The best nail salon that I have ever been to, It is clean, Warm and inviting.Everyone that works there so friendly and accommodating to all of your needs.Kelly is my nail tech and she is awesome, My nails always look fantastic. I get my pedicures there also And I am absolutely satisfied!I recommend this salon to everyone that wants to experience the warm inviting feeling of a nail salon with excellent results.

Joe’s has been my mani pedi salon for years and has always had great service. This last visit was quite good until the end when I paid with a gift certificate my daughter gave me pre covid. They said the NEW OWNERS would not accept it. No discussion. Same name on salon, no expiration date on gift certificate. I probably will not return. That is not a good business practice.

I have come here on and off for years!!! I can go a month without getting a fill, and the corners will not lift on my nails. I hit the powdered acrylic for the first time ever today, and my nails have never looked so feminine and mature before. Every single nail and pedicure tech here is absolutely amazing and the job done is top of the line!!!I brought a friend and now shes a regular!!!

My husband and I went in for our anniversary to treat ourselves to pedicures. My husband had a good tech and received a quality pedicure. My pedicure and manicure was the worst experience I have ever had. My tech was rough and spent very little time on my feet. My nail polish is already chipping. I was highly disappointed.

Great prices, high quality service. I loved Amy, she perfectly struck that balance between talking enough to be friendly, but not too much during the service. I got the gel shellac manicure and it took about 45 minutes. I did not feel rushed, but she had the speed of someone who is skilled and has been doing this for a very long time. I made an appointment but they say walk-ins are welcome, and their flyer says free wi-fi but I didnt use it so I cant attest to that.

So I have only been to Joes a few times not a bad experience until today. My normal salon is closed on Sundays. I only wanted to get my natural nails painted matte black gel. The lady I had rushed through my manicure. Then when it came time to paint my nails, the UV light that they use started to burn my actual hand and nails, after only a few seconds of being under the light. So I quickly removed my hand and explained that the UV light was burning my nails. She had me put my hand back in when it was still visibly hot and she was grabbing at my wrist to put it back, then I told her my nails are still hurting from the burn. She quickly brought a new machine in and started laughing saying its not that bad. Then when I had to put my other hand in the new machine it also started burning my nails. This is where she grabbed my wrist again and put it back in the UV light and said its okay its not that hot just dont touch the light where I explained I am used to getting gel and I dont touch the light. I have never before had my hand or nails burn by the UV machine, but when someone laughs at me for their machine malfunctioning I really dont appreciate that. I will be recommending that nobody get anything with the UV unless you like the way fire feels on your nails and hands, or if you like your hand having an actual burn mark from their machine. Your choice, I do not recommend coming here.

Great experience! It was my daughters 6th birthdaya and I wanted to take her to get her first Mani/Pedi. They treated her so well! The technician that worked on her was so gentle and did such a good job. My daughter felt like a princess. A memory I will never forget.

I will definitely be using this business in the future. They did a phenomenal job with my nails and I am very very picky.

Went in and got a fresh set of dip nails, the salon was very clean and the technicians were very professional and nice. My set cost 40 dollars... I plan on coming back

I was a walk-in and was greeted and seen immediately. The woman that did my pedicure did an INCREDIBLE job. I got the standard pedicure and it was WELL WORTH IT. I can’t imagine how wonderful the best step up would be. I was very impressed and will DEFINITELY be back often.

Yet another manicure that is as close to perfect as is possible. Cindy is magic and her manners are impeccable. Love Joe’s place and Cindy is Marvelous. All the ladies are polite and genuinely talented. Five star for sure!!!

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago, and Joes Nails is the only place where I get my nails done! They are efficient, reasonably-priced, and incredibly kind! All of the ladies are great, but Cindy is the BEST! I highly recommend this place!

Helen, Ann, and Lynn did such an amazing job on our pedicures. I went with my mother and sister at 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday. We were quickly seated. They took their time and were very friendly and kind. It was very relaxing. Theyre very attentive. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the pleasant experience!! :)

They do amazing pedicures. But one of the employees kept getting on her phone while doing a fill on my nails and my nails turned out horribly. It’s not the first time I’ve had the girl mess my nails up either. I would like it better if they took their time on my nails instead of rushing through to get them done.

BEST NAIL SALON IN NORMAN.Ive been visiting Joes for several years and they are the best. They always do a great job and the prices are better than other salons Ive been to. They get busy a lot (because the secret is getting out.... speaking of which this review is probably not helping...) but they always have plenty of technicians working and have a good system down to get walk-ins started quickly. They are also faster than other salons Ive been to (I spent over 3 hours at a salon at the mall for the same nails that I can get done at Joes in half the time). They have comfortable massage chairs for pedis and usually offer you a drink which I hardly ever take them up on but I still love that they ask... just another small thing that sets them apart from their competition. They are open good hours for busy people like me.

Thank you for the awful experience. Tried to take my daughter and I to get a manicure and was totally let down. I usually go to Essie Nails, but they were busy. The lady rushed us out within 15 minutes, although we waited for 20. Very rough with the tools and our nails left with jagged rough edges. I expect to leave a nail salon with my nails looking better than when I arrived. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I won’t be giving you my business again. Next time I’ll go to Essie Nails in Norman where I never leave disappointed.

Most gentle pedicure I’ve ever had. We didn’t wait very long at all when we went. Probably about five minutes. We arrived on a Monday at 10:30am.

A HUGE thank you to Joes! I got a terrible manicure in Tulsa earlier this week. I came into Joes to see if they could fix it. They got me in immediately, fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and only charged me $5. THANK YOU!! My nails look SO much better and you were so helpful!

Had horrible service 2 times went. They cut my cuticles too short had me bleed and smudged nails. Both times asked to do calluses which were part of package and didnt do either time. I know everyone has off day and gave them benefit of doubt but 2x in row. There are other places.

Went to this place yesterday to get my toes and nails painted with the gel polish. The ladies acted like they were put out because I wanted the gel polish. I did not get a mani or a pedi, just wanted them polished because the day before I had already cut and filed them they way I wanted them. They seemed to not like that and I could tell they were talking about me. So I decided not the get my nails painted just my toes. The lady that painted my toes didnt do the best job that I have ever had but it was okay. Went to pay and they charged me $25 for just my toes. Ridiculous. I have never had to pay that much. Will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Been here before with good results, however this last time my tech seemed annoyed that I only wanted a fill and not the bells and whistles that can get expensive. She did a terrible job, took about ten minutes and by the time I was walking out the door I had one falling off. Im very disappointed. I am a good tipper and could potentially be a good client, but never again will I spend my hard earned money at this salon.

I just got home from this place so this review may be a bit more harsh than normal. I have never had a more rude person do my nails in the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done. I couldn’t tell you how many times she got up and and walked away while I was getting my mani/pedi. How many times she nicked my cuticles and rubbed alcohol on them and made me feel like my fingers were in the fiery depths of hell. No “Oh, I’m sorry” or “this may burn a little”. Nope! When she asked me what I thought about my nails I told her they didn’t look as pink as I’m used to (my normal salon is closed on sundays and I had no choice). But they were good enough for what I was paying. When I went to pay she looked pissed because I wasn’t fully satisfied even though I gave her a $5 tip. I told her “thank you” and she seriously just walked away. Never again will I step foot in a salon with a 3.7 star review because it was convenient. There is a reason people!!

Joes has been my go-to nail salon in Norman for about 4 years now, however I will never be going back.Today, my roommate went to get her acrylic nails taken off. Either the lady did not soak them long enough or she lacks all common sense, because she was carelessly ripping off the nails. My roommate told her many times that it was hurting but she kept going.My friend asked for water and stated that she was getting hot and light-headed from the pain, but the lady still kept going with no concern. Finally she was doing one nail and it began to bleed and my friend passed out and experienced a minor seizure.While she was passed out, the lady CONTINUED to work on her nails not acting concerned at all. My other friend called an ambulance.When they arrived she was taken care of BUT no one at Joes even acted concerned AND the lady still expected us to pay.I will not be going back.

I have been to this nail shop 3 time and my first two experience were great. however the last time i went to the nail shop for a fill on my solar nails. however this Black/Asian women seemed very ignored and in a rush. she did not fill my nails right (it was rough around the edges) and she left pink power on my white tips. also, i had two broken nails and she replaced them but it did not matter to her or joe (when i went to ask them to fix the two nails) that the white tips were extremely longer than the rest of my nails. if you go to this nail shop make sure you get what u want or do not pay. cause they will not work with you even if its their fault.

I have only gone twice to this junky, run down nail place, and I absolutely hated the 2nd go around; my first time was with my mom, and everything seemed to go ok/normal-typical nail salon service... The second time, I got a mani and pedi with gel polish- my pedi was done by a woman who was gentle and amazing, but the man who did my mani was DRUNK/HIGH on who knows what; he kept telling me that he was very, very messed up on pain killers, or some sort of medicine he had to take-along with that starting to ruin my experience, he was slurring his words and phrases all over the place as he LOUDLY insulted the appearance of my hands, and nails. Disgusting and rediculous. I couldve rated Joes a higher rating according to the mediocre service I received prior to encountering this rude, sloppy man. I will NEVER come back, and wil NEVER recommend this place to any of my friends or family!!!!

SO ROUGH. Burned my nails. Was twisting my finger so she could work on it. Snapped, scraped & drilled to get my solar nails off as opposed to soaking. I wont be coming back.
