Terrible customer service and terrible quality haircut. Had to make an appointment which is fine but they were 39 minutes late getting to us. Then ran two more people in front of us after an hour wait. I’ll never use this stores hair service again.

They didnt want to take the time to cut my 1 year olds hair the right way. The hair stylist decided she was done and walked away because my son was getting hungry since they made us wait 20 minutes before cutting the other side of his head. Now hes left with uneven hair on top and they didnt even bother with the back of it so its still long. She also told me that she pulled his hair cause he was moving when she was trying to cut it and he was crying, not to mention the attitude she had the entire time. Never going here again!!

Both my daughter and I had our hair cuts, highlighted and styled. Alexa worked on my daughters while Kelsey did mine. Was great and fun filled hair therapy day for all. Great work, much enjoyed and know we will be returning again.

My wife does a better job and its free whenever I can get her to do it hahahaha

I drove from blanchard after checking the website to see if they were open. I got there at 5pm and they were closed!! Store hours on the window said they close at 6pm. So did the website. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Went yesterday wanting to get something done with my hair. I was needing it cut and dyed but in order to get the color I wanted, I needed to have it bleached. Kim the manager who was my hairstylist did an amazing job, she was super patient and she gave 100% of her effort to perfect it. Honestly I cant thank her enough, Im so happy with my hair and Ive been getting compliments all day! Thank you Kim for your amazing work!💖

Love the staff at SmartStyle! Kim gave me a cut/color/style that I was very happy with. I felt very comfortable while I was there which is not something I normally feel when trying a new salon. Ill definitely recommend her to anyone needing services! Thank you Kim!

I love this salon, it’s clean, always busy but never a long wait. Kim has been doing my hair since Jan. 2018. She has been the only person who can manage my thick coarse hair which has been difficult for other hair ladies in the past. I didn’t know her before walking into Smart Styles but after several visits I talk to her like she is a good friend. I think that type of personality is great cause hair cuts can be awkward. I walked in with a terrible cut she offered to fix it even when others told me they couldn’t at other salons. Instead of dreading a haircut I’m excited to go in leave with a cut i love and not with a cut from the 80’s. Def ask for Kim and Maria. I watch Maria cut hair while I’m getting mine done. I think both ladies are awesome!

I really enjoy taking my 11 year old daughter to Kim. We have been a few times lately and she has really done a nice job cutting her hair the way she wanted it. We went the first time out of convenience and Time but Ill keep taking her back to Kim.

My hair was cut uneven and had longer pieces visibly sticking out when it was a straight across cut.

Great place to bring the whole family.They are very welcoming and do a great job every time. I highly recommend Kim, she always does a great job!

Don’t go they won’t cut your hair when they don’t close for another half hour because “they need time to clean” BEFORE they close

Horrible experience. Wouldnt listen to what we wanted. o I already know what im going to do with her hair is what stylist said. Turned out very very short and uneven. Didnt dry it so i could see finished cut. Offered 2 dry myself and was told it was against policy. My granddaughter had 2 start first grade nxt day and hated it. We know have to cut her hair even shorter to fix it.

Worst hair cut experience if it would let me put no stars I would. She rushed my haircut. I told her to trim not cut my beard, next thing I notice she cut half my beard off on the left side. I will never be going back here. If they don’t understand trim then I won’t be back their. Absolutely terrible.

My experience with penny was wonderful she cut my sons hair exactly how I wanted it! Unfortunately my experience with Misty was terrible. Maria was checking people in when she looked over at misty my boyfriend being in her chair and said oh you have the devil and they both laughed about it. I show misty the haircut we wanted and she cut it like a girls then my boyfriend asked if she could cut around his ears so she took out the clippers and buzzed his hair he had long shoulder length hair!! She butchered it. During the haircut she was saying how she didnt like how people came in last minute and that if they come in last minute shes going to give them a last minute haircut. Some customers came in 30 minutes before closing misty and another customer/friend were talking loud enough for the customers to hear them. It was very rude and unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell my SO that he has lice but that they arent moving?! He works under houses and with popcorn ceilings he does not have lice!!! She started talking about how just because youre a baby daddy doesnt mean nothing. She was extremely offensive. I will be going to moore to get my sons haircuts from now on. She kills the vibe of that little Shop with her rude mouth. When she was finished she said is that better to me and said now you have a grown mans haircut, I kinda laughed because I was appalled. When checking out she took our money and said have a nice day without even trying to give us our change.
