I wanted my hair bleached and dyed purple. She proceeded to bleach and dye it. Then she cut it it so she literally cut off everything she just did. And also, she layered only one side of my hair so it terribly uneven and noticeable. If i wanted my hair to look like someone didnt know what they were doing, i would do it myself. I might actually have to because this is the second time at a different salon and nobody can figure out how to do a simple color and cut.

Carlotta at this Salon is awesome! Shes fast, pleasant and very good at her trade. Never a bad hair cut with her! The rest of the ladies have always been super nice and its an enjoyable place to get some great hair services. Be sure to ask for Carlotta!

Kelly is awesome! The manger was NOT a nice person and tried to make, Kelly hurry with my cut and style. The manger would glare and acted like a jerk. I dont know her or remember what her name was... Older blonde woman. That was my first and sadly my last time to go there.

I have a business meeting on Friday. Ive had a good experience at this location in the past, so I decided to go back to get a trim yesterday. I have fairly short hair and a basic style, so I didnt think this would be troublesome for any stylist - I was wrong. The stylist (I never got her name) did not seem to know what she was doing. She insisted on parting my hair opposite to how I wear it, even after I asked her to cut it the other way. I can do it this way or down the middle, she said. This isnt the end of the world, but seriously - youre telling me that you cant handle just taking my hair the way it is and, you know, making it shorter?At one point after she started cutting, she said, Whoops, I forgot to do your perimeter. I guess I shouldnt try to rush. Needless to say, this does not inspire confidence in the person hacking away at my hair... By the time I walked out of there, I looked like I was wearing a toupée. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed so that I dont look like Mr. Magoo when I walk into this meeting.I wont be going back.
