This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, coming in as a new client not one person here listened to any of the details as to what I wanted on my nails, even had a picture to show! Was told by the woman assisting with my nails she could match 100% which she could not! After 2 times of her trying to “fix them” I still ended up with a set that looks like I did them myself!!! And I still had to pay 75 dollars even though the nail tech openly admitted to them being a bad set and apologized!!! I will never ever go back here!!!

They did an excellent job on my dip & pedi. They are super friendly and clean. The prices are very reasonable as well. I look forward to my next visit!

The service here was amazing! The staff is so friendly and professional and really make you feel welcome! The services are also fantastic. I got a pedicure and a full set and my mom got a pedicure and her eyebrows don’t and it was so relaxing. They really took their time and were great! I would definitely recommend this place

First time coming here and was blown away by the service, decoration and vibe! I was welcomed with enormous warmth and was overwhelmed with the selection and support I got to choose the perfect color. My manicurist is professional at her jobs and I could not ask for a better nail finished product. Feeling like manicured a princess thanks to her! What a great find! I am new to the area and have had a hard time finding a good nail salon....the search is over!When you walk in you notice right away that nails are their specialty. The spa is very clean and their massage chairs/pillows are new and work great! Their selection of polish is large so youll be sure to find the color youre looking for.Stop by and try this place out....you wont be disappointed!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. This is an excellent place to go and have a manicure or pedicure. I go to this nail salon often and have the technician paint my fingers and toes. Everybody that works here does a great job. I recommend this place. I only have a few places that I go to have my nails done and this is one of them!!! Very clean and many choices of color, and the room is always clean as well.Everybody is very friendly.

Its really incredible what a little self care can do for a girl. Being in the healthcare industry for many years I have to say the pedicure tubs have always concerned me on a bacterial/fungal level. Great service, reasonable prices. Popular salon so expect a wait, but it wasnt too long, like 20 minutes. Very attentive, got me in a chair as soon as possible and kept updating me while I was waiting. Nail job was good too. Gave me what I wanted. No complaints.

Everyone is always so friendly. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Le always does such a great job on my nails, I won’t use anyone else. They have every type of nail services and waxing. I love that they will let you sign in and then come back at a certain time if there is a line.

My friend and I have been looking for a go-to nail salon for a while. This was the fourth one weve tried. We think this might be our go-to now for multiple reasons: the nail technicians do a great job, cleanliness of the salon, variety of colors, and the kindness of the nail technicians. The customer service here is outstanding from moving your bags for you, throwing any of your trash away, etc.

The couple here is very sweet and accommodating. They fit us into their schedule and were very patient when we got lost and showed up late. They do dip which was a huge plus and got us in and out in a timely manner. Amour Nail Spa look awesome! Highly recommend! ***

This was my second visit to this salon. I called and made an appointment for 2 and we got right in at our reserved appointment time. The nail technicians were courteous and they did a good job. They took their time with the pedicures and didn’t rush through it.... which I appreciate. I will use them again.

Stopped by for the first time today. I got a gel mani, pedi. Service was quick. I made a day of appointment and had no wait upon arrival . All three services were completed within an hour.For the pedi, my nail tech did a great job. She was very quiet but did a thorough job. Ill definitely come back to see her . Ive neglected my feet and she was able to make them look and feel a lot better. Her massage was the best!Overall very happy and will be back.

Very friendly front desk, immediately greeted me when I walked in and helped. Wait time was not long AT ALL, which is always a plus! I got gel mani and pedi which lasted longer than the usual 2 weeks. Then I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted which was super fast, also no wait, great price and lasted long!💝

I had a dip set done here. The shop was so empty, yet they rushed their work. The machine that was used to roughen my nails really hurt my fingers. The lady just sat there not caring for any customer service. Worse nail salon ever!

Reading the negative reviews, I was honestly really surprised. I have had nothing but great experiences here! I have been visiting this salon for months now! The location is great and convenient. The salon is very clean and professional and each nail tech I have had has been wonderful. The owner has always been super nice to me and my family. I have broken a nail 3-4 times and came back in to have it fixed (it was my fault it broke) and he hasnt charged me a dime. His customer service has always been great from my experience.They have a huge variety of SNS nail colors, over 500 to be more specific! They also have a huge variety of regular nail polish and gel colors. I always had an issue with the gel stain on my fingernails but Ive never had an issue here. They last me for a month or more. I recently switched to SNS and I absolutely love it and I think its really helped with the health of my nails.The pedicure is the best Ive ever had. I get the jelly pedicure and they use different types of exfoliants and lotions and they also use hot rocks and hot towels and it feels wonderful! They definitely go the extra mile on their pedicure and make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed.I was so excited when I found Amour Nail Spa on google a few months ago after jumping from nail salon to nail salon. Ive finally found a place that will be my go-to for all my mani/pedi needs!

Stopped in to get dip on my nails....worst experience ever. I don’t usually leave reviews but it might save someone time and money. The lady didn’t seem confident doing dip. After FIVE attempts she turns me over to another lady who tries to correct the disaster on my nails. Between talking on her cell and the business phone she finally tells me I am done. My nails look so bad. They are thick, uneven and rough. They did apologize after I had been there for an hour and fifteen minutes! But geez...get some help that is qualified!

The location is very nice and the people seem to do a great job. It is, however, VERY frustrating that I have been turned away twice now because they are “too busy” to get me in in a justified time frame. They seem very understaffed and I was turned away when there were little to no people in the spa and there were employees in the back with headphones in (who more than likely could’ve helped me out)DON’T expect to get in as a walk-in. It more than likely won’t happen.

Amour Nail Spa is the only place that I will get a mani and pedi in Norman. Technician literally gave the best feet and arms massages that I have ever received at a nail salon.

Its the only place Ive been for pedicures in the last 2 yrs; I caught a nail fungus from there. I usually take my own polish to use, but I forgot this time & had to use theirs. Doctor said fungus can be spread by sharing polish! I asked for their insurance info, and they refused to give it to me, yelled & screamed at me in front of everyone, etc!

Only few services provided. Not a full service salon. I was turned away because they told me they do not do full sets with gel powder.

My wife and I loved the service they provided us. My ugly feet has never looked this beautiful.

Was not happy with my experience at all had to keep on having her redo my nails. She would roll her eyes and look at other coworkers and she made my fingers bleed by taking way too much skin off of the cuticles.
