Lacking a few things currently. No FM to listen to the TVs playing. As I stand here on the cardio deck, I see six pieces of equipment that are down. Shower curtains have mold on them and need to be laundered or replaced. Most of the equipment is original and as such, show signs of wear and tear on the upholstery parts. A little bit of investment would make a big difference cosmetically.

Great gym, love to workout here. They have all the machines that you need. Packed in the evening but you could still get a solid workout in.

I’ve been using this gym for a decade now and I’ve found it to be well equipped and reasonably priced. I’ve had no reason to look elsewhere. The YMCA was great too but got more expensive every year

My first workout at your facility was a great experience. Friendly atmosphere and plenty enough equipment. Im almost 60 years old, won many Powerlifting competitions, wrestling tournaments, masters boxing competition and freestyle swimming champion. I think you folks have it covered as far as equipment goes, Ive trained at almost every gym you could think of, but I like the open air of this facility, as long as the members show respect, I will have no problem training here.

I love how the gym is big but not too big; it’s very open and it also has all these newer machines. I also love how there are many 45 lb barbells and that there are the lighter weights that have the same circumference and diameter as the 45 lb plates. I love that there are a lot of dumbbells and that theres different areas for different kinds of exercising. I enjoy the area where I could also do abs exercises and cable machine workouts. The gym is very clean and the showers and lady’s room area are very nice. Highly recommend this gym. Staff is very nice and welcoming, answering any question you might have!

Nice gym with decent equipment but a few machines need repaired and arent in proper working order. The bars there are also so worn out that there is hardly any gnarling left of you want to lift heavy. Imo they need replaced before someone gets hurt. But all and all a nice gym.

Been going to this gym for over 3 years now (prolly longer can’t remember!) and always loved it. Was introduced by my best friend who goes here and this has been “home” for working out ever since! Very clean and super nice staff! I recently even went to a gym out of town due to my boyfriend going to college out of town currently and I went to his gym and it still did not feel the same!

I switched from snap fitness (different city) and it’s such a breath of fresh air! They’ve got so many machines and options and the staff is great. Everything’s really clean too and there’s a lot of mirrors which is nice. My boyfriend joined shortly after me and we love it.

By far the best all around gym in the Erie are. It’s not too crowded and there is plenty of equipment so you don’t ruin a good workout waiting for equipment.

I recently moved from some other gym to this one and it is so much better. It is way more professional, the staff are great and supportive and the prices on things are way cheaper than other places. Thank you Iron Oxygen

I really like the atmosphere here. My youngest daughter LOVES the kidz club with Liz. I work out with my older daughter and we had a training session with Rickki--she was AMAZING. The staff is always kind and helpful. The equipment is diverse and the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level

I really enjoy going to Iron Oxygen. Its a smaller gym than others that Ive been to, which I like. It is very clean and others keep there distance.

The only gym in Erie county who was above the mask mandate. Apparently covid stopped at the iron oxygen doors (jk mostly everyone I know that went to iron oxygen got covid - probably there). If they claim they do have a mask mandate.... just go to Instagram and type in iron oxygen fitness in places and see for yourself.

Great gym at a great price! A little packed around 5 right after work but theres loads of equipment and all the patrons and staff are very accommodating.

This place has everything you need to get a good solid workout in.

Ive always loved my gym, but after moving out-of-state I now see how amazing it really is! For the same price as a Planet Fitness subscription you get free group classes, full gym access and can even add on extras for a charge. I did personal training here as well and loved my experience. If youre truly looking for a no judgement zone then my sincere advice is Iron Oxygen > Planet Fitness 100% of the time. Everyone here is extremely friendly and willing to give advice wherever you will take it. I still cant find anything comparable elsewhere and will definitely be back as often as possible when I am in town.

I was sat down and worked through my goals and what I want to accomplish in a certain time. I was shown all that they have to offer and was set up with a trainer to help me achieve my goals. I set up a myzone account to track my progress and an exercise regime to help the areas I want to target. Also talked about nutrition and ways I can help my metabolism burn more.

Was visiting the area for 2 weeks and came across this gym. Large space but packed every time of the day. I workout 6 days a week but I truly could not return another day after my 1st visit. Need I say more? but thank you for the hospitality.

Visiting in town with my wife, we decided to go here and check it out. Noah at the front desk was professional and polite, and hooked us up with a great 1-week deal to workout. The weights, machines, layout and overall vibe of this gym is top notch. If I lived here, this would definitely be my gym. 5 stars.

After losing a lot of weight Ive hit a plateau. I have had a really rough year and mentally I was crashing. I decided to join red level boxing to get some aggression out. They told me that includes free membership to iron oxygen fitness. I scheduled my free training session with Brian, and he was amazingly informative, helpful, and encouraging. He listened to my needs and got me going on a routine. For once I am putting me first, and living my best life! I love how wonderful the staff and other clients are! I highly recommend them! I didnt think I could do it, and I am! So you can do it too!

Update: Locker rooms have been much better ever since I posted this! Management is responsive when members bring problems to their attention.Original post: Ive been a member for years. They have a very good selection of equipment. But the locker rooms just arent a priority. They smell and are obviously not cleaned often. (Even after mentioning this to staff repeatedly.) Its a big problem.Edit: The locker rooms have been like this for years. Improvements are moving pretty slow. Also, I would look into a new cleaning crew. Theyre doing a terrible job on the carpets and lockers. In all fairness, the showers look great all the time. Ill add three more stars if I see improvement.

I am a member. Love to get in shape. The owners are super nice and the staff, the members are very friendly. Lots of exercise equipments, very good personal trainers, and THE BEST THINGS about this club is they have FREE DAYCARE, so theirs no excuses that you can not exercise.Trump 2020❤🇺🇲🙏

Absolute best gym in the area. Largest variety and availability of equipment than any other gym Ive seen in or around Erie.Membership is reasonable, the staff and trainers are the best, and almost everyone there is serious about working out, is respectful, and willing to offer advice or give you a spot if asked.Theyve also got a nice rewards program, a variety of group classes, and multiple trainers that really know their stuff and are great to work with.My only complaint is that they have messed up my billing more than once, to the point where it could almost be considered an ongoing issue. However, I believe this is mostly due to a lack of proper communication and training of a single individual, as no one else I know has had this problem, and all the other employees I have interacted with regarding the issue appeared to be doing everything correctly and were eager to help.

I love the environment. Every morning when I walk in I am greeted and even when I leave I am told good bye and to have a great day. Its also a very clean and sanitized place.

Best gym in erie!

Great staff who truly care about the person as a whole and are not judgmental. The atmosphere was inviting and although I was self conscious I never felt like I was being looked at negatively by the other members. It was a very positive experience and I’m glad I made the decision to join.

Love the equipment, machinery, people, and local vibe. The patrons are highly motivated, motivating, and to me, the gyms free, open floor plan re-affirms exercise as the strength-building community activity that it is. I really love being there with other people - its so much fun! There is not a single distracting TV in the weight area, and the staff is so genuine, always brightening my day.

Love this gym. The only complaint (not rewcl complaint) is that my trainer, Alec, has gotten me from a size 16 to a 10 in about 2 months and now all my clothes are baggy!!! >:/Seriously though, I love this gym. Its clean, the staff are helpful, and the trainers from my experience are amazing. Alec is the best!!!Update*** I have to buy new tights because even THOSE are too big now -_-

This is such an awesome place. The staff is super helpful. The day care keeps my children for two hours and I never met such a caring group of daycare workers. There is always equipment available and everyone is respectful.
