I needed some nails replaced I actually have a different nail salon I go to but the lady named Wanda that has this nail salon has done a good job on fixing a few of my nails till I go back to my nail tech at The Lounge in Moore.

The lady that did my nails sold me the most expensive full set acrylic. Didnt take very kindly to me pointing out how one if my nails was uneven at the side. Over she wasnt very and in the end I felt so defeated I just wanted to leave

I had my nails done this morning at Pro Nails in Norman for the first time since the closure of nail salons and the “stay at home” orders. Pro Nails is a very safe environment thanks to the manager, Queen, and the nail technicians. When you enter someone takes your temperature before you are escorted to a manicure table. The nail technician used hand sanitizer and then handed it to me to use. Everyone, including, the nail technicians and the customers, had on masks. Plexiglass shields have been installing on each nail station with just enough space for your hands. I felt very safe. At no time was I any closer than six feet to another customer or another nail technician. Definitely more safe than going into one of the discount stores where only about 10% of the customers are wearing masks.

I had a relaxing pedicure with my mom. 😊 Ive forgotten how awesome this place is! Fantastic service! Its been a long time since Ive gone here since Ive moved to Idaho two years ago. Ask for Andy! Hes super friendly, fun, and has great attention to detail.They have massaging chairs, a TV to watch, they offer free cool beverages (water, Dr. Pepper, or Coke) as they tend to you, and have a large menue of different services that can have you leave the building feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

They were really really nice and they spoke English very nicely. My nails werent filed straight. They were filed diagonal. They were also bumpy and the e-file didnt smoothe out the nail. I got a dip with a tip and it was $45. It shouldnt be that much. I didnt even get to soak my or wash my hands. She just did it and I was done.

Showed up to get a pedi and they said they were closed.. their door said 8 and it was 7:20..

Had me go get him pair of flip flops so he didnt have to put his regular shoes back on. Felt he had been spoiled. Loves it when I have my nails done and loves the hot pink. We will both be back.

I have been going to Mrs. Kim for over a year now and I absolutely adore her! She is so meticulous with my nails and never rushes. I am always so relaxed and taken care of. The salon is very nice and the people are so sweet! Love Pro Nails & Spa!!

My entire Friday evening was transformed from a stressful end of week to a stress free evening because of the pampering they gave me. Fellas dont miss out on getting your feet rubbed, its incredible. I’ve gone here for a few years now (as I’d get the chance) and never had a problem. I brought my grandmother here. She wanted her nails done like one of the ladies who worked there. My pedicure gets done before my grandmothers so I go to Walmart. Before I left I told the lady we have a doctors appointment at 1:30, if we didn’t have time for her mani I wouldn’t mind bringing her after the appointment. I arrive back in about 15 mins and they already started. It’s 1:15 at this point. The lady rushed, they looked awful, she was rude and had no patience. The color was rubbing off, no trim so it looked as if they were bought from Walmart and applied by a child. I called up there, and she offered to clean them and that was it. Meaning, we will take our business elsewhere. Maybe a place that has friendlier staff. Don’t waste your money like we did.

Went in today to get my eyebrows waxed, I told the lady to just clean them up nothing else. The lady literally took half of my eyebrows off. I now have to draw on half of each eyebrow. And she said they looked good and was proud of her work! Do not go here at all for your brows!Edit: i decided to try this place again..but not on brows. I got an amazing Mani/pedi. I was so relaxed. My nails look great!I wont do brows here but Ill definitely return to see Lily! Thanks for changing my mind about pro nails!

Ive never had a problem at Pro Nails & Spa. It took me a couple of visits to find a nail tech that understood what I wanted. Twee is the manager and she does a great job. Id suggest making an appointment at a time that is least busy so that you can receive the care and attention your nails need.

Great place everyone was very nice and the price is awesome they are open 7days a week. Kid friendly plenty of chairs and tables don’t have to wait.

Came here while travelling. I wish I could bring them home with me. The nails were great quality, my acrylic set looked like real nails and the nail art was amazing. Very happy.

Do not go!!!! Ive tried them three separate times and they did a terrible job all three times! First I went to get a hot pink set, which turned out orange! Told them it was the wrong color and they wouldnt do anything. Went back a few weeks later to have a new set put on I wanted white, they said they wouldnt take them off and put a new set on so they just painted over them! Which looked so bad, they wouldnt fix it and said they looked fine! So I went to another salon the same day and they did exactly what I said. The third time I went with my mother who wanted a pedicure. They cut her toenails so short her toes were bleeding!!!!! Worst place ever!!

I just had a horrible experience...... I came to get my nails done with my friends. My friends were getting there toes done me I was getting my fingernails done when we got here we signed in and told them what we wanted they said ok pick out polish well I had asked for dipped so I was looking around for the thing to pick out colors and couldnt find it anywhere so I asked as they were sitting my friends down for there pedicures he so no u have to wait up front I said o ok I was going to pick out my colors well instead I went to the front like I was told and waited they never brought me colors to choose from Wich is ok I just waited then someone came complaining about there nails and insted of haveing her wait to get them fixed until there was an opening they decided to take her and completely ignore me then I decided right then they must not want my business so I just got up and walked out but unfortunately I still have to wait on my friends I walked back in to get her car keys and then they wanted to ask me if I want to pick out a color I explained a little to the lady why I no longer wanted to spend my money there and then they wanted to say sorry but my friends are almost done so no I dont want to get anything! I definitely wont be going back there..... They dont deserve 1 star but I cant put no stars!!!!

Nail pro was the nail salon i was going too since i moved to norman! The disrespect at this place is real! Like most nail spa they love to disrespect their costomers. I was their today to have my nail done the girl who did it charged me for my nail removal but left my hand nasti with glue all over my hand and the worst she asked me to go wash my hand at home ! When i asked her to remove she got mad and stated talking to me like i was her child and left me sitting there for 20 min without telling me what’s next! You can do a good job but if you disrespect me i am out! The price is extremely high for all the disrespectful attitude!

I am generous with 4 stars due to the WONDERFUL technician Laura. She is the best in the whole facility!!! She takes her time, she is patient, she converses with you and generally cares about her customers. I also like Lily, for I have had todo a back and forth between the two a couple of times due to scheduling issues on my end. Laura has been my tech for the past year almost and my nails have never looked better ..im not saying the whole place is sketchy because there are some really nice ladies who do great work, however, with that being said, there are a few wishy washy techs. I go with a friend everytime Im due for an upkeep and for the past several visits my friend has seen THE SAME LADY and each time her nails were rough and uneven not to mention with in a weeks time her nails are chipping. We both get a dip powder mani and a deluxe pedi each time we go. If we both get the same exact service then why would my friends nails come out as shoddy as they have been?!? The tech had been doing low grade work and upcharging out the ying yang. So ladies, do not completly write this facility off, however, please be aware of your complete surroundings and how the tech is doing their work. If your a regular on nails then you should know the process and what is needed vs what is not. Also, know your prices before they charge you so you know whats going on .They give discounts for students, military, and FB check ins.

Queen is the best at doing nails in the Norman area.

Wow! They did my nails yesterday morning. I had to rush to get to work. As soon as I got there I realized she had cut my finger too under my pointer finger with the drill. It hurts like crazy! Sad part is the nail is still uneven! I am so pissed!

Sad to say but after almost 2 years of being a dedicated customer, I had to take my business elsewhere. The service declined drastically and the tension between the women that work there could be cut with a knife. I was made to wait repeatedly even though I had an appointment and then my nails were rushed through. The breaking point was when it took over a week to get in and then I was turned away because my tech wrote down the wrong time.

I would not recommend this place. I did not enjoy the service. The guy that did my nails didn’t do them right I don’t know if he was new to this or what but I was very unsatisfied and still paid over $50. I asked him to redo my nails because they had air holes in them and he tried to act like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Terrible experience her. I got solar nails here which requires being put under a led light, which they failed to do. My nails never dryed right, they were lumpy and un-even and the sides of my nails didnt even have color on them. They charged me 50$ and asked me where their tips were. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

Used to come here to get nails done before I moved to Edmond. Got my nails done Wednesday it’s just Friday, and two of my nails have popped off and some of the others are coming up🙄 They look horrible and for what they charge you should look elsewhere!!!

I have been going to Pro Nails for the past month and it has been a good experience for the most part. I went in yesterday to receive a regular mani/pedi, and afterwards it was so incredibly disappointing. As nice as my pedicure felt, when I came home I noticed there was still dry spots on my feet and they were still very rough and my nail polish on my feet was messed up in areas. My manicure was terrible.....the nail technician cut my cuticle TWICE with the small skin clipper and was laughing about it....the nail polish was all over my fingers but he didnt remove it. I will no longer be going to Pro Nails after yesterday.

My daughter just got back from getting a mani/pedi before her senior prom tonight. Her fingernails are horrible. They look like a 5 year old did them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
