicure and was taken right away by Julie who was very kind. She paid great attention to the problem areas on my feet, which I never had another nail specialist focus on in such depth. Since moving here, I have visited many different nail salons and this was by far the greatest job performed! Not only were the grooming of the nails great, but the paint job was the sleekest, best job Ive had! I will definitely be returning and recommending them to my friends. Thank you Julie and Chris!

I went here for the very last time. I tried to keep going because they are rarely busy but now I see why!! Sloppy work. They do not paint the whole nail. I got a pedicure and my toe nails are extremely uneven. Refill on my nails was sloppy. They knick you with the electric tools. And then they rush, rush, rush. Even though there is no one waiting to be served for a long time. Then do not paint the entire nail!! So annoying because they sure want the entire bill paid for their sloppy lazy rushed services! And they have roaches. One kept crawling on their nail pictures they have posted up behind the work counter. I immediately wanted to run out the door. So bad. Never again.
